The property itself was quite old so if you're looking for an authentic experience then it's ok however it's not worth the money (IMHO).

Nous étions 3 et le petit-déjeuner servi en chambre a été difficile: table trop petite (et instable) et manque d'assise pour nous 3 (table et fauteuils prévus pour 2).

Peut-être un peu plus de produits de bain (conditionner et crème de corps auraient été parfait) .

The bathroom is very spacious and nice. Beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast is perfect. The stair steps are a tiny bit small. We didn't have any problems, but this might be relevant to people with mobility issues. There is only one flight of stairs, so it isn't much.

• Steven (10/5): Wonderful in every way. - The check in was easy. Gianluca is an exceptional guest host. He is charming and SO gracious. He communicates well via email and was at the property nearly all the time to assist in so many ways. The property is on a charming plaza with four restaurants and a market within 50 yards of the property. There is also a tobacco shop on the plaza where you can purchase vaporetto and airport bus tickets...so handy. The daily included breakfast is brought to your room on a silver tray and is has yogurt, croissants, toast and jam, cheese and meat and capuccinos. Nothing could have been better.

Nahaja se na čudovitem malem trgu, z nekaj gostilnicami, trgovino, sladoledarno, kavarno, kjer pražijo svojo kavo...ni pretirane gneče turistov, zvečer in zjutraj srečaš domačine, ki živijo svoje življenje... Gianluca je izjemen gostitelj, prijazen, ustrežljiv, sproščen. Zajtrk postrežejo v sobi, rogljički so bili res okusni. Zelo priporočam.

Пешком добираться до автобусной остановки если много тяжелых вещей будет не очень комфортно, но местоположение прекрасное, подальше от центра. Просто этот момент нужно заранее продумать.

Dalla stazione dista solo 10.minuti a piedi. Il b&b è piccolino con poche stanze. La nostra era la Rialto e corrisponde alle foto, graziosa e in stile barocco. La stanza era pulita e confortevole per due. La colazione viene servita in camera dalle 8 alle 10 e consiste in brioche di qualità e molto buone, marmellatine, nutella, fette biscottate, pane, affettato, un succo e una bevanda calda.(manca l'acqua) In una ventina di minuti si arriva a piedi a Al ponte di Rialto o Piazza San Marco. Piccola Coop di fronte e diversi ristorantini a pochissimi minuti. Considerando la media dei prezzi degli hotel a Venezia ha un buon rapporto. Ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare in camera un paio di bottigliette d'acqua come in genere troviamo negli altri hotel o b&b. È una piccola gentilezza molto gradita dal cliente, soprattutto quando arriva tardi e i negozi intorno sono chiusi.

Viešbučio vieta taip pat gera:ramu bei gera lokacija:arti visos Venecijos lankytinos vietos.Ačiū. Neigiamų dalykų nebuvo.Tikrai puikus pasirinkimas.

• Arnold (9/5): Magnifique et très chaleureux. - Petit-déjeuner copieux et servi en chambre. Bien placé, proche de la gare et les instructions données par le propriétaire étaient fort utiles pour trouver rapidement le logement. La température extérieure était relativement basse pour le mois de mars et la chambre n'était pas très bien chauffée mais très vite nous avons réussi à augmenter la température.

• anastasia (7/5): Super séjour à Venise malgré quelques petits bémols - L'emplacement calme et superbe. Des commerces et des artisans à proximité. Le cadre est vraiment chouette et romantique. Le monsieur s'occupant de l'accueil est super chaleureux et est prêt à expliquer les meilleurs adresses à faire. Vraiment une crème ! Nous l'avons adoré. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et succulent très bien pensé et toujours servi à l'heure. L'isolation sonore des chambres n'est vraiment pas top (mais c'est lié à l'ancienneté de l'immeuble, on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dans le couloir). Egalement, on nous avait promis un lit king size ce qui n'a pas été le cas (on a eu un queen voir un peu moins ce qui est dommage en vue du prix). Un autre petit bémol, la salle de bain n'est vraiment pas grande et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'espace à côté du lavabo pour poser des affaires.

• Jason (10/5): Séjour très agréable, chambre spacieuse et restaurée. Terrasse et petit déjeuner de qualité. - Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et de qualité. Tout était conforme à mes attentes.
• James (8/5): We enjoyed our stay here in this magical city. - Great service. Great breakfast. Great location. It is perfectly located on a little piazza by one of Venice's oldest churches. Great area to get away from the other tourists. The only real complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable because it had a plastic cover on it.
