Lo que más me gustó fue el trato y atención tan amable de Francesca y su mamá, éste lugar es de los mejores en los que nos hemos hospedado, exclusivo, atención directa y personalizada, cero ruidos, estrés, el lugar estaba sólo para nosotros, por que nos quedamos en días de entre semana (miércoles a viernes) lo cuál además también fue algo inigualable. Está súper bien ubicado y es sumamente seguro, tienes a 1 min una parada de bus y a 4 minutos otra.. Además Francesca nos envió muy buenas indicaciones para podre accesar a la prioridad e incluso hasta con videos, nos dio recomendaciones y el desayuno WOW todo tan sabroso, fresco y creo que ella flota y no camina LOL es que nunca escuchas ruido ni nada pero al salir de la habitación está el desayuno muy bien servido y surtido. Everything was excellent. What I liked most was the kind and attentive service from Francesca and her mother. This place is one of the best we've ever stayed in—exclusive, with direct and personalized attention, zero noise or stress, and the place was practically all ours since we stayed during the week (Wednesday to Friday), which was also a unique experience. It's superbly located and extremely safe; there's a bus stop just 1 minute away and another 4 minutes away. Francesca also sent us great instructions on how to access priority access, even including videos. She gave us recommendations, and the breakfast was WOW! Everything was so delicious and fresh. I think she floats and doesn't walk, LOL. You never hear any noise or anything, but when you leave the room, there's a very well-served and varied breakfast. Everything was fabulous.

I was worried about the bathroom is outside of our bedroom, but it turned out not bad at all. The bathroom/restroom is clean and only our family use it. Other guests have their own. Francesca, the host is very attentive, kind, and super responsive. She prepared us each take-away breakfast as we left before breakfast time for our tour. We like the B&B

• Jessica (10/5): Francesca was an amazing host and we felt valued and heard when we had concerns. - Francesca was the best host we had all of Italy. We took three young adult kids. It was a little different being at a bnb but our kids had a room and my husband and I had one. We had a private bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had to leave early one day and Francesca made sure we knew we could take anything in the kitchen. The espresso machine was awesome. The bedding was great and very comfortable. No matter what we needed Francesca was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for the great stay. It was a bit of a walk to get to all the sights. Bnb was a little awkward with other people but honestly we barely saw them.

Dépôt des bagages en début (on a même pu avoir la chambre dès notre arrivée) et fin de séjour. Présence de 3 groupes différents sur les 5 nuits passées (discussions et échanges possibles internationales). Accueil avec des douceurs à disposition. L'espace breakfast est petit et on a été déçu du déjeuner (sauf le dernier matin où les viennoiseries et le pain étaient frais).

• Szonja (10/5): - The accommodation was very pleasant, located about a 10–15 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. On the first day, the walk felt a bit long with our luggage, but only because we didn’t know how much further we had to go. After that, it didn’t feel far at all. The place itself was very charming, and the room was quite spacious in my opinion. The bathroom was also well-equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a wide selection of fresh options—the pistachio croissant was the best. Francesca is an extremely kind and warm-hearted host who paid attention to all our requests. She truly deserves the highest rating possible.

• Cester (9/5): Ospitalità eccellente, a due passi dal centro - Ho soggiornato presso B&B Monteverdi L'Arancio e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. Ciò che mi è piaciuto di più è stata senza dubbio l’ospitalità: Francesca è stata fantastica, sempre gentile e disponibile, capace di farti sentire subito a casa. La colazione era super completa e abbondante, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. La camera era pulita e curata, e anche se avevamo il bagno esterno, era comunque privato, comodo e per niente scomodo da utilizzare. L’unico piccolo aspetto meno positivo è che le principali attrazioni da visitare risultano un pochino distanti da fare a piedi. Per il resto, però, è stato tutto perfetto.
• John (9/5): It felt like we were staying with family. - Location was excellent. We prefered to be outside the tourist-busy center of town. This B&B is an easy, level ground, 8 minute (0.5km) walk wheeling our suitcases from the Belfiore stop on the Tramvia T2. From the B&B it is walkable into the city center, but there are bus stops less than a block away that will take you there. There is a pharmacy at the end of the block and across the street from there is the entrance to an iN's Mercato. Piazza di San Jacopino is a short walk away and has numerous local shops. Francesca is an excellent hostess and had everything ready for us including personalized notes. She put out breakfast each morning including some of her homemade chocolate cake and homemade berry pastry. If you need anything, Francesca responds to texts immediately. We had the pleasure of meeting Francesca and her mother and enjoyed talking to them about Florence and what to see. They really made us feel at home.

