• Derek (10/5): Our trip to Florence was a 10 out of 10 thanks in part to this peaceful and charming retreat in the heart of the city. - The charm, the tasty and thoughtfully prepared breakfasts to start our mornings, eating in the garden, wine on the balcony, proximity to everything, and especially the care the owners took to show true hospitality. Honestly, very little. The charm of the property is part of the experience. If I had to name one thing, it would be that we had to keep our windows open at night and the sheer curtains meant less privacy than we would have liked.

• Bernhard (9/5): Wunderschöner, ruhiger und herzlicher Aufenthalt in Florenz ❤️ - Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Secret Garden Firenze B&B und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war warm, ruhig und familiär, überhaupt nicht wie in einem typischen Hotel, sondern eher wie ein liebevolles Zuhause. Die Unterkunft war außerdem außergewöhnlich sauber. Unser Zimmer war tipptopp gepflegt und sehr ordentlich,ein großes Lob auch an das Reinigungspersonal, das hervorragende Arbeit geleistet hat. Die beiden Besitzer waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele Informationen und Empfehlungen gegeben und waren immer aufmerksam und angenehm. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das Frühstück – alles war frisch, hausgemacht und mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Das Brot und die Backwaren waren besonders lecker. Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön und voller Charme. Wir haben auch die Katzen sehr geliebt, sie haben dem Ort noch mehr Wärme gegeben. Trotz unseres Zimmers nahe der Straße waren die Nächte überraschend ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bett war außerdem sehr bequem. Insgesamt war die Stimmung entspannt, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Eigentlich gab es nichts Negatives. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

É uma pequena hospedagem de 5 quartos, por vezes com a sensação de estar hospedados na casa dos donos (mas sem perder nossa intimidade e ficar à vontade). Enxoval de excelente qualidade, café da manhã preparado na hora. Não é uma hospedagem de luxo mas não nos deixou nada a desejar dentro das expectativas e do que costumamos priorizar em viagens (excelente banho / quarto com climatização / seguro / boa localização / cama boa). Lucrezia nos deu várias dicas da cidade, restaurantes, e fizemos tudo a pé. Amamos a decoração da casa. Possui 2 gatos que não nos incomodaram em nada.

The property was magical and its hosts were outstanding - not just helpful, but inviting, attentive, and welcoming every second of our time together. This was a true home away from home. Our room overlooked the beautiful courtyard, tucked secretly away from the street making the experience feel exclusively serene. This space is truly a secret garden, verdantly hidden in the most relaxing sense. Our bed was extremely comfortable, inviting us to a deep sleep each night and we loved every second of our stay. A equipe cuida de você com todo o detalhe, seja no café da manhã, com ajuda com relação a opções de restaurantes na cidade e os pontos turisticos e dá a liberdade para os hospedes para aproveitar a cidade. Se tiver no futuro oportunidade de regressar a Firenze / Florença certamente ficaremos aqui novamente. Ficamos 3 noites e não temos pontos negativos relacionados a nossa hospedagem. O prédio onde o hotel está localizado tem centenas de anos e está em perfeita condições.

Fillipo and Lucrezia are delightful and this truly is an oasis of calm and so delighted we stayed. Really comfortable room…I don’t think this could be any better and meant our stay in Florence was just what we hoped for. There are so many small touches and we followed the recommendations for dining out…and ate with local people in incredible restaurants. It is perfectly located with easy walking to the sights whilst being quiet. If you are heading to Florence we couldn’t recommend this highly enough. We had to go home in the end!

From the moment we arrived it felt like home. Our hosts greeted us easily and welcomed us warmly. The whole place feels like a tranquil oasis not far from the main center of the city with easy access to public transport around town and from the station. Walking was also not an issue for us at all. Our rooms were comfortable and very gracious in size. The breakfast was wonderful and customizable. The combination of amenity and privacy was just right. I can’t say enough about the hosts and how much care they put into our stay. We were able to talk with them about local happenings and recommendations- they were happy to help us decide where to go and what to do. This place is a must for couples and small groups looking for a quiet and cozy getaway in Florence. What’s not to like - it was all fantastic!

Thank you. - We loved staying here in the heart of Florence, so easy to just walk to all of the local attractions and for eating out. The property felt very homely and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful, our bedroom and bathroom were perfect. Very relaxing, with rustic charm. I wish we could have stayed longer. I loved the breakfast and homemade cookies with the “eat me” label. I couldn’t refuse. We were looked after very well. Thank you so much, we will stay here again when we are in Florence. I can’t think of anything, the property was beautiful.

• TETSUO (10/5): 重厚なドアの内側の別世界。 - まずウフィツィやポンテベッキオまで15分以内で歩けるロケーションなのに静かなエリアにあること。そして並のホテルとは全く違う上質で心のこもった（マニュアルではない）サービス、美味しい朝食、クラシックながら使いやすくリフォームされた広い居室、それらが重厚なドアの内側に守られるように存在します。当初、別の某有名ホテルを予約していましたが、直感で変更して大正解でした。目的のサンマルコ修道院のフラ・アンジェリコの作品群も静かで落ち着いた気持ちで味わうことができました。再訪することがあったら次回も間違いなくこちらに泊まるでしょう。

Desde el primer momento Filippo y Lucrezia han estado atentos, súper amables, y transmitiendo en todo momento una vibra y una sensación única en un hotel. We are a family of four and stayed in their Sage room which was very spacious, super clean and the beds so comfortable we struggled to get up for breakfast! Our room had direct access to their garden and my son loved looking for the cats in the garden. Breakfast was delicious and served in their beautiful kitchen. Location could not have been better for us. So easy to explore Florence from and when back at the Secret Garden, it was so peaceful and quiet. This is a very special place and we have added some very happy memories to our family adventures. Thank you!!!

