• Dougherty (7/5): Nice large apartment. Did not appreciate the added expenses as these should be covered in the cost. - Location was good. Apartment was large and comfortable. Good view. Apartment is interestingly decorated although almost gaudy. We asked for a new set of towels and were told no. Only one set of thin towels were provided for our 4 night stay. Shower/bathtub VERY hard to step in and out of. Added fees: Late check in will cost €50, late check out €20, and trash disposal €10.

• Egidijus (10/5): - I swear, these are the perfect apartments! The Venetian vibe is literally in the air! The location is amazing — everything is close by, and the bus station is just 5 minutes away! The bed is super comfortable, and the interior is stunning. I 110% recommend staying here!

По заселению и выселению все было четко, также были все мелочи для жизни от полотенец до соли ❤️ Все было прекрасно❤️
• Susan (10/5): Beautiful accommodation. - Absolutely loved our accommodation. Stunning views. Huge apartment. All in all we adored this place and wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights. Peaceful. Feel relaxed and so very happy in this room. Thank you so very much. Hope to come back again The wardrobe door and left hand window needs attention. Wardrobe door seems swollen. Windows need attention to secure when closed.

• Andy (5/5): It definitely isn’t a B&B and shouldn’t be advertised as such - If I wanted to stay in an apartment, I would’ve booked through AirBnB. Really misleading and disappointing as you’re sharing the building with other residents and even some offices. Lots of mosquitoes and marks on the walls to prove it. Hosts were nice and helpful, but wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

• Anita (9/5): Very pleased with location and the size of the apartment. - Location was good for us. It was very close to the bus terminal and train station. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go ftom the apartment building. Was not expecting an elevator, but there were a lot of stairs to climb.

Perfect location if you arrive at the railway station. Host was very kind to us. Conditioner in apt was quite loud and not so effective as it could be. May be it is time to refill it.
• Phillipa (9/5): Superb - Stunning room with a beautiful view of the canal in a more peaceful area of Venice. The shower head was very low, but we made do. The main light switch wouldn't turn off, so we worked around it by not using the key card. Hopefully an easy fix.
• Gregory (8/5): Old World Venetian Charm apartment close to Train and Bus station - Excellent location close to both the train and bus station in a quiet part of Venice. Easy access to restaurants, groceries and all the sights of Venice. Large apartment with Old World Venetian charm. Very comfy bed. When we booked the location it was called a B&B though no breakfast was included! Also said there was a washing machine that was no where to be found. Be mindful to not leave the windows open at night due to mosquitoes.
• Stephanie (10/5): Loved La Chambre d’Ella! Great for solo travelers and perfect location. - Exactly as pictured! Fantastic location! 10-15 minute walk from the train station and less than 10 from the bus station. Residential area with good dining options. Easy to get to other areas of the city.
• Andrew (10/5): Perfect location. Excellent value for money and the friendliness of Anna. - The property was absolutely beautiful. The whole style and decor was breathtaking. The location was perfect. We were a short walk away from everything. It had everything we could have wanted. Anna was so helpful as well with info from places to eat or places to have some drinks. We are definitely going to visit Venice again and yes we would love to stay at this property again. Honesty. And i feel silly even saying it. But I’m 6ft 2. And the shower was too low. I had to crouch to have a shower. But other than that it was perfect.

• Keith (10/5): Our first visit to Venice. A jewel of a city. We spent some time choosing an apartment, and this was the perfect locatio - Location, style and comfort. Beautiful apartment. The person greeting us came 30 minutes after the time she said, leaving us waiting in the heat.
• Ekaterina (8/5): The experience can be improved by staying more in contact with the clients and by providing more information (about garb - The apartment is amazing, with a beautiful view and located in a good, not too touristic, but still vibrant area. It was not too easy to reach the personal by messages/phone. We had to take out the garbage ourselves, otherwise you need to pay €10 extra. There were also lots of mosquitoes (we preferred to refresh the room and let the windows open, so of course you have an option to use air conditioning there).

Communication with owner was great throughout build up to stay and on the day too! Nothing really to dislike other than maybe the Hairdryer not being very good at all. Bring your own if ones needed!

• Valerie (5/5): 'La Chambre d'ella B&? - Location and view Basic but adequate kitchen and bathroom. Overgrown garden. When we booked 'La Chambre d'ella B&B' we assumed that the second B in B&B meant breakfast - but it certainly doesn't, although we were informed by our pleasant but rushed greeter that there were a few cafes nearby. This apartment is now run by an Estate Agency and not independently owned.
