• Judith (9/5): Irish Pub BnB - Everything in the apartment was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well supplied. It was a great experience with the locals. There was an Irish Pub below the room. The only small negative was how far it was from the S. M. Novella train station.

Asunto sijaitsee "irish-bar" yläkerrassa. Meteli yöllä oli kovaa useita tunteja. Yöpöydälle oli jätetty korvatulppia mutta ei ne meteliä peittäneet . Tupakansavu baarista tulee huoneeseen. Kannabis haisi. En pitänyt siitä että esitteessä ei kerrottu baarista alakerrassa. Wifi ei toiminut koko aikana. Aamiainen on itsepalvelu. Erittäin niukka. Kahvi ja kestokroisantti. Ei mitään tuoretta. (Muutama kuivunut luumu jääkaapissa)

• Vanessa (6/5): Pleasant - The arrival was not well organized. I wanted to drop off my luggage before check-in time and there was no one present. I would have expected to receive the information beforehand. The breakfast is not to be compared with breakfasts in hotel: You can find prepacked pastry, coffee and tea in the kitchen as well as water and joghurts and a sandwich in the fridge. However, there are no fresh products, it is self-service. The flat is located close to a bus station which was good to reach from the center. However, the traffic jam in front of the B&B is extremely loud and you are woken up by it very early in the morning. Overall, I think it is not worth the money and should definitely be cheaper given that it is 30 minutes walking distance from the center. arrival not well organized not a fresh breakfast very noisy area

You have to check in via the bar once it opens at night (no staff onsite) You can hear everything from room, beds really uncomfortable and only 1 flimsy pillow

• Elena (10/5): Great stay - The place was easy to find and located close enough to downtown and good food. The host was really nice and very accommodating. The price was great and included a self served breakfast with a very well stocked kitchen. The kitchen area was accessible at all hours which was nice,cause we were able to use the microwave to reheat leftovers. The only downside was the lack of parking and the poor quality of the pillows. Not really something that will keep me from going back there

• Steven (9/5): No qualms about recommending to others and going back to again. - Very clean and modern with excellent facilities. Its proximity to a pub - hence potentially exposed to late night noise. However ear plugs are provided should this be intrusive for some - so owners do try to mitigate.

Appalling communications. - Pastries and coffee available in the communal kitchen and dining area Communications after booking were virtually non-existent. Took them 5 days to reply to an email. Top tip - don't arrive before check in time. The venue is closed. There is a sign saying to contact the pub next door. This was also closed. Don't bother calling the phone number - they don't answer.

• Julija (8/5): Very good - I liked the design of room and the pricing was reasonable. There is some packed breakfast included too, coffee, tea. Restaurant nearby (Piazza del Vino) is simply amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot call this a super comfortable stay. 1) definitely not for people who are not used to the noise - people in the bar scream throughout the whole night, it's crazy loud even with closed windows 2) mosquitos in the room (late October) 3) metal bed headboard - it's stylish but very cold and unpleasant to touch with your bare shoulders 4) there is no plastic seat on the toilet - if you are a levitation master this will work, but usually people sit on it, you know...

• Doris (8/5): Good place for a short stay for someone who stays up late - The room was nice, clean and rather stylish, the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the welcome drink at the pub downstairs, as it's the same owner. My room gave onto the street side right above the pub and it was rather noisy until late. Ear plugs are provided in the room, but they don't manage to cover the noise. The breakfast room with self-service is right outside the room, and early risers are not mindful of other people sleeping, so the noise they make with the chairs or just preparing their breakfast can be disturbing for someone who wants to sleep in.

• Dean (9/5): Lovely rooms with shared kitchen area located above a cute irish themed pub with friendly staff - Just outside of the hustle and bustle of central Florence, located between a pub and restaurant on a lovely suburban street. Close to public transport back into the central areas made this ideal Noise from the pub and restaurant could put some people off. Also I couldn't figure out the location until I saw a small card on the wall next to a door located between the two businesses. Its in the Pub, just go ask in the PUB

• 俊宇 (10/5): We love our stay at b&b brigid. Nothing to complain, will recommend to friends. - We like everything about the B&B! The room was big and clean with balcony. The location is a bit far away from city center (30 min walk to Duomo) but with very good public transport (many bus stops nearby, and we took the train to station Campo de Marte which was only 10 min walk to the B&B). The room is right above a bar, but it is not noisy at all. No loud music or annoying guests and that's really beyond our expectations. The reception of the B&B is actually at the bar, and the owner of the B&B (we think he is) and all the bartenders are very nice people. And their breakfast is very good. They offer all kinds of food: cake, pie, biscuit, bakery, fruit, sandwich, cereal, yogurt. Some were even gluten free. For drink there were coffee, milk, and juice, and 1 cup free beer for B&B guests in the bar downstairs. I mean, what else can you expect? There's also a supermarket nearby so you can grab some food there as well.

Generous breakfast included, Daily Ham & Cheese sandwich that could be toasted, packaged cakes/biscuits, fresh fruit, coffee and a drink. Shower flooded when using. I misread and thought it was a complete apartment.

• Daria (10/5): Wonderful experience! - Wonderful experience! Beautiful flat divided into spacious private rooms with all necessary amenities. My room was big enough with very nice balcony. I should highlight the breakfast - it’s a small buffet of Italian cookies and muffins, tasty jams, cereals; in the fridge you can find a fresh homemade sandwich (which you can put to toast/grill), butter, milk, juice, fresh fruits. Coffee and tea. You can find gluten-free options as well. Kitchen was beautiful, comfortable, clean. It really made my experience just awesome. I saw some people lowering the rating because of the distance - I mean, before booking you’re able to see the location. If it’s too far for you, simply don’t book it. I think it’s very unfair to decrease rating for something you knew beforehand. For me walking calmly 40 minutes to the main attractions was not an issue at all. Moreover you have a bus right near the flat. I really loved it and I will definitely come back to that place again.

An earlier check in would have been preferred. We were able to leave our bags but it wasn’t as good as being able to actually check in.