La colazione è squisita, per tutti i gusti (c'è il dolce e il salato). La mattina in cucina ci si incontra con gli altri ospiti, si chiacchiera e ci si scambia consigli. In poche parole come sentirsi a casa a molti km di distanza.

The private bathroom was outside the room on the aisle, which did not bother me at all as I did not even see the other 2 guests and it was mentioned while making the booking.

Francesca was very hospitable and available on the phone for anything we needed( restaurant recommendations, places to see, etc). She even covered the city tax for us. Although we were on a busy street we couldn’t hear any noise due to double glass windows. There were coffee, tea and snacks available in addition to breakfast. It’s not centrally located, so keep that in mind.

Good breakfest, had same things for two days, not sure if it gets diversified if you stay more, but for us was great. A small terrace outside where you can have a glass of wine. Even if there's a bus station nearby, we did walk to city (around 20 min to central area), overall great price compared to other bookings. And the city tax was included in the initial price (other places/citirs did charge extra) Room is at ground floor and if you open the window for some fresh window, you're stuck with the car noises since the street is few meters away. Not an issue for us, but it's good to know

In the kitchen/dining room was breakfast served - varied and delicious. There is also a frige, coffee machine. The host was very nice, helpful and friendly. Good contact on WhatsApp with her: she sent a video how to ckeck-in. The location is very good, not too far to the main attractions, and close to the main railway station. We liked everything.

• Hayden (9/5): Superb - Francesca was super lovely and let us check in early and eager to help. The room was fairly spacious compared to others we had stayed at in Italy. Lots of different pastries for breakfast including some homemade. The location is pretty good, fairly close to the main station but also trams and buses. It's in a more quiet area with not too much around (from what we gathered in our short stay). For longer stays in Florence I think is good to be away from the busy centre. Like many accommodation in Italy, rooms aren't soundproof but sleep wasn't disrupted by other guests.

I would definitely recommend this place, or/and come back again! Some clarity about garbage (for example where to put banana peels or food scraps during times that aren’t breakfast) would be helpful, to make sure guests not putting items in the wrong places. Also, as a vegetarian, I’d appreciate if the meat and cheese was kept separately for the breakfasts. But those are really small critiques because everything about this place and the host were amazing.

We were unable to hear any street noise and this place is so conveniently located. The host Francesca was so kind and amazing! She would write us little notes to mark out where we sat at breakfast, always checking in on us ensuring that we had everything, and always preparing a wonderful spread for breakfast. She gave us such good recommendations as to what to eat and do in Florence and I could not ask for a better host! All in all, she was a very friendly and approachable host, coupled with the beautiful and clean rooms, I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Florence. • Martin (8/5): Very good - Good b&b, not far from the train station. Clean and well organized. Kitchen well equipped. Bed was not very comfortable, mattress was too soft to my liking.

• Miha (10/5): We had a great stay - The apartment is 15 minutes away from the train station and has good connections to public city transport, which makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the city. The room with a private bathroom outside the room was clean and comfortable. The self-service breakfast was diverse and tasty. The host Francesca is exceptionally kind, caring, always available, and flexible throughout the entire stay. On top of everything, she was always smiling, which made our stay in Florence even more delightful.
