• Rajitha (6/5): - The location was excellent and the host/owner was wonderful. The air-conditioning not working! The night we stayed was a fairly hot day and since the rooms are on the 6th floor, our room was really hot. The host/owner attempted to rectify the issue as we could not sleep due to the heat. As the a/c unit was not able to be fixed fully. The issue was somewhat resolved by the host/owner providing us with a portable fan. It wasn't ideal but better than no cooling at all. Opening the windows were not an option either as there are no screens to keep the mosquitoes out. Additionally, as the accommodation was located near a square with restaurants, there was a distinct oily food smell that filled the room. Furthermore, it should be noted that the elevator is not located on the ground floor. There is a flight of stairs that you need to climb before accessing it.
• Kimberly Turri (9/5): Perfect location - Host was very kind and allowed us to store our bags until check-in time. Hotel was easy to find and in good location. Our room was big with private bathroom. It was clean and comfy and perfect for the one night we stayed. The air con wasnt the best and it made alot of noise.

Вход в подъезд в апартаменты прямо с площади Республики. Апартаменты чистые, есть все необходимое, удобные кровати. Отдельное спасибо администратору за отзывчивость, вышел нас встретить, так как мы заблудились используя гугл карту. гугл карта привела нас с другой стороны дома, и мы заблудились.

• Stefania (6/5): Adatto a chi vuole visitare Firenze a piedi senza nessuna pretesa - Posizione : Top - super centrale ( tra Duomo e Piazza della Signoria) Bagno della camera: ristrutturato, grande, pulito anche se senza finestra ( Attenzione: non tutte le camere hanno il bagno privato ) Danny: proprietario di nazionalità cinese - Gentile e pronto a soddisfare le ns richieste ( bollitore + funzionamento pompa di calore) Camera: piccola per 3 persone - senza armadio chiuso ( presente solo una struttura aperta con grucce ) Nonostante le camere siano al 6 piano sono molto rumorose: schiamazzi notturni, musica dai locali, sciacquoni dagli altri bagni, acqua scrosciante nei caloriferi che neanche fossero le cascate del Niagara. Pessima qualità del sonno B&B: ma non esiste la colazione Ascensore stretto, piccolo e scomodo, non arriva al piano terra a cui si deve accedere con 2 rampe di scale. Non adatto a chi ha difficoltà motorie. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: ci sto ancora pensando!

• Victoria (9/5): Your best choice for Florence! - Amazing location! Wonderfully situated close to everything. The host is incredibly helpful and lovely. The room was beautiful and very luminous. The bathroom was also huge, and had all of the required amenities. Thank you for this wonderful stay! This is not necessarily a negative thing, but I wasn't a fan of the pillows (but that is just me!).

Appena entrati si sentiva uno sgradevole odore, la stanza era piccola per 3 adulti. Ho chiesto di poter far colazione e il gestore mi ha risposto che non si poteva, alla mia obiezione che il suo era ( almeno di nome ) un B&B ha riso senza nemmeno cercare una scusa. Per fortuna almeno era pulito.

A localização é excelente, na Piazza della Repubblica, no coração da cidade, próximo de tudo e perfeita para explorar Florença a pé. O quarto tem boas instalações: cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso e tudo bem cuidado. O hotel não oferece café da manhã, mas isso não foi um problema, já que há várias opções por perto. No geral, foi uma ótima hospedagem, prática e confortável.

Host was amazing, even brought us a bowl of cherries one afternoon. Couldn’t recommend more :) The room is on the 6th floor, there is a lift but you have to go up stairs to reach it so it’s not accessible. This did not affect our trip one bit :)

• John (3/5): Not a good choice for anyone with a slight disability - The location on Piazza Della Repubblica was excellent. The room and the bathroom were adequate. The ground floor access is very difficult with luggage because of two flights of steps before arrival at the lift. The entry into the lift is also difficult. This hotel calls itself a B&B but there is no breakfast supplied. The hotelier offered milk but it took two days to appear in my fridge. One occasion in the afternoon when I returned to my room, there were no large towels after I had already had a shower.

We stayed in the room with its own bathroom, so I cannot speak on how the shared bathrooms look like- but if it is anything like the private ones then I have no doubts they will be clean. This is not a dealbreaker at all, but know that the elevator to go up is kinda small so if you have a lot of bags it will probably require multiple trips.

The host was lovely and very helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were really comfy. I would definitely recommend this place to others. We wished we had a better view of the city, but it wasn’t a big deal.
