• Keran (9/5): - Quiet location but easy walk to the main museum quarter and the tram stop is close by. The room is as pictured. A good size. Bed large and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities with a little fridge are handy .

• Πορετσανος (9/5): - Μου άρεσε το δωμάτιο όλες οι παροχές που είχε το μπάνιο όλα ικανοποιητικά ήταν Δεν μου άρεσε που δεν είχε ένα μπαλκόνι ή το παράθυρο να ανοιγε κανονικά και όχι μόνο ανάκληση και που δεν δούλευε η τηλεόραση.

• Tina (10/5): Superb, I would definitely return! - It had everything you needed for a short stay, cosy and very comfortable. We had a great view of the street from the apartment. The location was fantastic, such a friendly and welcoming area with lots of amazing shops, cafes and restaurants. The fact that we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun made it really special.

• Clinton (6/5): The weather was quite nice and we enjoyed exploring Anstrrdam. - It was a very good location to many of the sights. Any messages I sent were promptly answered. We stayed for 5 nights and didn’t get a towel change or a garbage emptied! One hand towel was actually worn right through leaving holes. It was minimally equipped with dishes and there was no microwave.

• Luisella (9/5): Camera confortevole e silenziosa in un'ottima posizione - La camera è funzionale, gradevole e silenziosa, il letto è comodo e la posizione è veramente eccezionale vicina al centro, ai canali più belli, ai musei e a molti altri luoghi di interesse (mercati etc), tutto è raggiungibile a piedi.
• Sofia (7/5): Καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής . - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία . Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο με καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Δεν είχε πετσέτες για το πρόσωπο , μόνο χεριών και μπάνιου . Θα προτιμούσα να είχε λιγότερη ζέστη το δωμάτιο

• Beth (9/5): Excellent location and comfy room! - The location was perfect - there was easy access to all areas of Amsterdam and was very quiet at night. The room had all the essentials and was very clean, the bed was very comfy too! Check in and out was super easy too. There was an issue with the hot water at the beginning, but this was resolved very quickly, and the owners were very quick to respond.

• Christian (8/5): Nettes altes Haus in guter Lage mit ruhigem Zimmer. - Schönes altes Haus am Rande des Zentrums von Amsterdam. Unser Zimmer lag Richtung Innenhof. Dieser war begrünt uns es hatte somit ein angenehmes Klima. Dadurch war es auch sehr ruhig. Ich würde diese Lage für zukünftige Buchungen immer bevorzugen. Ein Insektengitter beim Fenster wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, es gab doch einige Stechmücken in der Nacht. Ich würde auch empfehlen den Kühlschrank nicht im Kasten aufzustellen, da der Kasten keine Belüftung hat und somit der Kühlschrank sehr ineffizient läuft. Ebenso wäre ein Kästchen unter dem Fernseher zu empfehlen um den SAT - Reciever etwas aufgeräumter zu verstauen. Das würde das ansonsten schöne Gesamtbild des Zimmers in diesem alten Gebäude positiv abrunden.

• Marianne (8/5): Goede en schone kamer. - entree was goed , maar er was maar één sleutel van de twee die paste. Waarschijnlijk verwisseld met een andere kamer. Het was heel schoon en de bedden waren super. mooi rustig en centraal gelegen. In de hoek bij het raam zou een tafeltje met 2 stoeltjes nét passen. We misten n.l. een gezellig plekje om koffie / thee / een wijntje te drinken. Naast de deur zou een staande kapstok kunnen staan : we hadden lange jassen , en die pasten niet in de kast. In de badkamer was wat te weinig plek om iets op te zetten/leggen/ op te hangen : we moesten het op het deksel van het toilet zetten/leggen, wat wat wankel was. Maar dit is als opbouwende raad bedoeld , want we waren nu ook heel tevreden !

• Stefano (8/5): Ottima posizione e splendida luce naturale! - La posizione è davvero perfetta per visitare Amsterdam, vicina a tutto e molto comoda. Bellissima la grande finestra che regala tanta luce naturale, davvero un tocco unico! Il bagno è moderno e pulito, il letto molto comodo e il check-in automatico super pratico. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole. Mancava un piccolo free-bar o minibar, che sarebbe stato comodo. La casa è leggermente in pendenza (come tante ad Amsterdam), ma niente di grave.

Toda manhã eu precisava entrar em contato com a anfitriã para resolver o problema. No último dia, como estava com tempo muito apertado , precisei sair e pegar o trem para o meu próximo destino sem conseguir tomar banho quente, pois não daria tempo de esperar a resolução do problema. Não tem serviço de limpeza. Fiquei 3 diárias e em nenhum dia foi recolhido nem o lixo. Entrada do prédio muito apertada e com muitas escadas. Bem difícil para quem está com malas ou crianças de colo.

• Adrian (10/5): Serene and convenient - Very convenient location, yet still managed to be a calm and quiet escape from the bustle of Central Amsterdam. It was amazing to be, and see, inside these lovely old homes. This is situated in what is clearly a quite well to do little street. We booked two rooms which were just across the landing from each other which made it easy to co-ordinate. We saw other reviews mentioned the steep and narrow stairs, so we knew this going in. Wasn't too hard for us to pull big bags up the stairs, but please be aware of this if you have trouble lifting your luggage.

• Magdalena (7/5): - I liked that the room was spacious and that there was a kettle. The location is 20 minutes from the city center. I didn’t like the service, which basically doesn’t exist. Yes, the owner replies right away, but there’s still no service. We stayed for 3 nights, we were given large towels and instead of small ones there were only very tiny face towels, and one of them even had holes. I sent a message to Isabel after our first night saying we would like to have 2 small towels. She replied that she would contact the cleaner, but for 3 days we were left with just the big towels for everything. Nobody empties the trash. In summary, there is no service. As mentioned in previous reviews, there are white curtains, and in the morning it’s already too bright to sleep.

The sheets had a blood stain (!) on them, and all the towels had big holes in them. The wifi did not work, and despite reaching out several times we never got the issue resolved. The location is great but the rooms not so much.

Great location and in a lovely residential area. Cafés and a good Spanish restaurant nearby. Moments from a tram stop that takes you through the centre and on to Centraal Station. Good communication and easy access using a key safe. Hard to find faults.

• Agnese (10/5): Recommend! - Amazing accommodation, I absolutely enjoyed my time. Stayed all across the city, this location is by far my favorite, absolutely stunning! The bed was comfortable, courtyard view is lush green and area is quiet and super safe. Just outside the door are the most gorgeous canals and you are close to everything.
