Guest Reviews
- Ruud (6/5): -
Handdoeken waren aanwezig 😀.
Mooi gelegen, vrij stilletjes daar, mooi terras.
Mooie omgeving.
- Joep (10/5): Accomodating - Nice and welcoming owner.
The rooms are very clean and tidy.
- Zitkoski (9/5): Superb -
- Anil (7/5): Good - Toiletries were missing like soap or shower gell
- Emma (10/5): Great stay, spacious bedrooms, awesome breakfast, very helpful and kind hosts. - Location, very comfy, kindness of the hosts, breakfast +++ Nothing to answer
- Paul (7/5): Good - Unusual chalet style accommodation.
Good breakfast and safe parking
Friendly owner. It's half an hour walk to the town for food and drink along a dangerous road with no pavement.
- Paskalpylan (5/5): Passable - Excellent breakfast
- Joris (7/5): Good -
- Attila (9/5): Superb - The cottage is very cute, has two separate bedrooms with a bathroom each, and a pleasant common room. All rooms have a wooden decor and stylish countryside atmosphere. The other room was not occupied so I don know if it would be noisy with other guests, we had it to ourselves.
So it was very quiet and green, the room has a nice view to the hills too. The owner and family live onsite too.
Breakfast had local ham, jams and bread and real fresh orange juice.
Shower was powerful.
We never met the owner, but she communicated well and explained how to get the keys. The bed was squeaky, when moving it made a sound, but it was comfortable.
- Pierre (10/5): Exceptional -
- Berit (8/5): A great stay in a beautiful area - Cozy room and nice, quiet, beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was super and our host was friendly and welcoming. Room was a bit cold. The tourist tax (2,50 eur/person) has to be paid in cash so make sure to bring some.
- Vincent1969 (9/5): Nice relaxed stay with homely atmosphere near many hiking trails - - the owner is a friendly woman who makes you feel at home
- the rooms are spacious with a high ceiling and the building is made out of wood, which gives a warm atmosphere
- the breakfast had a nice variety of breads, cheese/meat and well presented
- the owner made the effort of searching an available restaurant for us and she made the reservation
- the bed was large and comfortable
- the owner made a lunch package for us with sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit, etc. - the coffee machine was so-so. not very bad but at most mediocre. why not give a nice quantity of (filter) coffee at breakfast?
- Jan (4/5): Nice for the location, but would not stay again - Nice location, quiet environment Not sound proof at all, we could hear the neighbor guests as if they were in our room. When wanting to take a shower at the end of the day, there was no hot water. Coffee in the morning was terribly week as they use one capsule to make two coffees :)
- Geert (7/5): Good value for the price and excellent location, but best to bring you own towels. - Small B&B with two in-house guest rooms next to each other, which each have their own bathroom with a shower cabin. Quiet location in a splendid environment, very close to the caves of Remouchamps and the Ninglinspo walking trail. Breakfast with measured amounts per room: a basket with some slices of bread, two types of jam, some chocolate paste, a croissant and a chocolate biscuit; a plate with salami, bacon, two types of cheese and some nuts or fruits; a bottle of orange juice; hot water for tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The bath towels did not seem very fresh; so it would be advisable to bring you own towels. There were no musquito nets in the windows, so especially given the hot time we had, there were some musquito's in the room.
