• Isabelle (9/5): Très bien si j’ai l’occasion j’y retournerai. - Facile à trouver , heureuse de voir que l’on rénove les ancien bâtiments au lieu de construire des HLM . La maison est très familiale et les responsables très sympathiques Mon manque de temps pour y rester plus longtemps . Et la difficulté à choisir un restaurant.

• Annelies (10/5): Zalig verblijf in het mooie De Haan - Sabine is een charmante, hartelijke gastvrouw. Je merkt dat ze mensen met plezier ontvangt en ze doet er alles aan het iedereen naar zijn zin te maken. De zelfgemaakte appeltaart is heerlijk, net als de zelfgemaakte confituurtjes en het verzorgde ontbijt. De locatie is ideaal in een rustige omgeving en je logeert in een heel mooie, authentieke woning.

• Nathalie (9/5): Heerlijk verbleven aan een mooie prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor de kust. - Super charmant verblijf op een toplocatie. Extra's zoals cake en thee all day long was super fijn. Voorraad wijn + koelkast waaruit drank gekocht kon worden voor correcte prijs waren zeker een plus. Op wandelafstand van leuke horecazaken en alles dichtbij (tram, strand, shops,...). Je hebt de wagen eigenlijk niet nodig als je gewoon wil genieten van de onmiddellijke omgeving. Matrassen waren te zacht voor ons. Ondanks de super gezellige kamer, hebben wij dus niet zo goed geslapen. Verwarming was wat verouderd en moeilijk te regelen als je moderne technologie gewend bent.
• Neele (9/5): B&B am Meer mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Es wurde sehr gut auf einzelne Wünsche von uns eingegangen und es war unglaublich lecker. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr gemütlich und stets sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut und Sabine ist sehr freundlich. Leider hatte der Fernseher nur Sattelitenemfpang, er war also nicht internetfähig, sodass keine Streamingdienste genutzt werden konnten (kein Smart TV).

• David (10/5): - B&B Maison Rebelais was the perfect stay for my one night in De Haan. The property was very clean and the hosts were lovely. There was also off street parking for my motorcycle.
• Martin (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft für kurzen Zwischenstopp - Sehr liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Leider kamen wir erst sehr spät an und konnten die anderen Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses nicht nutzen. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und die Betreuung äußerst freundlich und sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bleiben länger.

• Maike (10/5): - Das Beste an diesem tollen Hotel ist definitiv die Gastgeberin! Wir waren schon öfter in DeHaan und dieses B&B ist unser Favorit: sehr leckeres Frühstück, gute Lage, individuell eingerichtete Zimmer und zur Krönung noch leckeres Gebäck am Nachmittag. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

• Patrycja (10/5): If you go to the seaside in Belgium, only Maison Rabelais and Sabine❤️ - We go to Maison Rabelais every two years. Thanks to the host Sabine, it is a charming and wonderful place. The decor is beautiful and atmospheric, the cleanliness is high, the location is great and the breakfasts are royal. Of course, Sabine, see you in two years😘 There are no such things. Everything is perfect there😍.

• Christina (10/5): Great b & b in the lovely town of de Haan - Lovely house with a great host. Easy parking, comfortable room, excellent breakfast…everything you could ask for in a b & b. Just a stroll from the tram network which we used to visit coastal towns and to get to Ostend station. Our second stay and hopefully not our last.

• Aria46 (10/5): Wonderful winter stay! (warm, cosy, homey...) - We had a most wonderful one day stay in Maison Rabelais. The hosts created an atmosphere, which was warm, cosy and family like. Wonderful welcoming cake, delicious breakfast, privacy, very enjoyable common area, and the location couldn't be better in De Haan. What is definitely better than other B&Bs in the area is that Maison Rabelais is not at all pretentious, but truly welcoming towards guests, so we felt more comfortable, particularly with kids. We will be back for sure. Nothing. We couldn't get the two rooms close to each other, but this is was due to our very last minute reservation, and the host addressed it in a very friendly way.
• Margarita (10/5): Exceptional - The hostess is wonderful. You get a royal breakfast with warm bread and croissants. If you ask Sabine can bake you an egg. As a dessert fresh fruit salade and home made jam. Also home made cake is available during the day. The location is great, close by Brugge and only 1 hoir drive to Lille France. If you want to make a trip to there. De Haan city is a charming small city. There is enought to do with a lot of nice places to enjoy nice food. The beach is 10 minutes away. I had a great stay. Recomend everyone. -

• Fiona (10/5): Step back in time to the Age of Beauty…. - Amazing Belle Èpoque mansion in a conservation area that is evocative of better times. De Haan must surely be one of the best preserved Golden Age seaside towns in the world, you feel as if you have walked into a French Impressionist painting, such a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the Belgium coast. Steps away from the action, and on the way to the beach these are whole streets lined with amazing grand mansions. At Masion Rebelais you are greeted with an invitation to sit to enjoy a tea/coffee and homemade cake in the lounge or terrace. The rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional, service is attentive & nothing is overlooked, you are even invited to return for afternoon tea if you’re still in the area. A stop on the coast not to be missed.

House is on a very quiet road with good parking options. Short stroll to tram system that takes you up and down coast and to rail stations making it easy to explore local area and further afield.
