• Mark (5/5): Passable - Location was quiet, safe and easy to walk into the centre. We jad use of the kitchen and fridge if we wanted it. 1. Check-in: we advised on time of check-in. There was no one there. We tried to phone and sent a message. There was no response. It was only by good fortune that the cleaner decided to do some work and she gave us access to the property. She was diligent and helpful. Initial access took an hour and we had been concerned that we had been scammed. 2. There was no one on site to advise about a leak from a water tank. The cleaner changed our room, but the leak continued and no one checked or monitored it, nor ensured that we were safe. 3. The owner was absent and nobody appeared to manage the property, which is also in need of attention.
• Carolin (5/5): Passable - I do usually support small businesses, but this one is no recommendation. Nobody seen in 3 days, shared bathrooms have not been cleaned, no fresh towels, bin not emptied. Room of 10 m2 stuffed with 3 si gle beds, not charming at all. There are nicer places for less money which are much more central.
• Cyrill (3/5): Poor - Central and safe location, pleasant personnel There was such a loud noise from some infrastructural part of the B&B during the whole night that we've barely slept. I would definitely not accept this room even for free. The bathroom was definitely not clean enough.

• Stephen (9/5): Great accommodation--quiet but close to the centre of many things - Just recently stayed at Casabella for a third time. Staff were great, room was comfortable and quiet. Location can't be beat--close to the many restaurants on Juan B Justo and the Arastides District. Street parking immediately in front of the property a big plus. Will definitely stay again.

• D'avoine (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely B&B in a brilliant location. Very nice area for food and drinks and close to tram links etc. Staff are very helpful and caring! A great place to base yourself for exploring Mendoza.
