• cecs75 (7/5): - Vincenzo disponibilissimo per tutte le fasi del nostro soggiorno , anche conosciuto di persona , alla mano e pronto a dispensare consigli per posti nel Rione Sanità dove assaggiare squisitezze la manutenzione degli appartamenti alcune parti erano da sostituire , come comunicato a Vincenzo, ricordare di togliere l'acqua dal bollitore all'ingresso!!

• andrea (8/5): Stando in una posizione strategica (a pochi passi da metro 1 e 2) la rende una struttura Top dal punto di vista strategi - Cristal Home è sempre accogliente. Pulita e decisamente confortevole
• Chiara (8/5): Napoli ti ruba il cuore - Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione di questa struttura ovvero nel Rione Sanità dove si può assaporare quella che per me è la Napoli che mi sono sempre immaginata, a due passi da trattorie/ristoranti molto noti e dall’iconica pasticceria Poppella. La stanza si trova in un edificio dotato di ascensore a pagamento (20 centesimi) molto comodo per le valigie essendo la stanza quasi all’ultimo piano. L’accesso è stato molto semplice, stanza accogliente con un bel bagno non eccessivamente grande direi il giusto per tre persone. Era presente anche un mini frigo e una zona comunque con tisane e caffè. Nonostante la zona era estremamente silenzioso la notte. Nel complesso nulla considerando anche il prezzo e il fatto che utilizzavamo la stanza solo per lavarci e dormire.

• Eleonora (9/5): Siamo stati accolti in maniera eccellente. Tutto è andato bene. Consiglio per toccata e fuga a Napoli - La camera sebbene situata in una zona di giorno super trafficata si è rivelata un ottimo giaciglio per dormire in tranquillità

• Stefania (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per un breve soggiorno a Napoli - Posizionato in zona Sanità, l’appartamento è al terzo piano con ascensore (a pagamento). Enzo si è mostrato subito sollecito e pronto a rispondere anche alle nostre richieste. Tra l’altro è stato tanto gentile da avvisarci che l’appartamento era pronto ben prima dell’orario di check-in. La stanza è piccola, pulitissima e ben climatizzata con un letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello in un mobile a scomparsa, il bagno è fornito del necessario, non c’è il bidet ma il wc ha la doccetta e la doccia è spaziosa. Fuori dalla stanza sono disponibili per gli ospiti macchina del caffè e bollitore con tutto il necessario per una bevanda calda

• Antonio (9/5): Lovely stay, good location very clean room. - Location was good, very clean, aircon worked great. No real negatives about the property. The breakfast at the local pasticceria was a lovely addition ( pastry and coffer/drink). Enzo was a great host he was easily contactable and friendly. He came out to guide us when we got lost finding the place. Thank you Only negative was the location pin on google maps did not take us there. it was taking us to the rear of the building where there was a car park but you could not enter that way. This could do with updating.
• Jitka (8/5): Very good - Everything was troublefree, we stayed just one night. Enzo - the host, was friendly, comunicated promply, gave us recommendations to restaurants, offered us to leave our baggage after check-out as long as we wished. The breakfast was the best - delicius coffee and cakes, wonderful specility of the café and the best coissant with chocolate filling I´ve ever had. The café itself is very nice, clean and modern. The room was smelly when we arrived, possibly from the drain - could be aired out with help of open window and AC. There was also a mildew in the othervise clean shower. Entrance instructions came rather late, just before the announced arrival time. It was not a problem, just a little strange. I prefere to know in advance, not being dependent on charged mobile phone.

• Nele (9/5): Great place, with a nice view of the city. 10/10 would recommend - Enzo was very kind and forwarding. Got to check in early, clean place with a cute little balcony. Breakfast was amazing and there is tea and coffee for free as well. Cosy and big bed, lots of storage. Transfer to airport for 20€ with a nice and calm driver. There is no toilet brush.

