- Robert (2/5): Pour 4 nuits un de prix de 770 euro’s est fortement exagéré. Un hôtel 4 étoiles et offre des chambres salon la saison - Pas terrible. Ce n’est pas un hotel, mais un propriétaire qui loge les clients dans 4 chambres minuscules. Les chambres extrêmement petites, pas vraiment un hôtel: pas de réception, pas de salle á manger, pas de bar. La salle de douche max 4 mètres carrés, la douche 75 sur 75 cm. Les portes coulissantes de la douche sont tellement étroites qu il faut se faufiler pour entrer et sortir. Lit inconfortable, télévision avec un écran minuscule. Les Photos paruent dans Booking.com portent á confusion.

- jane (8/5): Perfect location, comfortable bed, very helpful staff in a vibrant and colourful environment! - Location was perfect! Close to the train station and to the centre of Florence! Massimo responded to all of our queries immediately and was very helpful giving us useful information to navigate around Florence! The bathroom was small and the toilet has a macerater which makes it quite noisy. We did not have any other complaints about the accommodation!

Empfehlung von uns: immer das Deluxe Zimmer buchen, die normalen sind super klein Die Dusche ist sehr sehr klein für sehr große Menschen schwer, für korpulente Personen nicht machbar, leider fehlte die Kaffeemaschine wie beschrieben, man sollte auch vermerken, dass es sich bei dem Frühstück um ein Croissant, einen Cafe oder einen Tee handelt, für mich war das ok, es gibt aber Menschen, die unter einem Frühstück inbegriffen etwas anderes erwarten !

- Mario (7/5): Great location - Location and the Massimo was very responsive and helpful The room we had was a bit small with a double bed pushed to one side of the room, though the bed was very comftable, the shower cubicle was also quite small, but the property was very clean and looked after and well located close to the main attractions.
- Marika (6/5): Ei mitä odotin - Helposti tavoitettavissa oleva omistaja ja oikein mukava sänky. Hyvä sijainti. Huone oli melko koirankoppi, lattialle ei mahtunut avaamaan kahta matkalaukkua. Kylpyhuone oli huoneen ulkopuolella enkä muista, että tästä olisi varauksen yhteydessä mainittu, ainakaan kovin selkeästi. Lisäksi kylpyhuone oli todella pieni. Tämä laski majoitusmukavuutta merkittävästi. Huoneen minibaari ja vedenkeittimet sun muut olivat käytävällä huoneen ulkopuolella. Siivooja ei kertaakaan jättänyt vessapaperia ja jouduimme itse sitä hätäpäissään käytävän kaapeista etsimään. Yläpuolella olevassa asunnossa oli remontti, josta äänet kuuluivat erittäin selkeästi omaan huoneeseen. Päivittäin remontin olisi pitänyt alkaa aikaisintaan kahdeksalta, mutta alkoi paikoitellen jo seitsemältä. Näistä syistä ei ollut hintansa väärti.

Une communication surprenante mais très réactive via WhatsApp. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos bagages en "consigne" Le manque d'insonorisation et aussi une taille de douche un peu petite.

- Vildana (8/5): - Great apartment, it had everything that was needed. Felt more like a home than a rented apartment as there is so much attention to detail. They even put scent against mosquitos in both rooms, which I am very thankful for, as I often get attacked by them. Location is perfect -right in the center. Breakfast is a coupon to a bakery: cappuccino and croissant (I really liked it) Sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is also very nice. Bathroom was clean and big. I had so much space in the apartment. I didn't miss anything. AC was also provided. Daily cleaning took place in the morning. For me the sleeping mattress was too soft and I had issues with finding a comfortable position to sleep. The walls in the whole building are very thin and you can hear the neighbors - probably people from the room next door, coughing. Everything else was fine.

La zona è trafficata durante il giorno, ma di notte diventa tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposare. L’unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato riguarda l’acqua; quando tornavamo la sera, per due volte, abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda, che diventava improvvisamente fredda. Tuttavia, essendo tardi, abbiamo preferito non disturbare il gestore.
- Staci (7/5): Very central and spacious, self-service entry. - Large room, clean space. Although the communication was fast, confusing discussions still took place about parking. Parking garage was excellent, but getting there was not easy despite the video - which I can’t watch when actually driving, but maybe other people can do that. Personal preference, the bed was soft, so not for us, but still comfortable. This was on a very busy street, and there was construction going on at the property, so noise starts early. To be fair, there were signs on the hallway, but just be aware. Breakfast is a coupon for a bakery, not breakfast on site - maybe this was stated somewhere in the advert, but I missed it.