• Thomas (10/5): Séjour parfait - Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans ce B&B. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, le jardin est agréable et les hôtes sont gentils et à l'écoute. L'établissement est très bien localisé. Par ailleurs la chambre était très confortable, spacieuse, avec une grande douche et un excellent matelas.

It was comfortable and welcoming, and the hosts were so thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole stay. Nothing!

• Laëtitia (10/5): C'était encore mieux que je ne l'imaginais ! - Ce lieu est un véritable havre de paix. On s'est sentis tout de suite à la maison grâce à l'accueil chaleureux de Lucrezia & Filippo - sans oublier Frollo et Fluvio, leurs petits chats. Je n'aurais plus jamais envie de loger ailleurs à Florence. Le B&B est idéalement situé dans le centre et pourtant, quand on passe la porte, on a l'impression d'être ailleurs - loin des rumeurs de la ville. Tout était parfait : du confort de la chambre au délicieux petit-déjeuner fait maison que l'on prend à l'ombre dans le jardin.

• Simone (10/5): Ruhige saubere Oase inmitten der wunderschönen Stadt - Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern und je einem eigenem Badezimmer. Alles war super sauber, die Betten waren wirklich prima und bequem. Klimaanlage vorhanden, was insbesondere im Sommer dringend erforderlich ist. Fester zum kleinen Innenhofgarten, Moskitonetze an den Fenstern und Türen vorhanden- auch sehr wichtig!! Super nettes Personal. Einem wird das Frühstück nach Wunsch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Man füllt am Tag zuvor einen Zettel aus, was man zum Frühstück bevorzugt und was man gerne serviert haben möchte. Insgesamt eine kleine, äußerlich unauffällige Unterbringung, sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und familiär. Die Küche/ Kühlschrank kann man für Getränke, Kekse u.ä. jederzeit nutzen. Trotz der recht zentralen Lage total ruhig ohne Verkehrslärm o.ä. Man darf nichts gegen Katzen haben, sie einen gerne beim Frühstück besuchen! Nichts

• ana (10/5): Magical B&B - Very central, quiet road and interior garden. The rooms were large, airy and opening to the garden. Very nice breakfast and Lucrezia and Filippo are excellent hosts.
• Briony (10/5): Perfect - This beautiful B&B is truely wonderful. The facilities are all great and the bed is very comfortable. It feels like a little oasis retreat. The hosts are incredible. They are very kind and provide so much information about the city in easy to use ways. I 100% would come back here if I revisited Florence.
• Vanessa (10/5): Traumhaft schön - Wenn ich 11 Sterne geben könnte, hätte ich es getan. Das B&B von Filippo und Lucrezia war wunderschön. Der Garten sieht traumhaft aus und die Zimmer waren wundervoll und sauber. Wir haben alles geliebt und waren traurig nur eine Nacht gewesen zu sein. Das Frühstück war toll und die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man kommt überall zu Fuß hin und ist trotzdem in einer ruhigen Lage. Wundervoll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gerne wieder! • Rik (10/5): Voortreffelijk - Wij verbleven drie nachten in Florence en wij hebben in Secret Garden Firenze B&B een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Het is een kleinschalig en warm hotel met prachtige in stijl ingerichte kleurrijke kamers, elk uniek, tussen het groen in een heerlijke tuin en met alle faciliteiten uitstekend op orde (wij houden van: schone kamers, goede bedden en goede wifi) dat uitblinkt in rustgevendheid, kwaliteit en originaliteit. Wie een goede indruk van het hotel wil krijgen, kan ook de foto's op de website van het hotel zelf bekijken, die geven het hotel, de kamers en de rustgevende sfeer getrouw weer. De altijd vriendelijke, gastvrije en behulpzame (en goed Engels sprekende!) Lucrezia en Filippo runnen samen het hotel en maken met hun persoonlijke en toegewijde zorg - waardoor je je goed en welkom voelt - het verblijf van de gasten in het hotel compleet. Geen vraag is teveel. Dat betreft niet alleen het verblijf in het hotel zelf, maar ook zaken zoals advies voor kwalitatief goede restaurants in Florence waar je op af kunt gaan (elke kamer bevat ook een met zorg samengesteld boek voor gasten met allerlei praktische informatie en culinaire adviezen, inclusief de afstand tot het hotel). Voor wie geen weken in Florence verblijft, niet alles zelf uit kan of wil zoeken en geen tijd wil verdoen met slechte restaurants, is dat ideaal. In een grote authentieke Italiaanse keuken staat qua dranken - gekoeld water, koffie, thee, gekoelde wijnen, likeuren et cetera - alles 24/7 tot je beschikking, voor wie na een lange dag nog even in de tuin wil zitten. Vanaf het hotel zijn alle bezienswaardigheden van Florence op loopafstand. Kortom een verborgen oase van rust in het hart van Florence. Wie op zoek is naar kwaliteit van een verblijf: zoek niet verder, je hebt het gevonden. Niets.
• Claus Sejrup (9/5): Velbelliggende og hyggeligt B&B med venligt værtspar - Urolig velbeliggende med under 10 min gang til domkirken centralt i Firenze, og dermed hele centrum. Venlig og hjælpsomt værtspar, der gav gode råd og sørgede for god forplejning - morgenmad.
