• Andrea (7/5): - La posizione centrale vicina a tutto e la disponibilità dei proprietari La pulizia, bagno datato e doccia malfunzionante ed è stata cambiata solo in seguito dopo nostra segnalazione. Muri molto fini si sentiva tutto quello che facevano le stanze attigue.

• elpida (9/5): Απολαυστικη διαμονη - Μειναμε στο jungle room το οποιο ηταν πολυ ευρυχωρο και ανετο. Τα κρεβατια ηταν αναπαυτικα και η διακοσμηση πολυ ωραια!! Υπαρχει μια πρακτικη κοινοχρηστη κουζινα με τα απαραιτητα. Το καταλυμμα βρισκεται σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια. Το αυτοματο συστημα προσβασης παρεχει ασφαλεια και ειναι απλο, αρκει να ακολουθησεις τις αναλυτικες οδηγιες που στελνονται. Τελος, υπηρχε αμεση εξυπηρετηση και αριστη επικοινωνια με τους οικοδεσποτες.
• Aimiliani (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Είχε βασικές υπηρεσίες. Είχε μούχλα στο μπάνιο, το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου χρειάζεται αλλαγή, δεν μας έφτασε το χαρτί υγείας κ πέραν της πρώτης μέρας δεν υπήρχε κάποια υπηρεσία καθαριότητας (έλεγε πως θα μας αλλάξουν τις πετσέτες αλλά δεν μας τις άλλαξαν. Η ηχομόνωση είναι αρκετά κακη και η πόρτα ήταν πολύ λεπτή κ όταν έμπαινε άλλος ένοικος ακουγόταν σαν να μπαίνει στο δικό σου δωμάτιο.
• Marovic (8/5): Odlična lokacija, dobar omjer cijene i usluge, osoblje uslužno. - Lokacija je odlična, zgrada je dobra, sigurna, dobro održavanje, mala kuhinja ima sve potrebno za udoban boravak, pripremu čaja, kafe, ima mikrovalnu, dovoljno posuđa, a sobe imaju i mali frižider. Mienjali smo sobu jer je greškom link otvorio pogrešnu a kolegenica nije obratila pažnju na naziv, malo su i fotografije svih soba na jednom mjestu zbunjujuće. Bilo je previše automatizovanih poruka i previše bespotrebne komunikacije, dok ono što je trebalo biti dogovreno (da svako plati takse tačno za dane boravka) nije na kraju uspjelo da se riješi jer su poruke i nakon dogovar nastale pristizati, na desetine, s upozrenjem da nećemo moći ući u sobu ako ne platimo takse (i koje nije trebalo da platimo). Sobe nemaju ormar, vješalica je premalo, a ako borave tri osobe, jako je teško sušiti pešire, za koje je trebalo i podsjetiti da se promijene treći dan. Posteljina je čista, sve se održava urednim i funckionalnim, ali bi namještaj mogao biti malo čistiji i u kupaoni i unutar sobe. Dodatne vješalice bi puno pomogle.

• Isabelle (8/5): - Location is excellent. You are in via toledo in under five minutes. Communication with owners is very good. The double bed and pillows can be more comfortable. Shower needs some fixing! Room is in need of some refurbishment too.

• Sabrina (7/5): Ottima posizione,buono il prezzo,carente nei servizi. - Posizione ottima, vicina alla metro Toledo, punto strategico, struttura pulita e silenziosa. Non c’era il Wi-Fi e il condizionatore non funzionava sull’aria calda. Nei giorni del soggiorno le temperature era basse, abbiamo avuto un po’ freddo.

• Biccheri (9/5): - La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale a tutti i servizi. Accogliente e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire durante una vacanza. Molto gentili e disponibili.
• luigi (3/5): Da non tornare - Posizione centrale Appartamento, trovato poca pulizia (superficiale), in 5 notti non ha mai pulito nessuno , hanno solo tirato su il letto una volta, cucina inesistente, non c'era nulla
• Carolina (8/5): - La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. Tenía una pequeña cocina compartida donde podías calentar agua, y había microondas. Para cambiar las toallas tenés que llamar, pero te atienden en seguida y se aseguran que no falte nada El sistema electrónico de apertura, si bien es más seguro al principio fue una confusión pero una vez que lo haces es súper cómodo. Lo que siempre debes tener batería en el celu e internet.

• Alain (5/5): Situation idéale mais améliorations à prévoir. - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. L’accès à la chambre par code n’est pas simple. L’alternative du badge ne fonctionne pas. Le lit grince au moindre mouvement. La robinetterie de la douche est nulle!!! Il faut attendre longtemps pour avoir de l’eau chaude ou tiède et lorsqu’on y arrive, ça repasse en eau froide. Donc on fait couler une quantité d’eau incroyable. Pas très économique ni écologique ! Un changement de robinetterie serait judicieux. La douche s’évacue très mal. Enfin c’est très bruyant par rapport à la chambre voisine « Jungle » ! Surtout quand on a affaire à des imbéciles qui n’ont aucun respect vis à vis des autres locataires !! Il faudrait sensibiliser les voyageurs avec des panneaux et des sms.

