wolfgang (10/5): - If you're tired of hotel receptionists, sterile rooms, impersonal service, and doors banging in the hallway. Then this b&b is for you. The hosts, Larry and Diana, are spectacular b&b operators as well as wonderful conversationalists. Had some great chats with both of them over yummy breakfasts which Diana prepares according to your specifications, and learned a lot about Canada. The bed I slept in was one of the most comfortable ever! So if you enjoy local contact, a cozy home, And just being around really good people, then this b&b is for you. Had to leave again too soon.

Alison (10/5): - Stay was fantastic. We had to change our plans last minute and Larry and Diana allowed us to check in super early. We had wonderful conversations over breakfast and felt very comfortable in their friendly home. Location was walking distance for us to West Edmonton Mall and easy uber to Downtown. Was a great last couple of days of our three week trip. There was nothing we didn't like.

Scott (10/5): A reminder of how good traditional B&Bs used to be! - This couple used to host international stays but have now switched to a traditional B&B format. So they are experts at providing a quintessential Canadian breakfast and experience. I hope more traditional B&Bs can come back, I forgot how great they are! Just remember you are staying in someone's home. It is not a hotel with a paid staff, but rather a very welcoming and generous couple with good bed, conversation and breakfast.

The hosts are super friendly and always willing to assist. The bedroom is very well and nicely fitted. Easy parking at their driveway or on the street. Nice neighbourhood. Adam (7/5): Pleasant B&B with excellent breakfast - The breakfast was very nice. The shower was modern and the hosts were friendly. Parking was easy outside the homestay and the spaces were as described and on the pictures. It is located in a quiet area but a short drive from other places (e.g. West Edmonton Mall). We had mixed sleeping experiences - my partner slept poorly and found the pillows very hard, whereas I slept fine and did not mind the pillows. My partner was also not keen on the smell of the house as the smell was not neutral.

Lucija (10/5): Wonderful time, good food, clean house, would come again! - This was the first B&B I have ever stayed in and it was really a wonderful experience. The house in my opinion is very conveniently located. If you stay here you will be like 10 min driving from the West Edmonton mall or a quick walk. It’s easy to get on the highways and overall all the necessary stops are close by such as gas stations and grocery stores. Also Larry and Diana are some of the nice people and hosts I have ever met. They will make you feel like your are at home and apart of the family. They also have the cutest fluffy dog and two cats that love attention. The house is spotless, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was amazing. Diana makes her own bread and all the food is prorated right in front of you and it’s really really good. I highly recommend coming here and staying a night!

The location was a little further than expected, at least for travellers without a car. We found we had to get Ubers or Taxis to most places if we wanted to avoid hour long transit times. The taps in the shower turned on in opposite directions, which was a little confusing but manageable.

An outstanding breakfast made right in front of you with a hot cup of coffee the moment you sit down. Conversation and comfortable options for any diet. This is as close as you can come to staying with family or a long time friend where you are welcome. Hardest working people ever met in a long time, good decent down to earth folks. Was only able to visit Edmonton for the weekend. So much more to explore and breakfast options on the menu! Haven't felt welcome anywhere like I was here in a long. Hard to find people so wonderful...

Samiha (10/5): WOULD VISIT AGAIN - There wasn't a thing I didn't like. Diana and Larry were welcoming, friendly, kind, accommodating, funny and all the positive adjectives! I am new to Canada and felt very homesick and sad, but just seeing their bright and happy faces in the morning brightened up my mood. Diana is also a fantastic cook and Larry tells the best stories. Diana's mom was really cool and funny too. I miss their cats and their dog already, and I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the view was great, the food was great, the company was amazing and everything was perfect!! That I couldn't stay there for longer!