Breakfast at nearby cafe was very good. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the balcony. Great ambience. We would come back next time we are in Florence.

La salle de bain était très petite avec un niveau de propreté moyen et la douche n’a pas fonctionné correctement le deuxième jour. Nous n’avons pas croisé de personnel.

Gratis ontbijt in cafetaria Sieni was een leuke toevoeging! Bedankt , Massimo. Bed is groot en comfortabel, er is water, thee en waterkoker , koelkast en airco in de kamer. The location is goed- in 15 min ben je bij treinstation of centrum. Ik kon mn tas om 10 uur achterlaten en Florence verkennen.

Non ha il senso del rispetto per le persone ed è un poco di buono. Con me è stato talmente scortese che ho dovuto chiamare le forze dell’ordine, per poi cambiare albergo, ovviamente. In più non è presente una insegna con nome di questa bettola e per questo non riesci neanche a trovarlo questo buco.sconsigliato!!!!
- Piridelos (9/5): Fantástica opción en Florencia - No se trata de un hotel, si no se habitaciones con baño en el centro de Florencia. Gran ubicación en Vía Nationale, a 5 minutos andando de la estación de trenes, del tranvía que te lleva al aeropuerto y de los Duomo o 2 minutos del Mercado Central. Está todo nuevo, con una curiosa decoración. Tamaño correcto, cama muy cómoda. No hay recepción física pero Massimo, el anfitrión, es un crack y te lo hace todo muy fácil. El desayuno es a través de un ticket a canjear en una de las mejores pastelerías junto al mercado central, pastelería Siena. Tanto por atención, ubicación, limpieza, y confort de la habitación, está muy por encima de lo que te puedes encontrar en Florencia, con una relación calidad precio excelente. Si vuelvo, me lo haré en el mismo sitio y lo recomendaré 100 × 100 Por buscar algún punto débil, el tamaño de la cabina de ducha es algo pequeño y personas muy corpulentas pueden tener dificultades.

- Claudia (8/5): - The room is very colorful and clean. The location is perfect to explore Old Town. The bathroom was not refurbished and the shower was small and didn’t work properly. Unfortunately for us the room wasn’t that comfortable as it was facing the street and it was a lot of traffic and noise. The rooms are located in an old building and the isolation is quite bad. You can hear everything from other rooms or top levels.

Café da manha incluso em uma patizzeria proxima ao hotel bem tipico italiano! adorei! Deixei as malas no hotel para poder aproveitar o ultimo dia! O quarto que fiquei o banheiro era separado do quarto, nao havia entendido isso na reserva, mas o banheiro era exclusivamente para mim, bem limpo, unica desvantagem e que presisava sair do quarto na madrugada!

- francesca (8/5): Very comfortable hotel and lovely staff - I liked the courtesy of the staff, they were always available for information. I liked also the hotel, located in a good position. The room was lovely, comfortable not noisy. You need to watch out for pickpockets on the street

- Holley (8/5): Great Location, Communicative & Clear Host, Clean - Location was great, very near to central station. The room was clean, albeit very small. The shower is not for big people, but bathroom and facilities were clean and in good working order. Breakfast is a voucher for a nearby cafe - includes a pastry and coffee of choice, both of which were delicious. Communication with Bob was easy and entry instructions were clear. We booked this reservation about two hours before we had to check in, and confirmation was quick. Very small rooms and hallways

- Barbagallo (6/5): Struttura ristrutturata più nell’estetica che nella funzionalità. Ok x una o due notti,posizione top - Posizione perfetta. Self check-in semplice e senza problemi. Camera pulita. Colazione gratuita offerta in un bar vicino, carino e molto gradita. Camera molto piccola, probabilmente la più piccola della struttura, senza spazio sufficiente nemmeno per aprire le valigie. Bagno minuscolo con doccia scomoda. La stanza dava direttamente sull’ingresso e sulla scala, con molto via vai di persone al mattino e rumori provenienti anche dal cortile interno. Finestra difficilmente apribile perché dal ristorante vicino entrano odori di cucina e fritto. Servizi e indicazioni poco chiari: il parcheggio non è incluso né di proprietà del B&B (anche se dagli annunci sembrava così) e i parcheggi consigliati risultano piuttosto costosi. Anche le grafiche sul deposito bagagli sono fuorvianti: viene indicato “free luggage”, ma in realtà viene solo suggerito un deposito vicino al B&B che è a pagamento. Nel complesso adatto più che altro per stare fuori tutto il giorno e rientrare giusto per dormire una o due notti.