• Μιχάλης (7/5): Good - It was very clean, the people there were very hospitable. It is on the 4th floor and the elevator wasn't working. They were repairing it and they should had inform us about it as we have our 4y old son with a stroller and i had to carry it on 4th floor. As soon as it is repaired, it would be fine. In conclusion i recommend it as it is near city center an metro station and the owner is very polite.

The room is a tight squeeze for a family of four, but everything worked perfectly and we were well looked after. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast just around the corner, Thank you Quite a few flights of stairs, travel light!

• Dmitri (8/5): Good place to stay if you decided to stay for a night in Naples city center - Owner is very friendly and kind. He gave us different recommendations of pizzerias and restaurants. Room looked clean and nice inside. There was option to make tea. Breakfast means you get 1 voucher per person and you can change it for one bun in cafe nearby. This place is located in center. We found parking in front of the house but at first I wasn't sure it's safe place because of many people walking nearby and also because of many scooters who drive fast... Owner told us it's safe and everything will be fine. In the evening when we came from walk there were no more people on the street and at this time it parking looked safe. Most of streets in city center are tight, a lot of graffiti on buildings and there are a lot of local people on streets. Ribbons were hanging everywhere. Maybe also because of Naples manner of driving we had a sense of chaos. At first it was a bit uncomfortable on street.

• Neslihan (6/5): ok - location and bathroom Breakfast was in the arranged cafeteria which was really good one but the fixed menu was only covering one pastry and coffee nothing more. If you pick a choosy pastry or juice it was not in the deal, you should pay extra. Bed was not comfortable enough.
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Very good value for the money. We met owner Enzo and couple of neighbours and everyone was very kind and helpful with everything. Room was clean and close to the centre. Neighborhood is a bit messy but very authentic, with great and well priced food and we didn't feel in any danger. Breakfast was amazing, in nearby pasticceria - coffee and croissant were included. Owner also let us keep our bags in after chcekout before our flight and arranged for a drive to the airport. If we're back in Naples, we'd definitely come again. Molto grazie!
• Csilla (9/5): authentic neighbourhood and very good breakfast - We love this district of Naples, it's a bit more off the beaten track, but the neighbourhood is so authentic and nice. Street market is just below, you can buy anything you need. There is a small fridge in the room that came handy. The room is perfect for 2, the bed was really comfortable. The place is quiet, though Naples is a noisy city, but you will sleep well here. The small balcony is a highlight if you like to watch the city life with a drink in your hand. Enzo was a very nice host, helped us in everything and was easy to communicate with. The breakfast was in Poppella pasticceria, which is one of the most famous ones in Naples, you must try their wonderful pastries, including their signiture one, "fiocchi di neve". The bar part is closed on Mondays, so Enzo gave us tickets for our last day to another bar, which was also perfect for breakfast. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, only downside is that the elevator is still under construction so you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. You need to wait a lot for warm water, one day we didn't really have hot water, only warm, next day it was hotter. In the summer you don't even notice this though.

Elevator will ready in the summer says Enzo so be aware :) we could also leave luggage after check out :) N/A

The location at night may be a bit dodgy but actually it's ok, well connected to the center and very authentic Naples experience. We also got a nice breakfast in one of the best bars right in the corner of the street. Cheap area Stairs but it's ok

• George (10/5): Very good price, nice owner, clean room, tasty breakfast around the corner - The price / quality for a 6-night-stay is the strongest argument for choosing Cristal Home. Enzo was a very nice host, he provided us with information and even arranged with his uncle for our late night airport transfer. We had breakfast at Popella pasticeria around the corner - and it was always a delight! The room was clean and quiet, with a fridge and air conditioning. There were many steps to climb - a problem for older or impaired people, but not for us. Fast wi-fi, walking distance to the train station, metro or museum, lively streets around. Only 2 km walking distance to the ferries for Capri or Amalfi. We liked staying at Cristal Home and we would choose it again if we'd come to Napoli some day.
