• Wolfram (10/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt am Wasser, schöne Terrasse, bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und ein bisschen mehr (danke für die Kaffeekapseln :-) ) ruhige Lage. Kleiner Laden 5 min entfernt. Mit der Tram Linie 26 schnell am Bahnhof im Zentrum.
• Kateřina (10/5): - Our stay was amazing. A beautiful, quiet place with modern amenities and great access to the city center. There are shops, a pharmacy, and public transportation nearby. We were able to get to the city center comfortably in under 20 minutes. Mavis is a wonderful host; her communication and hospitality were excellent. We’d definitely recommend it and stay there again.

• Salih (10/5): A well-located, stylish and high-quality apartment in a calm and safe neighborhood, with easy tram access to Central Sta - The property is well-located just two minute walk away from the tram which gets you to central station on 12 minutes. The neighborhood is very calm and safe. The apartment is well designed and all the equipments were well chosen and top quality. The check in prrocedure was very smooth and the host was very kind and attentive. I totally like the property

Kanala sıfır olması ve sabah bu manzaraya uyanmak ayrı bir güzellikti. Otoparkı olması araç kiralayacaklar için bir başka güzellik çünkü amsterdam da araç park yeri bulmak bulunsa bile fiyatları sorun gerçekten ama evin önünde otopark olması da çok iyi oldu bizim için. Son olarak tranvaya çok yakın ve Amsterdam'a ulaşmak 10-15 dk sürüyor ve tranvayın içğnde info center olduğu için biletinizi saatlik ya da günlük/bir kaç günlük alabiliyorsunuz.

Bel appartement décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. Literie confortable. Il ne manque rien. Manque un four micro ondes pour faire réchauffer. Le prix un peu élevé mais c est Amsterdam

(9/5): Top Lage, sehr gute und saubere Ausstattung und kurze Wege zur Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Die Unterkunft liegt auf der künstlichen Insel Ijburg, sehr schön direkt am Wasser gelegen, mit einem privaten Parkplatz. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut für 4 Personen geeignet; es gab alles was wir benötigt haben. Zur nächsten Straßenbahn-Haltestelle sind es nur 2 Fußminuten, direkt an der Haltestelle gelegen befindet sich ein großes Lebensmittelgeschäft mit einer sehr guten Auswahl. Sollten wir wieder nach Amsterdam reisen, wollen wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten.

• Julia_im_Urlaub (10/5): - Für uns als Familie war es eine perfekte Unterkunft. Mavis und ihr Mann sind freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Appartement liegt ruhig, direkt am Wasser und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Zentrum ist mit der nahe gelegenen Straßenbahn schnell (ca. 12 min) erreichbar. Gut waren die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft, wenn man wie wir mit dem Auto in Amsterdam ist. Vielen Dank, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. -
• Isabel (10/5): Ganz tolle Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Lage. - Die Unterkunft ist in einer richtig tollen Lage, es gab alles was man brauchte. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen auf der Terrasse die Ruhe genießen. Die S-Bahn in die Stadt ist 5 Minuten entfernt und alles ist super erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu Mavis war immer sehr schnell und sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

• JUAN PABLO (10/5): Ubicación muy conveniente, en un barrio muy tranquilo a las afueras de Amsterdam - Muy buena ubicación , en el tram 26 se llega desde central station en aproximadamente 10-15 minutos. El apartamento está ubicado sobre un canal , en una zona muy calmada , lo cual es muy conveniente si viajas con familia y niños menores. Hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca y zonas lindas para caminar. Tiene 2 habitaciones independientes, cada una con una cama doble , cocina , en nuestro caso para una pareja viajando con 2 niños , fue perfecto.

• Linda (10/5): enjoyable - It was a nice location. We were able to use the outdoor patio and go swimming in the canal. We stored our bikes on the patio - it seemed very safe. The rooms were large enough and the place was nicely laid out. there was a bakery and restaurants nearby. the tram was very close by....1 block in one direction or 2 blocks in the other direction (for the same train) Albert Hein grocers was also 1 block away. The family above was very quiet, really friendly and helpful 2nd bedroom didn't have a window.
• Padiyar (10/5): Clean, well-located, with a welcoming host - The place was immaculate and perfect for four people, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Its convenient location near the tram stop and supermarket made getting around easy. Host Mavis was incredibly responsive and made us feel warmly welcomed. I have no complaints at all, but adding a large mirror would enhance the charm of the space even more.

• Veronica (8/5): Quiet and Lovely. - Hidden gem outside the heart of Amsterdam city. Quiet. Easy to access city by direct tram which is close by. Very homely place and perfect and secure location for my daughter and I. Ijburg is really lovely. Just a little suggestion for full length mirrors in the bedrooms. Also sometimes someone can feel a lack of privacy as the owners live on the property and sometimes pass outside window on way to jetty. Suggestions to place sheers (there is curtains but sometimes sheers is necessary)on windows to prevent someone outside peep in.

Missing a few cooking/furniture essentials such as a pair of scissors, a spatula, oven/microwave. Also a bit expensive but I guess it's fair for Amsterdam

Very close to the tram station and bike rental station which proved useful when the tram became inoperable due to a storm. A little far from downtown but worth it for the amount of space and calm, peaceful surroundings.

You have a little piece of quiet, and a good number of shop available just (just 3-4mins next to the apartment). It’s the perfect apartment for a group of friends or a small family. My friends and I had the best time. We will be back !! Mavis is an excellent host, always available if you have any questions or problem she is there and her husband too. We had a blast, we loved everything !! Nothing to say, it was perfect !

• Paul (9/5): Superb - excellent location over looking the canal 2 minutes from the tram stop which run every 10 minutes to the centre of the city , a nice place to relax away from the bustle of the city .Supermarket and a couple of restaurants within a 4 minute walk . if arriving to Amsterdam station just walk out to tram A 26 then 10 minutes later your here ,Don't be put off that its not a city centre location nothing really maybe a couple of coat hooks to hang jackets ,more a suggestion than a criticism

Close to tram station, market, pharmacy and restaurants, and only 20 min by tram from Amsterdam Centraal. The price, but whole Amsterdam is very expensive. So for the quiet nice place was worth it.

• Doloresa (10/5): Perfect apartment for four people to stay for several days - real value for money! - This is a lovely apartment (clean and quiet) for 4 adults (two couples): two equally good bedrooms, comfortable beds. In the kitchen - everything you need if staying for several days. Location is outside the city centre, but with very good connection to Central station by Tram (every 10 minutes). House is situated on the bank of canal; apartment have exit to the terrace with small garden. And last but not least - I would like to note very pleasant communication with host - quick answers, help with information etc. Thank you, Mavis! :)

• Thaís (10/5): Amazing place with stunning view - This is easily one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Mavis is very kind and has a really good taste, everything in the house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view of the canal is a big plus! Before booking we were unsure about the location but as it turns out its very easy and quick to get to the city center by tram, the nearest stop is 2 minutes away from the house and within 15 minutes you can get to Amsterdam Centraal. The neighborhood is also very lively and on a saturday there were plenty of delicious food stalls at a park nearby. We had an amazing experience and wished we could stay more, but we'll certainly be back! Everything was perfect.
