O que nos desagradou em relação a reserva: em nenhuma etapa da reserva é informado que deveríamos fazer um pré pagamento via PIX. (É informado que um pré pagamento será cobrado a qualquer momento e que a propriedade aceita diversas bandeiras de cartão de crédito, inclusive é solicitado um cartão para efetivar a reserva. Até aí OK, porque a propriedade poderia usar este cartão para garantir a reserva) Mas assim que a reserva é confirmada você recebe uma mensagem através do Booking e uma mensagem da proriedade via WhatsApp solicitando pagamento de 50% da estadia via PIX. 😏 Roupas de banho com aspecto encardido. Áreas comuns nos passou a impressão de mal cuidadas, nada convidativo para um momento de relax. Horário café da manhã (somente 1h, das 9 às 10h), poderia ser um pouco mais cedo.
