• Karregat (7/5): Voor de prijs wat we ervoor betaald hebben ben ik heel tevreden met dit hotel. - Het ontbijt was goed. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Gewoon een prima hotel. Het bed was niet helemaal top.

• Tamara (8/5): Rust en eenvoud! - Het is een heel rustig hotel midden in een levendige stad. Ik vond de ligging erg goed. De eenpersoonskamer was erg eenvoudig, maar schoon. In de middag kon ik heerlijk in de zon op het balkon zitten. Na een drukke dag skiën en Apres ski kon ik heerlijk ontspannen. Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik miste wel een goede kop koffie bij het ontbijt. Er staat een koffiemachine met oploskoffie. Daar ben ik geen fan van!

• Robbert (9/5): Perfecte wintersportlocatie in het centrum van Mayrhofen - Hele gunstige locatie in het centrum van Mayrhofen. Uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt. Vriendelijke staf. Schone kamers met eigen douche en toilet. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte voor de skispullen, makkelijk te bereiken. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Zeker een aanrader. Geen verbeterpunten.
• Isa (1/5): - What should have been a pleasant stay unfortunately turned into a stressful experience due to very unprofessional, condescending, and unreasonable behavior by the front desk staff. One night, my friend became unwell and caused a small stain on the bed sheet. We immediately removed the sheet and carefully checked the bed. There was no further damage. When the receptionist contacted us about this, her attitude was condescending, accusatory, and intimidating. Without any proper explanation, she demanded €50 in cash so she would not have to issue a receipt. Although we were fully willing to pay any reasonable cleaning costs, her approach was very rude and unfair. She then claimed that both the bed sheet and pillow had to be thrown away, while the cleaning staff later told us that the pillowcase had simply been washed. The following day, we were suddenly accused of having vomited on the balcony, which absolutely did not happen. When we asked for proof, none could be provided. She continued to blame us and refused to seek a reasonable solution. At checkout, we were told that we would “have a problem” if we did not pay. After an extremely uncomfortable and stressful confrontation, we felt forced to hand over €50 in cash, once again without any official invoice. Although the amenities in hotel were great, and we were hopeful for a pleasant stay, it ended up being stressful and frustrating. For these reasons, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

• Joyce (9/5): Heel fijn hotel waar je vriendelijk word ontvangen. - Heel erg vriendelijke mensen allemaal. Heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Als je een vraag hebt wordt er meteen met je meegedacht. Ligt in het centrum, alles is op loopafstand. Was redelijk geprijst tijdens de kerstvakantie terwijl andere hotels met hun prijzen de pan uit vlogen. Wij hebben genoten De bedden waren echt zo’n oostenrijkse ouderwetse bedden. Wel netjes en schoon maar minder comfortabel.

• Lara (9/5): Zentral, Sauber, Gemütlich, Tolles Frühstück - Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, super leckeres Frühstück in einem gemütlichen Raum. Zimmer war zwar etwas älter, trotzdem sehr sauber und geräumig und der Zimmerservice war jeden Morgen pünktlich, währenddessen man beim Frühstück war, da. Abschließbarer Skikeller mit Heizkörpern für die Skischuhe ist vorhanden. Skibus zur Penkenbahn fährt ganz in der Nähe vom Hotel, ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Generell ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Café, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Skiverleih, sonst. Geschäfte). Ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden, jedoch ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom Hotel. Man kann aber, um das Gepäck zu entladen, kurz im Hof vom Hotel halten. Die Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht steuern, weswegen es meistens ziemlich warm im Zimmer war. Und im Bad war es dafür meist eher kühl, da hier eine extra Heizung vorhanden ist. Die Dusche ist eher klein, aber in Ordnung.

• Stephan (10/5): Super Garni! - Wirklich ein sehr nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Mayrhofen. Ich kam leider zu Spät zum Check-In und rief vorher an um bescheid zu sagen und das war zum Glück kein Problem. Habe den Code für die Eingangstür und den Parkplatz gesendet bekommen und alles hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr gemütlich und top ausgestattet. Das Gleiche gilt auch für das Badezimmer. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es alles um sich für einen Tag in den Bergen zu stärken, von Rührei bis Müsli ist alles dabei. Die Chefin kann einem auch sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung geben. Egal ob Veranstaltungen in Mayrhofen und Umgebung oder Bergtouren. Wer fragen zum Klettern hat bzw Empfehlungen sucht, der sollte mit dem Chef reden. Er hat mir den Tipp gegeben den Zimmereben Klettersteig zu versuchen, bevor ich die Nasenwand versuche, was ein sehr guter Tipp war! Er ist bestimmt auch ein guter Ansprechpartner für Bergtouren. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! LG aus der Steiermark

The location was in the more quieter part of the village, after-ski was taken place elsewhere, a walking distance away. It was super easy to jump on the ski buses. Train station was a couple of blocks away.

We left a room key card locked in our room we rang out of hours reception many times no answer 😔 we ended up having to stay in a friend's room as we couldn't get in to ours this was very worrying as I was panicking as I had medication in the room lucky we had friends staying otherwise we would have been very stuck.Also it's a bit cheeky to ask for a 5 euro replacement of key card on check out if you left card in room. Also was standing at the door at 10.04am and was rudely asked to leave , lady could clearly see I was packed and ready just doing a final once to make sure I had everything her manners were not very nice.

Very lovely staff, were happy to let me practice my German, and also allowed us to leave our bags in a securely locked room on the day we checked out.