- Sofia (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno - La location è perfetta perché è centralissima, ma senza il rumore dei luoghi affollati. Tutte le zone di maggiore interesse sono vicine e in poco tempo si arriva ovunque. La stanza era molto carina, pulita e confortevole. Un punto in più al materasso duro e resistente. La colazione presso l’antica pasticceria Sieni è sempre stata buonissima e al nostro rientro alla sera la stanza era di nuovo perfettamente in ordine e le nostre cose sistemate con cura. Comodissimo il fatto di poter fare il late check-in da remoto. Massimo è stato molto disponibile e davvero gentile. Non è affatto un punto a sfavore, solo un appunto per chi cerca una soluzione diversa: se avete necessità di più spazio non prenotate la stanza con il bagno di fronte alla camera perché è un po’ stretto e manca il bidet. Per noi è stato tutto perfetto!

Tranquilo de encontrar e as instruções para entrada foram bastante claras. Espero retornar. O café da manhã é um voucher para uma padaria muito boa, gostamos! Para o nosso gosto, achamos a cama um pouco macia demais, gostamos de colchões mais firmes.
- Silvia (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Tutto perfetto. Location originale e posizione perfetta tra stazione e centro. Ho alloggiato qui con una collega con due stanze ad uso singolo. . Entrambe belle e ciascuna con un suo stile. Una più piccola e l’altra invece più comoda con un divanetto. Le stanze corrispondono alle foto anzi dal vivo sono anche più belle e accoglienti. Il proprietario, Massimo, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, ha sempre risposto alle nostre richieste e ci ha dato consigli in ogni momento. Si percepisce tutta la passione che ci mette nel gestire il Bobotel. Una cosa simpaticissima sono tutte le sue riproduzioni che te le ritrovi ovunque. Dovrebbe fare dei gadget… le istruzioni per il check in automatico sono state chiarissime e semplici. zona tranquilla (io e la mia collega siamo tornate tardi la sera senza alcun problema). Pulizia perfetta. Una cosa che ho apprezzato ed è raro trovare sono le tapparelle alle finestre che hanno impedito troppa luce al mattino. Ultima nota positiva è la convenzione in una pasticceria a 5 min di distanza andando verso ill centro per la colazione (un cornetto e un caffè o cappuccino)... Cornetti fantastici.. Insomma il Bobotel è stato davvero una piacevole sorpresa. Lo consiglio vivamente. Nulla

Indicazioni molto precise del sig.Massimo, mi ha fatto molto piacere la sua cordialità e disponibilità. Buono per la colazione in pasticceria con cappuccino e brioche, molto apprezzata. Anche se la camera dava sulla strada grazie ai doppi vetri e anche ai tappi lasciati in camera abbiamo dormito serenamente due notti. La tapparella non si chiudeva completamente e le tende presenti comunque non facevano buio e quell'effetto "notte".

Y lo digo porque pagué por una habitación en este hotel, y el día antes me comunican por WhatsApp que ha habido un problema (aún no se cual) y que me reubican a otro hotel (Hotel Cantora) que está justo encima del Bobotel, y que la habitación será mucho mejor. Total, que hemos acabado durmiendo en otro hotel que habíamos escogido ni pagado, y en una habitación bastante ridícula enfrente del comedor. En fin, todo mal. Lo único positivo, la cama que era bastante cómoda. La reubicación, y no haber podido estar en el hotel por el cual pagamos.

- Massimo (10/5): Un weekend di cultura! - Ottima posizione, comodissima per il centro e per la stazione. Comunicazione molto buona, servizi più che adeguati per il prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato. Essendo in centro non si può pensare che, seppur insonorizzata bene, la camera sia esente da rumori.

Meravigliosamente accolti da Massimo, simpaticissimo e gentilissimo, ci ha dato tanti consigli per il nostro soggiorno in Toscana e si è mostrato disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o necessità. Abbiamo adorato la personalizzazione dell'ambiente con tutti i Minimassimo!!! Geniale e divertente!! La prossima gita a Firenze sarà sicuramente al Bobotel!
