It included a fruit parfait, bacon, egg, sausage, breakfast potatoes, mushrooms/onions, more fruit, toast, coffee & tea. We felt well fortified for our day of golf. Speaking of golf, we chose this property due its proximity to the Okanagan Golf Club. It was the ideal location for two days of golfing! It also was very close to the airport, which was convenient for our 5:45 am flight. It would have been nice to have a hot water pot in our room for early morning tea.

The place is beautifully designed, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom has modern showers, and everything was very clean. It is located a bit further from Kelowna downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet, safe residential area to stay. I would definitely stay again. Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike about.

• Mom (6/5): Wonderful hosts! - The hosts were delightful. Kind, informative, and willing to let us check out late. We really enjoyed meeting them. The back garden and patio table are lovely. The beds are comfortable, the unit was very, very clean, and the bathroom was very nice and new. The breakfast option would have been an additional $25 per person, but there was a fully equipped kitchen so we could make our own breakfasts instead. As it is a basement apartment, our unit was quite cold at all times. There was no way to get warm, and we didn't bring appropriate clothes as we didn't know.

• Yannick (10/5): A Fabulous B&B with exceptional hosts - My wife and I spent one night in May 2023 (28.May-29.May) at the Summer Express B&B. We can only share positive experience. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean; it was better than in a Junior Suite of a traditional hotel. The house is located in a very quiet and safe area. The next day, we had an excellent breakfast prepared with a lot of delicacy. This place is just unique and the hosts were extremely kind and were happy to share about their region. We have no negative experience, our stay was just perfect.

My son arrived late due to airplane schedule, the owner kept me comfortable because he has many experiences to deal with the situation of international freshmen arriving in the whole new city. My son has a good sleep and got energy after taking an excellent breakfast . I will go there for trip in the future not at all

The guest room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a spacious and modern bathroom. Everything was immaculately clean! We enjoyed our stay in this B&B and the classical music that came with the homemade breakfast that lasted us through the day! We would certainly stay here again if we would come back to Kelowna and recommend Summer Express without hesitation. Thank you to our hosts for a very pleasant stay!

The bathroom with double sinks and large shower were appreciated. The breakfasts were excellent and the hosts were extremely gracious and welcoming. The area was quiet and close to golf courses and city centre. We would definitely stay here again I would suggest putting more hangers in the room, the hooks were a bit limiting. Also a screen on the bedroom window would be nice so that one could open the window. The room temperature was comfortable and centrally monitored but it would be nice to have the option of fresh air.