Er was nog een receptie ter plekke gelukkig want totaal doorgeslagen digitaal inchecksysteem: 1 te ingewikkeld 2 ik gebruik geen whatsapp, graag via booking communiceren svp 3 mensen van buiten EU kunnen niet hun smartphone (dus ook geen whatsapp) gebruiken want dat is onbetaalbaar. Dat leek de receptie niet te willen begrijpen. Slecht IKEA-bed, soort slaapbank. (140 bij 200)

• Vanda (10/5): Exceptional - The host was really nice and helpfull. The location is perfect, you can reach 3 metro stations in 5 minutes by walk. The main port was also 5 min. by walk. There many options near to the apartment where you can eat breakfast or dinner. It wasnt my first trip in Naples but this was the best apartment.

• Uros (10/5): Great place to stay in Napoli! - Fast and easy check in and out, easy and great communication, more than helpful staff, they are easy to reach via whatsapp and super responsive, great location, clean room, common kitchen was helpfull too for some coffee and tea. Everything was great!

• Caren (8/5): Good stay, clean rooms, had all the basic amenities needed for one night. - The entry to the building and room is automated - this is excellent for late check-ins. Room was clean. The automated system can be a bit simpler. A LOT of communication from the property before arrival. Useful but I think the communication can be limited.

• Emma (6/5): Small and basic apartment in a quiet area - The apartment is in a good location - quiet at night but within walking distance to busier areas. Whilst the apartment is modern, it is very basic. The check in process was long winded. You are sent links to open the doors which require you to have Internet access to get in and didnt always work. The lift to access the apartment is very small with luggage.

• Ian (8/5): Value for money but hard work using your mobile phone to unlock doors. - The quality and size of the rooms were really good The process of getting in and out of the apartment and rooms. It was all digital and sometimes it took a while to get it. Showers were cold one day also

Incorrect information regarding beds, was told two double beds for one room and a double and a single for the other room. We got one room with a double and a single and one with a double. This was no good for 4 male adults

• Butterfly1308 (6/5): Such a value for money - I liked the room itself. Clean and spacious. Just few days of training to get access to your room and you can stay here longer. First of all incredibly long and annoying and humiliating self check in. You will pay tax and sign up for charge of your card up to fees hundred euros in case of damages. Absolutely no staff you only rely on the Internet connection and your mobile with instructions how to access your room in 3 (f.....ng) steps. Each time you leave your room, think twice if you want to pass this test again. In addition, there's specific noise from each using of water by your neighbours. It may wake you up. The room does not have any views, just into inner space (see photo)

• Pamela (6/5): My expectations were bigger. Sorry. It is a small room inside an apartment. I didn´t realized that. - Tha location was very good. Near the port to take any excursion. The shower didn´t work. The space of the shower weren´t very clean. I complained it and next day they repaired almost all.
• Piotr (4/5): Good location but very poor staff - Very good location Room was all right Staff staff staff !! Lady from B&B office start to call/text me everyday since five days before our check in. She was constantly desturbing me on the phone. Even during our stay she tried to called me to ask what time we will check out... Another thing is the check in system. You have to put there your debit card details to pay city tax... It is not supported by Booking so I did not trust the app for 100% but there is no other way to get in to the room ! You are able to open door only after tax will be payd... Had to generate virtual one time use card to complete check it
• José (5/5): Passable - Clean, good bed, air-conditioning. Shower was leaking. No wifi, but to get into the building and into the flat they ask you to use an internet link, while in the lobby the 4G signal internet connection can be poor.
• Argyro (8/5): Very good - Room was clean and extra toiletries where offered when needed. Excellent location, close to the port, ideal if you want to travel around the South of Italy. Bonus points for having space to leave your luggage if you arrive/leave before/after check-in/out hours! Room was proportionally small for 3 people, not enough space for the luggage of 3 people.

Not ideal for long stays Stayed at dimorra property for 15 days - It is not suited for long stays FIRST OF ALL IT IS NOT A APARTMENT , THEY RENT A ROOM IN 3 Room apartment and that too without proper kitchen. So we had to eat out all 3 times a day . No glasses even to drink a water. 1. Linen change and towels are with extra charges. 2. Housekeeping cleans the property after 3 days. 3. Refrigerator in Room (picture shown in misleading) is very small maybe of a 5-8 litre of capacity. Even small water bottles are tad bit bigger. No washing machine, Iron was provided on request but with no itoning board ,so useless 4. We rented with pretext on the property headline that it is a apartment and felt it wasn’t worth it. And it seems Booking.com cant also do anything. We asked them for changing of linen and towels as we were staying for 15 days , but that was a no no , so we have to purchase our own towels etc for second week of stay.
