• Lacroir (9/5): Good price, kind host and clean accommodation. - Very kind and helpful host, was always available on WhatsApp. Also the common spaces were cleaned often and in good shape. Also bus stop is just in front of the apartment where the bus takes you directly to the center in ~10 mins or so. Nothing serious to mention. Maybe the only thing is that my room (Room nr. 6) was facing East, so I got direct sunlight in the morning and the room had a huge glass wall - so even with the portable A/C running, it was quite hot there.

• Bas (9/5): Good place to stay 40 min walk from center. - Stayed a night here to discover Tirana. Clean shared area (including bathroom and kitchen). The whole area feels spacious, including the room. Room was clean had towels and a comfortable bed. Private parking was possible in the parking garage of the building for €5. Price was cheap compared to other places, at the cost of location from the city center. City center is a 40 minutes walk.

• Kieran (5/5): I would use this accommodation again, but stay in a room at the back, not near the road. - It was cheap, clean.friendly and very close to regular bus services into town. The lady running it was available and friendly. There was no breakfast. It is not a bed and breakfast. It is a self catering apartment with four rooms and a small kitchen. I was in a very small and very cheap one. There are other rooms. I cannot complain about the price, but the shutter did not work properly so it was hot, too light and noisy, and the air con was not working. Quite difficult to find as they are not allowed to have a sign.
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - A great find! Comfortable, clean, well staffed, host was communicative. I had an initial hard time finding where to go in for parking, and the staff member there to open the garage waited 20 minutes for me to turn around (Tirana traffic!) and helped me get all settled in. The common space has a nice kitchen and resources about the city, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. I think my AC unit may have been broken, but I wasn’t entirely sure. Staff said they’d look into it though so not worried about that getting taken care of.
• Mauro (9/5): Superb - Isabel's B&B is a very nice place. Very quite and super clean. Staff is helpful and bus stop is just in front of the building. Yes, the structure is not super central, if you want to walk be prepared to 20+ mins. Otherwise there are plenty of buses going back and forth to/from the city center at any time (including night) and the bus stop is right in front of the building.
• Princess (7/5): Good - There was no breakfast however the kitchen has sufficient facilities and the view was spectacular especially at night and being on the main road with easy access to the city center. Better communication with the host via the app or even whatsapp, message were left unread and calls not answered.
• Moritz (10/5): The perfect start to an Albanian journey - Isabel is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She was able to let me into the location at midnight, which was great! The kitchen is great to use and has all you need. The washing machine is 4€ and there is an option to rent a car for 30€ a day which is a very solid price for a Mercedes B-class. The price per night here is also very very solid. Payment can only be done in cash, but they accept euros and there is a bank and atm on the other side of the road!

• Przemysław (8/5): Very nice place - Hotel is actually an apartment in a block of flats (with elevator), located at last floor. There are 4 rooms inside apartment with shared kitchen and quite big bathroom. Hotel is clean. An older lady take care of hotel. She doesn't speak English, but inside hotel there are a lot information about restaurants nearby, places worth visit, some maps etc. that's very helpful. Hotel is quite far away from city center, but near there is city bus stop. Also it is near the Bus Terminal (15 min by foot) - so this hotel may be great choice if you plan further trip. there was small confusion how to check-in: there are two apartments on last floor - one is hotel, on other side is private apartment of older lady who takes care of the hotel. If you ring to hotel doors probably nobody will open. Room was also a bit noisy when window was opened.

• Dom (10/5): Excellent B&B - The property is located on one of the main roads leading into the center of Tirana, with frequent buses available. Nicely kept, bed was very comfy, the host was super welcoming and accommodating. This is a shared accommodation (private rooms, shared kitchen, bathroom), but the rules are very common-sense. Lots of handy info available on nearby facilities, shops, etc. Generally, had a fantastic first experience of Albania, many lovely, welcoming people, can't wait to visit again and see more of the land outside the capital. Wi-fi went down one evening, and the street can be noisy (you may need to shut the window or bring ear plugs).

The host spoken excellent English, had helpful maps posted everywhere, and every room had their own kitchen cabinet and section in the refrigerator. The apartment was cleaned daily, and they even had a push button toilet that rotated the plastic wrap on the toilet seat. Nothing at all. Everything was great!

Thank you. - Very quiet environment, clean and modern. - Air conditioning even if it has a cost is good quality. - Very clean beds and towels. - Reasonable well located between the regional bus station and the international bus station. 15 mins walk. - Bus stop is just in front to go to city center or the bus stations. - the view from the balcony is nice, you can see the mountains. - Couldn't make the tv work, didn't turn on. - price for laundry was a big high (4 euros/cycle). Make sure not to set the long cycle, it takes 3.5 hours!
