Carla Maria F (1/5): Péssimo! - Eram amplas Os quartos estava estavam sem toalhas e Foi o Hotel está com placa de vende-se e dentro estavam fazendo iventário de taças, talheres, louças.. tudo empilhado nas áreas comuns, inclusive na área do café da manhã que foi horrível, com poucas opções, parecendo velhas, sem a possibilidade de solicitar nem um ovo mexido.

No dudaré en repetir alojarme en CUMBRES BLANCAS si repito ESQUEL GRACIAS POR LA ATENCION QUE ME BRINDARON. Tener que volver a mi rutina.

Andrew (9/5): Charming hotel in a cozy historic building - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival they helped me get a rip in my ski pants repaired by a seamstress and set up a massage therapist to come to the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were also incredibly helpful in directing me through the menu and wine list. The sauna is as an added bonus, great after a long day of skiing. Bed was comfy and the building itself is charming and historic with great views of the mountains. Breakfast was also a nice spread. Suggestions for improvement: Entire hotel runs hot, would recommend they turn down the heat. Was able to control temp in my room by opening window but would be nice if it was a little cooler. Also would love to have used the steam room, but it doesn’t get hot enough and needs to have eucalyptus added to the water.
