Ci torneremo sicuramente 💚 Ha 2 piani delle scale e non avevano scritto sui dettagli. Solo per chi magari non riesce a salire tutte quelle scale 🪜

La struttura è molto curata e situata in un quartiere tranquillo, in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il Nelson Mandela Forum e non troppo distante dal centro di Firenze. La vista dalla nostra camera permetteva di vedere la cupola di Brunelleschi e dava un vero valore aggiunto alla stanza. Un ringraziamento speciale all'host per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità: è stato molto flessibile, permettendoci di effettuare il check-in nell'orario per noi più comodo. Consigliatissimo!!!

• Paula (10/5): Buena opción en Florencia - Es una habitación es pequeñita pero linda, cómoda y estaba muy limpia. El baño super amplio e iluminado. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario para estar bien, la cama era cómoda. Aunque el lugar está lejos del centro, está a 4 minutos de una estación de bus que te lleva en 20 minutos, así que era fácil moverse desde ahí. El aire parece que estaba manejado por el alojamiento, no teníamos control para apagarlo y en las noches nos daba un poco de frío. A pesar de ser un B&B no había un lugar donde pudieras preparar un café o un té

• Ilaria (10/5): Siddisfacente - La posizione è ottima, vicino al Nelson Mandela e allo stadio Artemio Franchi. Si raggiungono in pochi minuti e vicino anche alla stazione Campo di Marte. Lo consiglio a chi deve andare allo stadio o a vedere concerti al Nelson Mandela.

The host said it wasn’t his responsibilit - Clean, once the eventually cleaned it There were no cutlery or crockery. The photos on bookings.com didn’t truly reflect what was offered and the host just didn’t seem to interested in offering assistance

• Kipras (10/5): Amazing place, would go back - Super friendly host who explained everything and was flexible with check-in time. The room was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Key card access everywhere made it easy to understand how to unlock all the doors. The place is a decent walk from the city centre, but not too far. Sound isolation was non-existent / bad (because of old windows), but we still got a good night’s rest.

• Kristin (9/5): Very pleasant and in total great stay! - Very clean room, modern bathroom! The owner was super nice, too! I was missing basic kitchen utilities like a glass. The room was very small, we didn’t even know where to put the luggage.

Alles notwendige für den täglichen Bedarf war fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem alles sauber war, möchte ich anmerken, dass das Kopfkissen gebraucht gerochen hat! Es könnte regelmäßiger gewaschen werden.
• Celia (8/5): Vacaciones Florencia - -Limpieza perfecta -Buena ubicación -Inquilino agradable -Perfecto si es solo para dormir -La cama no es cómoda -El propietario entro en nuestra habitación cuando no estábamos sin pedir permiso para reponer papel del WC y vaciar la papelera. -No es una apartamento privado, es la segunda playa de un bloque de pisos y en él se encuentra una pequeña cocina al entrar y después hay como 3-4 puertas en cada una de ellas hay una habitación con 1 baño, y en una de esas puertas vive el propietario, cero privacidad, las paredes no están nada aisladas del ruido -Tener en cuenta que este alojamiento se paga en el momento al propietario.

• Eesha (9/5): Cute B&B with view of the Duomo. - The owner of the property is a lovely person. The room was fairly spacious - perfect for a couple. Our room had the views of the Duomo and Tuscan mountains in the background. The bathroom was clean, which is a big sell. The only issue is that it’s on the top floor and the summer can obviously heat up the room so much that no amount of air con feels enough. But that wasn’t a big dealbreaker.

The location is close to the bus stop so really easy to navigate. The property doesn’t include breakfast but has a fridge. The owner was very helpful when we requested to use the steamer. Nothing. Our stay was great!

• Michael (10/5): Nice place to stay in Florence - Nice area of Florence. Very clean apartment. Host was always in a contact. We arrived around 10 am and left our bags before check in. Supermarket is opposite. Bus stop is near. And special thanks to owner - we forget something in apartment and he keep it and give it to our local friend. Thanks a lot! All is very good!

• Elouise (5/5): Perfectly average, bad nights sleep. Clean hotel and comfy bed for a decent price. - Rooms are spacious, clean and good decor. Bed is very comfortable and large. 5 min walk from a train station which is only 5 min train to the middle of Florence centre Shared areas with other guests made it very noisy, loud doors and thin walls. Difficult communication with host, Lost luggage for 10 minutes was stressful! We had a power cut in the middle of the night which no fault of the owner but meant the key card stopped working and a continuous beeping was heard from 02:30 onwards, not helped by other guests waking early and loud noises.

• Erhan (8/5): Pleasured - owner was helpfull and nice , polite . room was very clean and safety. its also so quiet. its 300 -400 meters from Campo Di marte station ( just after santa maria novella city center) by walk. if you want to walk to city center İt takes almost 30 minutes. But price & advantage absulately good
