- Lana (9/5): A beautiful, quiet oasis right on the beachfront - We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location, and being on the beachfront was lovely. Everything about the property was beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious! Everything was thought of to make the stay a great experience. If I had to nitpick, the only thing that wasn't great about this property was that it was a bit squeezy to get in and out of the little toilet, which was in its own room. Otherwise, we found everything great.
- spencer (10/5): Great host, huge apartment and in a perfect location - Great location, the beach is amazing
- Diane (8/5): Overnight stay - I loved the at home feeling with the home baked sourdough and pastries for breakfast simple yet elegant. Libby was very welcoming on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay will definitely be back. There was nothing not to like but just a suggestion to have cold water in the fridge would on arrival would of made it even better.

- Ben (10/5): Tranquillity at the beach, Sandy Toes - Host Libby met us warmly on our arrival and explained all we needed to know, The beach walk starts at the back gate, the accommodation was very roomy and clean.
- Margie (10/5): Nice quite location and not to far away from everything. - It was so clean and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves. Libby was so warm and welcoming. Nothing
- Chambers (10/5): - Beautiful baked goodies provided, could hear the ocean and feel the breeze ,great pool and friendly hosts. Thank you.
- Ralf (8/5): -
- Brent (10/5): Comfortable - Libby and here husband where so kind and friendly made you feel at home Everything was great
- SusanC (10/5): - The accommodation was excellent with a fabulous host, and we loved being able to use the pool in the evening after a long drive. A lovely continental breakfast was provided, and we really appreciated the willingness to cater for a gluten-free diet.
- mark (10/5): Fabulous Host and lovely place to stay - Very yummy thank you Nothing was all great
- Michealae (10/5): - Very clean and the breakfast and other little pieces were a lovely touch. We don’t eat breakfast though but the sentiment was lovely. Walking distance to the beach. Didn’t realise it was a bed and breakfast type of thing however and likely wouldn’t have booked if I knew. But the host was lovely. The bed was so comfy too. The bifold blind doors that open into their home was a bit odd to me and with major anxiety it definitely put me on edge. Also the locked doors was a bit odd to me and added to my anxieties. We could also hear the host walking around upstairs but wasn’t super late so wasn’t a major issue. We didn’t get to get in the pool but it looked beautiful.

- Prescott (10/5): - We loved the accommodation and location
Libby was lovely and made us feel special.
The pool swim in the morning was great. Lovely salt pool.
The bed was very comfy and shower was great.
Breakfast was perfect.

- Geraldine (10/5): My stay was too short to really take advantage of all the benefits this location had to offer. - The space was large and airy. Having access to Netflix was a bonus I wasn't expecting and free Wifi was great. Libby was a wonderful host and I loved seeing all her beautiful artwork in the room.
Less than 10 minutes out from the centre of town and an easy drive to get there but being just off the beach and being able to walk out the back gate and across the dunes and be on the beach was just beautiful.
The continental breakfast provided was very thoughtful and catered for a number of different tastes, if there wasn't something there that you liked I would be very surprsied. There was nothing I didn't like about this stay. Libby was lovely and took us through everything about the place and the location, how to access the beach and where to find anything.
Once introduced to the place, you would not have even known the hosts were on premises.

- Frederick (8/5): This place was very comfortable for our two night stay and trip to Great Keppel island. - This place is very spacious, has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Right near beach for long walks. We usually try to book places within walking distance to restaurants. This place is a bit out of town so you need to drive in for meals or plan to shop for groceries (breakfast provided was great for us). This really wasn’t a negative for us, it was really nice to only have the “noise” of the ocean.
- David (7/5): comfortable - na na
- Peter (9/5): A relaxing and quiet stay at Sandy Toes. - The host was very friendly and explained the place quickly a day left us to relax. She left a lovely range of baked goods for breakfast. We only stayed a single night as we travelled to Keppel Is. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Just watch out for the 4WD hooning off the beach!
There was a bit of plastic rubbish on the beach. Would be good if there was a regular clean up crew.
Main lounge room has a bit of echo. Could do with a floor rug..
- Rosie (10/5): Exceptional - They gave so many extras,
- Lynette (9/5): Very happy customer! 😊 - The lovely warm welcome on arrival, Everything we needed was there, the beach was just a walk through the back gate.

- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location and Libby was so helpful. Lovely room and breakfast.
- Mary (10/5): We had a lovely relaxed weekend in this quiet beach retreat. - This was an amazing place to stay! Instead of one room it was a small apartment with private access to the beach, laundry and a full pool. Literally across the road from a long secluded beach. Libby and Gwynn were amazing hosts, leaving treats for us when we arrived. You definitely need a car to get back into town for dinner or adventures, but that’s not bad. It’s really nice to be in a quiet, relaxed environment.
- Steven (9/5): Pleasant stay for the night. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were very welcoming. - Quiet relaxed feel with the beach at the doorstep.

- Mick (9/5): Just about perfect… - The location was fantastic although it is a bit of a trip to anything (except the beach! 😊). Croissants, pastries, sour dough + condiments were supplied for brekky…perfect! A little tipple (actually a decanter) of port was also supplied and topped off the night nicely. We’ll go back! Tried forever to get the TV (Netflix) to work but if nothing else, we just enjoyed our own company…

- Keith (9/5): Looking for a discrete isolated beach - great! - Location - secluded.
All the little extras provided. Cotton sheets would be good.
- Robert (10/5): Excellent and would go back again. - Breakfast was excellent. ( croissants, toast and sweet pastries ) accomodation was a 1 bedroom unit under the house, very clean and everything you required. Access to the pool and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Owners were very helpful at settling in. I can honestly say there was nothing we didn’t like.
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (9/5): Great place for an isolated, quiet stop over - Large ground floor apartment with a pool. Private and quiet with an easy walk to the beach.
Libby was friendly and informative No breakfast fruit, cereal or muesli. Shops and cafes were driving distance only.
- Caitlin (10/5): Excellent, would stay again! - Fantastic, catered for allergies even at the last minute Location not walking distance to town but not far with a car
- Kristy (10/5): Exceptional - Hi guys you rock. Love your place. I missed the fact that owners live upstairs, it's totally cool but I wish I knew b4 arriving. Your puppy is really cute & I loved connecting with you & the yeppoon vibe. Can't wait to stay again. Thank you!!!
- Anderson (9/5): Very quite and appreciated - The location was excellent. No I think its just right
- Darren (8/5): Very good -
- Graham (10/5): Luxury for a budget price - Breakfast was included and was devine, close to he beach, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to were you wanted to go within 8mins max Loved it nothing bad
- Patricia (9/5): Enjoyable and comfortable stay - we enjoyed our short stay, the property backs on to the beach, the unit is roomy and has lots of little touch’s to make us feel at home. Libby is an excellent host, allowing us to use her laundry. all good
- Kingparrot (10/5): Private beach hideaway on the Capricorn Coast - The location of the property was a bit more isolated than we anticipated but upon arriving it was well worth the drive. We drove back into town to buy dinner because there's no shops around but once we knew where we were going the trip back was short. It's near the old Capricorn Resort. The house sits on the beachfront - you can hear the beach but you can't see it from the accommodation but a few short steps and you're right on the beach. It's long and wide and sandy and private with views back to Yeppoon. The accommodation is very spacious with a separate bedroom, lounge area, dining and kitchen. Everything you need has been provided. Even freshly picked delicious passionfruit off the vines surrounding the house. The bed was comfortable and warm. The property is immaculately clean, it's private and very comfortable and cosy. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. We would highly recommend it, especially if you can stay for a few days and spend time at the beach - not just overnight like we did. The breakfast was very nice with pastries and a selection of jams, a selection of different types of coffees and teas and a little surprise we were not expecting that was very nice. Lots of thought has gone in to making sure their guests enjoy their stay here. I wasn't expecting it to be part of a house - I had to check my booking to see if I booked airbbnb or booking.com, because it was the type of property I would expect on airbnb being part of a house but not booking.com. But it was a booking.com booking. This property is downstairs under the main residence so we could hear some minor noise filtering from upstairs but very minimal because obviously the hosts are very conscious of having guests and don't want to disturb them. If the hosts were not generous enough to share their little piece of paradise with others, the chance of experiencing this beautiful part of the Capricornia Coast would not be possible. There really is everything to like, there is nothing not to like here.

- Anja_lewis (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (7/5): Great for a short stay and a nice change from a motel. - Only a one night stay on a road trip to Cairns and provided everything you could want. Limited time to explore but after a bite to eat at the Harbor and a nice breakfast (provided) we were refreshed for the journey onto Airlie Beach.
- Bill (9/5): Bill and Margaret - Quiet location close to beach.

Continental breakfast is very good. Could do with mare towel rails in the bathroom .
