• Anika (8/5): - Super nettes Ehepaar, herzlicher Empfang, außerordentlich tolles selbstgemachtes Frühstück (für belgische Verhältnisse echt top 👍🏾) Balkon auch super WC am Gang nicht bei Buchungen ersichtlich, Zimmer sah eher aus wie ein Kinderzimmer, Steckdosen sehr rar, etwas zu hoher Preis für das Zimmer

Great sense of humour and a hot drink on arrival was a nice touch. Secure bicycle storage and recommendations for local restaurants plus a fabulous breakfast added to a very positive experience.
• Yolanda (10/5): COMO EN CASA - Creo que no hay mejor valoración que decir que te has sentido como en casa en un alojamiento. Unos anfitriones perfectos Patrick & Gerda. El desayuno de 10, todo casero. Al ser un alojamiento pequeño, te permite conocer también otros huéspedes lo que es muy enriquecedor.

• Marieke (9/5): Heel fijn! - heel vriendelijke ontvangst, heel lekker ontbijt met zelfgemaakt brood - 's avonds konden we te voet naar de pizzeria om de hoek, 's morgens zorgde de gastheer voor ons lunchpakket de lakens waren, denken we, synthetisch - ze pasten wel bij het thema van de chocoladekamer, maar persoonlijk heb ik liever katoenen lakens. Nog een minpuntje waren de gordijnen die veel licht doorlieten. Dus best een slaapmasker meenemen als je daar gevoelig aan bent. Los daarvan was het een heel fijne plek!

• Moni83435 (6/5): Es war eine kurze Nacht - Das Frühstück war toll und auch das Ehepaar die die Zimmer vermieten waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gewöhnungsbedürftig. WC auf dem Flur war befremdlich. WC auf dem Flur. Sehr warm draußen und keine Klimaanlage.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, lekkere biertjes in de koelkast, mogelijkheid tot opladen elektrische fiets en veilige berging van de fietsen. niets!

• David (6/5): A correct place to pass through - Convenient location a short distance from Brussels on an international cycle route Needs a refit to position itself better. Room resembled the abandoned bedroom of a young child (teddy bear motif appeals mostly to the under 8’s, who generally don’t book rooms), and the wiring was problematic. Loo at the end of the corridor and shower was functional. Linen and towels very tired, curtains very thin. WiFi didn’t work. A €300 investment would markedly improve the stay.

• Mirko (9/5): Very good accommodation - The hosts exude a lovely family atmosphere and make every effort to make their guests as comfortable as possible. It's a very nice place to stay but maybe not so much for older people (staircase is quite steep). For the very good breakfast you can express your wishes. You can lock your bicycle in a separate outbuilding. It's a very good location for e.g. roadbike tours through Flanders and the Walloon Region. It's nothing the hosts could change but I want to raise awareness. If you come by car or with a bicycle this shouldn't be a problem: As you can see on the map it's located about 3,5km from the centre of Lessines (about 2,5km to the next supermarket). You have to be aware that the restaurants in the village are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

• Max (9/5): Cosy, friendly, calm, with friendly hosts! - Patrick and his wife made my stay absolutely wonderful! The breakfast is handmade with lots of small details like handmade yoghurt and marmalade! The room was clean and comfortable. By bike it takes around 20min to Geraardsbergen along a cycling path along the river. There is actually nothing I can say against this accommodation! Maybe the the interior of my room wasn't my personal taste, but it was sure authentic and true to the accommodation.
