• osnat (9/5): - The room is decorated with antique furniture and creates a museum atmosphere. Each room has its own color :) The location is great. Right across from the lake and Ohrid promenade. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, with excellent English.The towels are nice and luxurious. There is an iron in the room for those who need it. It would be nice if they left 2 bottles of water free of charge as is the practice in other hotels. If I remember correctly, there were also no products in the room for making tea or coffee. Breakfast was a choice in advance. The menu doesn't appeal to us Israelis (scrambled eggs with potatoes). Sometimes a simple meal is better: vegetables and an eggs. I booked a room with a double bed and ended up having another single bed in the room which made the room overcrowded.

• Peter (10/5): - Beautiful place. And old townhouse converted into a small boutique hotel. Bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was spatious. Staff really lovely and spoke perfect English. Breakfast was amazing. Great value for money. Nothing.
• Zuzana (10/5): - The mansion is super pretty and our room was really comfortable, spotless and smelling very nicely. The breakfast was just as good and the staff were very kind. Highly recommended! The staff are not always at the front desk and we needed to go around the mansion and search for them when we arrived, but that’s not a biggie once you know they’re in the cafe in the lower part of the house. A small note at the reception desk would do the job.

Also they had really good breakfast. Fireplace not allowed to fire despite it's included in room description Parking is not included in price (so you need to park in the nearest street: price 4 eur per day) and hotel doesn't have its own parking (I think these type of things should be notified in advance in description)

• Massimo (9/5): Gradevole anche in una molto piovosa giornata di novembre - Villa in stile primi '900 davvero bella sul lungo lago di Pogradec, con ampi saloni, arredata con mobilio abbastanza di pregio e con camere ampie con soffitti alti con stucchi. Bagno e doccia spaziosi anche se manca il bidet. Facilmente raggiungibile in auto e buona possibiità di parcheggio in zona (a pagamento). Zona "vivace" (stagione permettendo) a pochi passi a piedi. Il personale, sebbene cortese (tranne un caso in cui una persona dello staff che non pensava conoscessimo la lingua è andata un po' sopra le righe), è piuttosto assente, visto che è preso anche con la gestione del bar. Di fatto lo devi spesso cercare e inseguire se hai bisogno. Aggiungo che uscire di tarda serata (verso mezzanotte) alla ricerca di un paio di bottiglie d'acqua (in stanza c'era il frigo ma vuoto) e trovarsi letteralmente rinchiusi all'interno del cortile della villa (non è un eufemismo) senza possibilità di uscirne, non è proprio proprio piacevole.

• Thierry (9/5): Fabuleux ! - L'emplacement idéal. L'endroit est juste magnifique, des jardins au sous-sol (café), en passant par la chambre ! Le lit avec un matelas à mémoire de forme est merveilleux ! Le personnel professionnel et attentif. Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux et copieux.

We parked our car on the street and the local parking inspector was really helpful, by finding a spot for us near the hotel, even directing the traffic while I maneuvered into the spot! This stay really exceeded my expectations.

Personeel mag iets pro-actiever zijn in het benaderen van gasten (bijvoorbeeld voor het ontbijt). Eventueel een blaadje met relevante informatie (wifi-code, uitcheckprocedure) zou fijn zijn!

L’hôtel est situé dans dans le centre et face au lac ce qui est pratique pour se balader. La partie café est top!! Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire !! Un peu compliqué de trouver une place de parking mais pour 4€ nous avons pu rester garer jusque 9h ce qui est raisonnable . Le personnel est très occupé avec le café et n’a pas pensé à nous donner la feuille pour le petit déjeuner mais au matin nous avons tout de même était servis et c’était délicieux

• Veronie (9/5): Aanrader - Super leuk appartement ziet er erg sfeervol uit. Gelijk in het mooie centrum. Ontbijt was ook goed. Terras is erg sfeervol past precies bij het appartement. Niks eigenlijk alles was keurig.
