• Olga (10/5): Great B&B in EU institution district - Great B&B in a quiet area close to EU institutions. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood feels very peaceful and safe. The host is absolutely amazing — incredibly welcoming and helpful. Fantastic breakfast. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in. The only minor downside is that, as with many older Belgian houses, the sound insulation isn’t perfect and you may occasionally hear neighbors. However, this didn’t significantly affected my overall experience.

• Claire (10/5): Found my home in the city at last. - Didier is a fabulous host. The rooms were perfectly furnished and all you could need was there. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. Brilliantly located for anyone wanting to experience Brussels, whether for work or pleasure, close to parcs and amenities. I have found my home in the city at last. Nothing at all.

The host was wonderful, and the facilities were excellent, with high-quality details throughout the room and bathroom. The room itself was spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was also large and fully equipped with everything needed. The air quality and overall atmosphere were outstanding, creating a very calm and relaxing environment. -

The room was quiet as it was located at the back of the house. Breakfast was very good with lots of variaty on offer. Price of the room was extremely competitive and a lot cheaper than hotels nearby. Nothing, I would stay here again without any hesitation.

• Tatiana (10/5): I would certainly recommend it. - The location is ideal especially for someone who wants to be close to the European institutions. The house was just like in the photos, clean, full of light and very spacious. My room was quiet and autonomous. There was coffee machine and caps available and the kitchen was fully equipped. The breakfast was very good and rich, prepared by Didier, the wonderful host. Didier is there for anything someone might need, very kind and friendly, but also very discreet. I would certainly stay there again if I had the chance. I haven't noticed something annoying. Nevertheless, it should be mentioned that the room I stayed was in the 3rd floor, and some people might have a physical weakness to deal with all these stairs.

• Lisa (10/5): Flawless. Perfect location with a friendly host, delicious breakfast. Spacious, modern and spotless. - Everything about the B&B was wonderful and perfect for our needs. It is in an ideal location within walking distance of Grand Place and EU Parliament. The metro and central station are also nearby. Our host Didier was so friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations. He provided a personal touch to our stay that you would not experience at a hotel. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the studio apartment and I loved the modern minimal decor. There's a lovely little balcony. It's very bright and spacious with a well appointed kitchen and private bathroom. Not a negative, but as an fyi, there are a lot of stairs up to the studio and no lift which might not suit everyone. For us, it was manageable and our host, Didier helped us to bring up the luggage :)

The place is really cute & cosy, super clean, very comfy bed and a great location, in the European district. But the best thing is the host: Didier is really exceptional - so kind, friendly and welcoming, he gave me many great tips, told me super interesting stories (I really loved our breakfast chats :) and made me feel at home. Also breakfast was incredibly tasty, and Didier makes the stay extra pleasant in every possible way. Nothing!!

It's a one way street with cobblestone. Cute and quiet. The house is charming with the wooden stairs, very " bruxelloise". The room was very clean and spacious. Window onto the street super quiet at night. I had a walk around. I felt safe day and night. There is a lovely park with a small lake walking distance. Great restaurants near bye and metro or buses. Since I had to leave very early morning to catch my plane, I could not share breakfast and the host kindly refunded me which was very much appreciated. For having lived in Brussels myself for nearly 10 years, this place made ma nostalgic of the fun and good years I had living there. I highly recommend the place.

Old town house, good and comfortable before 2nd floor without lift. If you have a lot of luggage can be a bit of problem. You need to wait a longer time for hot water under shower

Everything is spotless and tidy, and by agreement, the room is spacious and has everything you need for a stay, even a view of the green roof. The host is extremely kind and correct, the breakfast is sufficient, whatever you want... the ambiance is particularly nice, unusual, in the style of old buildings as they used to be lived in, but modernized. Very interesting. And of course a special impression of "Princess Bernie", visitors will know who it is... N/A

• Lisa (10/5): An urban oasis in an exceptional location - Didier is a superb host, and nothing is too much trouble. He was happy to accommodate my request to leave my bags and return later in the afternoon to collect them and change for my flight, even though he wasn't there. My room felt like a cosy oasis after full on days at a conference, and Didier has anticipated every little detail, ensuring that you have the most comfortable stay possible. The building is beautiful and has been renovated to a very high standard. I highly recommend this superb B&B if you need a top quality spot to base yourself in near the European Commission. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything you need, including the supermarket and the train station.

• Denisa (9/5): A family-like stay in the heart of the European district - Didier's B&B is superb! Didier is a very nice host, caring and very helpful! I arrived later than expected and he was so kind and waited for me to check in although it was later in the evening. I stayed in a spacious room with modern design with a huge bathroom and a view to a quiet inner yard. All this only 15 minutes walk from the European institutions! In your room, you can also find maps with indications of closest shops and restaurants to go to. Didier is so prepared for you! He also offers breakfasts in the family-like dining room so the whole stay felt like I was staying at a family or a friend's place. I will definitely come back! Everything was perfect.

Otherwise, the apartment is centrally located and the old town can be easily reached on foot or by train. Didier was also available to us at any time via email and WhatsApp if we had any further questions about Brussels or the apartment. The rooms were clean and furnished with an eye for detail. Breakfast was in Didier's private rooms and was lovingly prepared. There was everything your heart desired. When we announced our passion for dogs, he even introduced us to his little furry friend. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back any time.
