Guest Reviews
- JenJozi (8/5): Just fine - This hotel is on a good location, few hundred meters from the bridge, pretty quiet area. Staff was friendly although the lady didn't speak too much English. I hardly saw staff though, guests have keys so they can go in and out themselves. Room was clean and had AC. In my room the light didn't work so I got changed to a bigger room with light, what was nice service.
- clarebunny171 (2/5): Violent racist abusive owner - Do not stay here. Highly unsafe. Had to involve the police twice. Corrupt owner. Threaten violence and rape and murder over 18 euros room that I wanted to cancel due to owner being irresponsible. Kept my luggage as hostage and threatened to burn it. Hurled racist remarks at me.
- 442anaw (6/5): Ok place! - I booked through booking.com where it said there is free parking on the street. When we got there, we discovered there isn't, so we had to park nearby and pay. The owner reduced the price we paid for the parking from what we had to pay so we were quite happy with how they solved this issue. I am very satisfied that they solved this issue, however, it was quite stressful looking for parking after a long trip on a very hot summer day.
The room is small but had everything we needed. Everything was clean. It also has AC which was a huge plus since it was 38 degrees outside. The staff was helpful, flexible, friendly and willing to work out the parking issue we had.
- Miskob1 (10/5): Cute place - We are standing one night in hotel Most. It is on good location because the old bridge is 300 m far away. Hotel have clima, tv and wi fi. The stuff are kind and helpfull. Hotel are small but clean and quiet. We will come back.
- 519priscillag (10/5): great hostel, perfect location - we stayed here for 1 night, perfect location and good value for your money. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. She answered all the question which we had and gave usefull information about the city.
The room itself was small but clean. The airconditioning worked perfectly.
we didn't used the kitchen but it was big and looked clean, you can even get free coffee and tea.
we slept in quite some hostels but this one was above average.
- sanjam9 (2/5): Disappointed - The room was tiny and stank, as did the rest of the building. They don't accept credit or debit cards. I'm speaking from my own experience. Stuff is friendly. Good location a few steps from the Old Town.
- adinomis (2/5): Stay away at all cost - I was promised to get picked up from the bus station. I waited more than one hour, and no one showed up. Some friendly locals helped me find another hotel. When I walked to pansion most to tell him (the owner) I'm switching hotel, he started screaming and being rude to me. Stay away from this place.
- 321yvettet (10/5): Friendly Service - Value for money - My partner and I visited Mostar and stayed overnight. I must say the receptionist lady is one of the most friendly I've come across. She gave us good tips and also (much to my embarrassment) allowed us to settle the bill the following morning. We arrived late from Dubrovnik and I did not have any marks with me. This is not the reason I'm singing praises of Pansion Mostar. We were given a corner room and it had a splendid view of the nearby mountains. The room was extremely functional and value for money. I will return to Pansion Most if I come back to Mostar.
- ines_146 (4/5): Worst place to stay - I was visiting Mostar and was supposed to stay at pansion Most for 12 nights, but very first day I've left it.
The room was way too small, with basic bed wardrobe (probably found at granny's home centuries ago), table with chair (same as wardrobe), TV (11 inch old fashioned), and toilet.
Floor of a room was dirty, sheets had couple of blood stains which they were unable to clean, shower floor was covered in mold, and in a fridge, I've found STALE REMAINS OF FOOD.
Morning after that horror I woke up with rash on my face.
(If I had an opportunity to change the accommodation that very night I would with no hesitation but it was way too late).
The only too positive things are that owner of that place haven't charged that night I've spent there after I have told what was the condition of a room, and it is located very near to Old Bridge.
- Marzetta (4/5): You can fins better. - The Pansion Most, also known as B&B Most, is located right outside the center and within walking distance from the Stari Most ( 5 minutes). That is the only positive thing I can say about this place.
At arrival you need to phone/text the guy that should be at the reception. There is a strong smell of smoke in the whole staircase, even for a smoker with the flue (me). The room is basic. You get what you pay for. Several items were missing vs the facilities described in the booking page. Bin trash, not available. Cockroaches yes. I woke up next to one. Overall a deep cleaning is needed. If you are in a budget mode it might suit your needs.
