• Cyril (10/5): À refaire lieu idéal pour visiter Venise ! - L’emplacement idéal La qualité de l’accueil. L’hôte est très sympa et donne des bons conseils. La terrasse privative en bord de canal et la possibilité d’y prendre son petit déjeuner. Prix assez élevé mais c’est Venise.
• Suzanne (10/5): Excellent place, would recommend, great location and host, clean and safe. - Very well located, balcony with seating on canal, so pretty. Lovely spot, fairly quiet off the main hustle and bustle, but accessible to all. Spacious room with clean facilities, comfortable beds and clean bathroom with good shower! Kitchen available with cooking facilities and fridge with crockery and cutlery if required, which was a great bonus. Marco the host was lovely, we got lost on arrival and he came and found us and walked us back, he was helpful, friendly and informative. He gave some great guidance on our return to the airport. He made us feel very welcome No complaints
• Christina (10/5): Fantastic! Would love to come back! - We didn't choose the breakfast option. The attached kitchen is very well equipped to make your own. Absolutely LOVED the balcony where we sat every evening enjoying the people passing by on the canal. Nothing could have been better.

• Christoph (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt bei charmantem Gastgeber - Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Marco war sehr einladend. Die Lage war ideal, weil ruhig und doch nur 10 Minuten vom Marcusplatz entfernt. Unser Zimmer lag im EG direkt am Eingangsbereich mit Küche und war dadurch, insbesondere bei Küchennutzung durch andere Gäste, in den Abendstunden hellhörig.

• Wood (10/5): Loved our stay, location and host!! - Location was fantastic and our communication with our host was great. We had a super terrace and enjoyed wine and dinner on our patio which was super. Marco prepared a great breakfast one morning. Could not have been any happier!! Nothing - everything was great!

• Andreas (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt mit der Familie in Venedig... - Wir wurden persönlich von Marco empfangen, welcher uns alles erklärt und gezeigt hat. Die Zimmer waren gross und alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und wurde von Marco persönlich serviert. Die Anreise, war dank der Beschreibung, sehr gut zu finden. Die Zimmer sind in einer ruhigeren Gegend von Venedig gelegen, und trotzdem ist man zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten auf dem Markusplatz oder der Rialtto-Brücke. Bei einem nächsten Besuch von Venedig, würde ich sofort wieder bei Marco meine Übernachtungen buchen. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln...
• Dana (8/5): - Penzion je zcela zastrčen v typické úzké benátské uličce. Má celkem jen 3 pokoje. Vnitřek je již poněkud omšelý, ale koupelna je čistá a celkem nová. Z balkónu je krásný výhled na jeden z kanálů. Poloha penzionu je příznivá, hlavní benátské památky v dosahu pěšky. Snídaně na italské poměry dostačující. Nenajdete tu šunku, salám a zeleninu. Vše jen sladké : jogurt, müsli, croissant, tavený sýr, bulka, jablko, káva a čaj. Marco, který se o penzion a hosty stará je vlídný, a vždy poradí.

• Anna (10/5): - The location is absolutely amazing, especially the view from the terrace. The condo is situated on the Calle Cavalli, not where the booking address shows. You better contact the owner beforehand. Nevertheless, it takes around 17 min by foot to get to St Marco square, but the walk is beautiful.

• Debarjun (10/5): Our stay in Venice wouldn’t have been nearly as memorable without staying here - It was a lovely experience staying at Marco’s place in Venice. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the canals and is perfectly located — central to everything you’d want to do in Venice. Marco is a fantastic host; he kindly allowed us an early check-in and was always available to assist whenever needed. Our stay in Venice wouldn’t have been nearly as memorable without Casa in Laguna, and I truly look forward to returning to the same apartment in the future. Kitchen amenities could have been better
• Paolo (8/5): - Le logement est très bien situé, avec en plus un balcon donnant sur le canal. Nous n avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. Un frigo est disponible pour y entreposer votre nourriture. La chambre est spacieuse, un peu dans son jus mais le lit est confortable. La proximité du canal apporte bcp d humidité et de moustiques. la possibilité de manger son pique-nique tranquillement sur le balcon au bord du canal est super!
• Biagioni (8/5): Very good - The guest house was close to all the famous landmarks and restaurants. The balcony was great. I know the building is very old like the rest of Venice, however that's no reason not to have modern appliances..
• Christine (10/5): Excellent stay in comfortable apartment in beautiful Venice - We had a great stay. We were greeted by lovely host and escorted to the apartment. Walking distance to everthing Venice has to offer and all the major attractions. We needed Google maps on always to find our way back but keep your phone charged and that was easy. The accommodation has access to a shared kitchen, and offers a spacious and comfortable apartment with private balcony with view of a canal.
• Sandra (9/5): A great place to revisit! - The location is simply magnificent, with an absolutely fantastic view from the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or evening conversations while looking out over the blue water of the canal and the lively boat traffic. Fantastic! The accommodation is located close to a transport and all of Venice's sights are within walking distance. The owner of the accommodation is incredibly hospitable. Overall, a very pleasant stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed! -
• Matt (10/5): A Fantastic stay - This is a great location to explore Venice in a quieter area but within easy walking distance to all places and with a waterbus stop close by. Marco was extremely helpful and gave excellent instructions for everything we needed, a great host. The balcony looking out onto the canal is amazing and we spent a lot of time sat on here admiring the view and watching the boats. We would certainly recommend and stay here again.
• Karla (10/5): Exceptional - It was on a Canal with a balcony and not in a busy crowded area. Comfortable for what we needed for 3 nights in Venice and Marco very friendly. There were some mosquitoes but we covered up when on the balcony in the afternoons. A plug in repellent was available in the room.

Marco put on a huge breakfast spread every morning with pastries, fruit, cereals and yoghurt and made wonderful coffees. Sitting out on the balcony relaxing right next to the canal was lovely. On the weekend there were a few noisy “party” boats in the evening

We were in rooms 2 and 3, we were able to shut doors and have a little dining area to ourselves as well. Canal was busy but oh so lovely to have. Away from the touristy hustle and bustle, which for us was perfect. Marco, the host, was great, he allowed us to come a bit early to drop off bags. Helped with ideas and transport to different places. Thank you.

• Cheryl (10/5): Canal side stay on a B n B budget - First time visitors to Venice and so glad we stayed at this property. From booking Marco was intouch, advising us on transport from the airport and answering any questions we had. The location is a couple of minutes walk from the boat stop , Marco met us in the square to guide us down to the B n B. The B n B has everything you need, shared kitchen and dining area spotless. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. TV had pre downloaded apps and English. The balcony was perfect for night time drinks before bed and early morning coffees, I loved sitting outside in the morning watching the taxi boats go past and listening to the church bells ringing. Everything was within a 15 minutes walk down some of the cutest streets and canals. In the evening you could hear a pin drop it was so peaceful. I felt super safe walking around day and night with my partner, the locals we met were super friendly but if I was traveling alone Id probably feel a little anxious at night walking down so many little alley ways. I will defiently be back to Venice and I will be happy to stay here again. The B n b is slightly dated in its decor but everything is clean and in working order. The coffee machine had no coffee :( A selection of herbal teas and coffee would be nice for guests to help themselves to throughout the morning/evening

The balcony is beautiful, wish we would stay some more time to enjoy it some more. Would definitely come back! A little bit far from center if you have older people with you. Otherways is a 15 minutes nice walk.

Our room had a terrace to the water side which was very lovely. Perfect location! The water taxi stop and all the main attractions were within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying at Casa in Laguna. Everything was great!
