• Roberta (8/5): Una notte a Napoli - Disponibilità e cortesia del personale, camera pulita, posizione su via Toledo, in centro. La camera Giappone aveva il materasso su una piattaforma di legno per terra ed è un po' scomodo però non me ne ero accorta io guardando le foto. Come non mi ero accorta che non c' è il bidet. Posizione centrale molto trafficata e rumorosa con finestre che non isolano e con tende oscuranti che non oscurano bene quindi abbiamo dormito poco.
• Giulia (10/5): A due passi da Via Toledo - Struttura in zona centralissima per esplorare la città, in quanto si trova vicino a via Toledo. La camera è molto pulita ed ha tutto ciò che serve. Self Check in online molto comodo ed ingresso nella struttura tramite link. Deposito bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Un plus è stato sicuramente il riassetto della camera il secondo giorno e bottigliette d'acqua in omaggio nel frigo!

• Thomas (7/5): - Die Lage in der Altstadt Neapels mit vielen Restaurants und Kneipen in der Nähe ist ausgezeichnet für einen Städtetripp Wohl aus Gründen der Aufwandsreduzierung läuft das Anmeldeverfahren über den Dienstleister Vikey. Dieser Dienstleister verlangt die Offenlegung aller persönlichen Daten einschließlich der Kreditkarte. Dazu gehören Fotos von Vorder- und Rückseite des Personalausweises und ein Gesichtsfoto mit danebengehaltenem Personalausweis. Man beachte, wir bewegen uns in der EU. Das ist "Datenstriptease" auf Banken- und Behördenniveau und öffnet dem Identitätsdiebstahl Tür und Tor. Ich habe das nur gezwungenermaßen gemacht und werde nie wieder eine Unterkunft mieten, die ähnliche Anforderungen stellt

Struttura all'apparenza molto curata ma entrando nel merito risulta essere poco funzionale e a tratti oggettivamente decadente. Anzitutto l'igiene: bagno pulito approssimativamente, peli e capelli tra le lenzuola. La completa assenza di tenda nella doccia ha comportato il continuo allagamento della stanza da letto. Condizionatore dal funzionamento ignoto, siamo gelati prima di indovinare la combinazione vincente per azionarlo. Prese elettriche insufficienti e mal posizionate: per attaccare la macchinetta del caffè (in dotazione nella stanza) abbiamo dovuto appoggiarla sul pavimento altrimenti non sarebbe stato possibile utilizzarla.

Comoda colazione al bar sotto casa Piumone senza copri piumino (dubito venga sterilizzato intero piumino ad ogni utilizzo). Camera grossa macchia di umido accanto al letto con polverina sgretolata a terra (camera INDIA), ho fatto foto. Condizionatore non funzionante. Zero insonorizzazione e spifferi di aria tutta su più punti. Tenda doccia assolutamente da sostituire Peccato, perché le altre sue camere dove stavano i miei amici non erano così.

The sink was getting blocked, the toilet seat was moving/ not fixed, when having a shower, the water was going all over the place/ creating a swimming pool outside and there was no shower towel/mat to collect the water, the sheets/towels were not changed every day(as described), the breakfast place was not open early enough if you have planned a tour, the windows were dirty (outside windows and shower glass), the windows were not protecting from the noise. Issues were communicated to the owner, only a bath mat was provided.

Our room was decorated in a Japanese style , therefore the bed was too low to suit our age, but we managed! The sharp edge of the base of bed could also present problems, so may I recommend that this room is reserved for younger couples! Health and safety measures are important for all ages! • Kulaniabendrothdias (5/5): Poor experience, would not recommend staying here. - The location is great, very central with close proximity to plenty of restaurants and tourist sites. It's a bnb run out of a larger building complex, so we needed clear instructions on which floor the apartment is located in, which elevator to take (as there were two) and arrival information more generally. We were told that check in is only possible from 2-4pm, so we made arrangements to arrive at that time. We arrived at 2.15pm and rang the bell for soul City but the person who answered did not speak any English and we had to ask people entering the complex which floor and elevator to take. When we finally arrived at the apartment, our room was not ready and the proprietor/person to check us in was not there. Instead, the person cleaning the room (who we could see was rushing through the job and thus not very thorough) handed us his phone and the proprietor told us to hand over the payment for the room "immediately" to the cleaner - even before we got the keys. We had made reservations that we were late for because of this poor check in process which we communicated and yet the owner kept us on the phone insisting that we hand over payment (we requested that we pay when we come back or the next day when we checked out - standard practice!) All in all, a very poor experience - the owner clearly didn't care to spend resources (time/money) on facilitating the check in process, even between the short check in window, and did little to consider our time and experience as travelers. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped - within a few minutes of us walking around in the room, the soles of our feet were covered in dust. The bed was simple, hard, and the bathroom was set up in a way that the water spilled out onto the floor when taking a shower. All in all, if you're desperate for a room in a central place and don't have other options, you can stay here, but we've stayed in a better run places that are more comfortable in Naples.

• Behnaz (7/5): if they fix the water outlet and change the bar for breakfastI recommend the room it was clean and tidy. the location is - the room was really clean. i really like the decoration. the location was fantastic and safe. the owner was always available and helpful. she was really kind. beside breakfast that i rate 0 i really like the room. the toilet did not have a proper ventilation and water outlet, so when you take a shower all the floor was wet as well as the room. the other thing that i did not like was breakfast. we had to go to a bar near the hotel and we could choose croissants and coffee or juice and a sth like sandwich which the quality was awful. we had stomachache after eating that.

Shopping places, restaurants, markets and etc. Room itself is very cozy and comfortable. Monica was very nice and friendly, she helped us with our questions. Room was very nice decorated and had all necessary stuff. Air Conditioner didn't work, which made our stay very hard. Monico offered us to use fan, which slightly eased the situation. But still it was hot.
