• Maria (8/5): - Nice large apartment in a very good location. We were only there one night so didnt really use man of the facilities but it was well equipped for a longer stay. It was on the fourth floor and the lift was a bit temperamental and the stairwell quite dark. It would also have been good to have more than one key as there were four of us.

• Barbara (7/5): It was just ok. I would stay closer to main attractions. - It had a cool old vibe to it. Broke wine opener, the smallest espresso pot. They are small things that make a big difference.
• Van (3/5): - Apartment was large and had a washing machine (but no detergent). Close location to the train station. The apartment was infested with mosquitoes. There were too many mosquitoes in every room. We killed about 15-20 every night. The plug-in mosquito gadgets that were plugged into the wall outlets did not kill the mosquitoes, so those gadgets were useless. Being bitten and surrounded by mosquitoes every night made our stay miserable. I would not recommend staying here again. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes problem outweighed any positive benefits.

A pessoa que nos recepcionou foi super atenciosa e simpática Dois pontos principais: é inviável utilizar a máquina de lavar roupas porque não tem secadora, o varal é pra fora da varanda e não há prendedores de roupas. O outro ponto negativo é que o aquecimento do apartamento só é ligado a partir do dia 01 de novembro. Sentimos muita falta, estava frio na minha estadia e nem o aquecedor de toalhas funcionava.

It's a rather inconvenient area to access by car anyway. What's more, there's construction work going on, and you can only access it from the ZTL. The staff will reset it for you, but it's still a bit of a worry, isn't it? The room is old, and there are many mosquitoes, so you should bring countermeasures.

Le manque de communication. J'aurais aimé savoir que nous ne pouvons pas emprunter la rue qui nous amenait en voiture jusqu'au lieu et aussi que la porte d'entrée est différente, nous avons dû chercher et téléphoner.

• Lakshman (9/5): A cozy, beautiful home away from home in a great city! - Very charming. Felt like home. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of room. Lovely living and dining area. Got a quiet country atmosphere even though we were within walking distance to the train station and city center. Very well maintained and stylish. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful concierge. Perfect location. Nice bathroom. Ergonomic but also charmingly quaint. Loved it. Will definitely return to stay, if we can get a booking! Nothing to dislike at all. The bath soaps were plastic satchets that could not be opened without a pair of scissors. Luckily we had brought soap. It would be nice if they provided soap, shampoo on the wall, like many hotels do. There was no paper towel in the kitchen. It is quite possible that the concierge would have provided these if we had gone over and asked but we were too busy enjoying Florence! 😊
• Eric (7/5): Very nice stay in Firenze - Nice location, close to the main attractions, train station, supermarkets. It is a very spacy apartment. My family felt very well there. Good gear for cooking. Air conditioner working well. Internet working well. East check in at Donatello Hotel. Very reasonable price. Very nice and beautiful furniture. Heating system was not working in the commom areas (or at least I did not know how to use it). The beds were not much confortable, they were too soft (at least for me, my kids and wife did not complain). The kitchen could get a few itens ready for the guests (like salt& oil). Mayb it was just my impression but the bathroom floor could get a bit more clean in the main area.

• Siew (8/5): A cozy apartment to stay - The overall apartment is of good size for a family of 4. I like the bathroom/toilet the best as it is of good size with shower cubicle that will not splash out water so keeping the floor dry. It comes with top and another removable shower hose. Location is good as you just need to walk straight from the train station for about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the apartment. You need to collect the key from the hotel beside the apartment when checking in and it went well smoothly. The double bed is king size bed which is comfortable. Wifi is weak and can only be used in the living room. The master bedroom aircon is not working. It didn't bother me as our room temperature is ok during March. Need to take note if you are going during very cold or hot weather. Kitchen utensils are not too good/complete if you like to cook. The 2 pans are scratched and old. There is no chopping board. However, there is at least a conventional oven to do baking.

• Kirti (7/5): Nice Apartment. Not very helpful staff. - Location. Apartment. Facilities. 1. The lift was not working for 2 days out of 3 days of our stay. We had to bring our heavy suitcases down from the 3rd floor with no help or apology. Help could have been arranged in such a situation. If there were old people this would have been a nuisance. 2. The response time to messages on booking.com is extremely slow and should be looked into.