- zauvek_beogradjanka (10/5): summer vacation - I've spent one day in Mostar, and I really recommend you to book your room at Pansion Most. It's located in the centre. My room was cosy, and recently renovated. The owner was really kind. He also speaks German.
- 158dannyr (6/5): Good value - Its a good hotel, clean room and bathroom. AC was good. Downside is the bed, its set to the wall, so one of the two has to crawl in. Not a problem if you are with your wife, or girlfriend, not so nice if you are with a friend.
- 287branislavb (8/5): Cheap and near to center - Ita super cheap. Room is small but clean and with working air-condition. Bathroom was clean as well. It is really close to the old bridge.
The only problem is with parking but I found spot just 5 meters from the entrance and owner (or receptionist?) asked me where am I standing and went out to check if it is ok. I really appreciate this.
- SaaraKa (8/5): Excellent value for money, friendly staff - Stayed for 2 nights. Very friendly and helpful owner couple/staff, clean yet very simple rooms and peaceful atmosphere. Air-con was great to have. Perfect location near old town. Breakfast was great and freshly made. Value for money was just excellent!
- Ira1971 (8/5): It's absolutely fine - 5 minutes walk from the old town, clean and tidy rooms, free Wifi, what else do you need in gorgeous Mostar? The price is also fine. Rooms have a small fridge, private bathroom and are spacious enough. I booked through Booking.com and paid same amount as the hotel charges. Busstation is at walking distance (20 minutes).
- erole2014 (6/5): Good - I like it. Good personal, perfect service. No hot water in morning. Location is 500mt to old bridge. AC is not good, but clean rooms. I think i wont go again but it was nice motel. By the way it was the cheapest hotel on mostar
- Richard_Greer_ (8/5): Nice place - Clean, good location, staff that works hard to satisy the customer. Some English tv channels. The internet is eratic, but generally useable. The breakfast is extra but is worth it, nicely presented, good variety of food including an omlet. The staffs English is limited but good enough to get by. If I retuned to Mostar I would stay there again.
- juergen_n (10/5): makes you wanna stay... - We booked one night as we had the intention to visit Mostar and then go on with our tour across Bosnia. When we arrived, we didn't just fall in love with the city, we also felt so welcome in the hotel that we decided to stay another night - and if time wouldn't have been limited, we would have stayed even longer.
The hotel offers charming rooms with all facilities u need for a pleasent stay: aircondition, wifi, fridge and enough space even in single rooms! In addition the staff of the family run hotel is friendly and really helpful - no matter if u wanna know about places to eat in Mostar or which places are worth to see in Bosnia (by the way, we found out that the whole country seems worth to travel). As we didn't try, we don't know about breakfast - but the description sounded nice.
The hotel is located just a five minutes walk to Mostar's old town and the famous bridge, so it's the perfect choice if u're traveling without car as well. If you have your own car, the only thing to know is that they don't offer parkings - but we easily found public parking spots just around the corner and it was no problem and safe to leave the car.
Mostar and Pansion Most - both the perfect choice to visit...
- AmarillaArvika (8/5): Good choice - I booked my stay at the Pansion Most through one of the big online booking sites, where it was actually listed under the name Bed & Breakfast Most. So I was quite surprised to learn that breakfast was not included! However, the food is superb, with eggs, cheese, different breads, fuits etc. Well worth the cost of 4 Euro per person.
Room was very small, but very clean and wonderfully cool. Staff is friendly and more than willing to help with anything you ask of them. It helps to know some basic German here - not everyone speaks English. Location wise this hotel is perfect, right between the old and the new Mostar and so close enough to walk to both. Make sure you call them when you arrive to get directions - you can easily walk from the bus and train station.
- HWID (8/5): Tidy Room with Endearing Hospitality - Only a brief moment's walk from the old city, Pansion Most fit my needs perfectly. The room was tidy with plenty of closet space complete with comforting temperature control and piping hot water. Linens were changed daily. The staff is fluent in English and German with endearing hospitality, providing useful direction regarding souvenirs and dining options. I was even given the option of having my clothes laundered. Certainly, I would stay again.
