• Fred (10/5): Parfait, juste PARFAIT !!! - Un Check in très facile grâce aux consignes de la propriétaire Rihanna, et une fois dans l’appartement, un accueil incroyable : une énorme corbeille de fruits frais, du chocolat, des gâteaux, des boissons fraîches dans le frigo… Top !! L’appartement en lui même est très confortable, la terrasse qui donne sur l’arrière cour a un charme fou… À 2 pas des canaux et du centre ville, il y a dans la rue tous les commerces possibles ! Un énorme coup de ❤️ pour cet hébergement qui nous a permis de découvrir cette si belle ville uniquement à pied !!! Rien !!!

• lyn (9/5): A great find in a busy city, highly recommend - The property is so well presented it’s a joy to see. The basics are there but the detail provided by the owner is wonderful. Many clean towels, lots of fresh fruit, bottles of water, tins of juice chocolate and biscuits. Fresh flowers and regular communication. Lovely terrace for warmer times too. Only downside is the stairs but these will feature in most Amsterdam properties.

Vietos nelabai daug, trise papusryčiauti buvo sudėtinga. Vieno kambario langai triukšmingos gatvės pusėje.
• Tanya (9/5): Comfortable apartment in great neighborhood with lots of amenities. - Can't beat the location, with lots of restaurants, shops and a grocery store a 2 minute walk away. Easy to walk to many of the other neighborhoods in the city. Quiet at night. The host is lovely and extremely accomodating and highly responsive. The toilet and shower are in separate areas which is helpful. Beautiful terrace if the weather is nice. Some hooks for coats and towels would be helpful, as well as some luggage stands would be an easy addition. A common area is accessible upstairs but not within the unit itself.
• Anne (9/5): Welcoming host and excellent location - The owners were extremely welcoming and presented us with a lovely bowl of fruit. They made sure our stay was comfortable and were very generous. Location was excellent. It was expensive however it seems that Amsterdam is all expensive.

• Thomas (5/5): Nicht das, was es verspricht. - Diese Unterkunft punktet lediglich durch seine Lage. Ausreichend Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Diverse Getränke, Milchprodukte, Frühstücksutensilien im Kühlschrank. Großer Obstkorb. Funktionierender, leider auch verdreckter Kaffeevollautomat. Jede Menge Toastbrot, Schokobrötchen und Kekse. Diese Suite genannte Unterkunft ist eine heruntergerockte Absteige. Der Zutritt zum "Apartment" erfolgt über eine sehr steile und enge Holztreppe. Keines der Schlafzimmer hat geeignete Ablagen, der einzige Kleiderschrank ist mit Zubehör vollgestopft. Die Holzfenster sind alt und defekt. Ungemütliche, pflegebedürftige Holzterrasse. Wackelnde Steckdosen. Trotz vollgestopfter Küche, sucht man eine Schüssel vergeblich.

The property was close to the centre of amsterdam and lots of shops near by . The owner was lovely and very welcoming! The fridge was stocked with some soft drinks, water and milk for the coffee machine, which was great for when we needed a drink. The bathroom was very clean and fully stocked with towels , shampoo and soap.
• Alexa (10/5): Great little getaway in Dam - The property was in a perfect location. What a beautiful little spot. We liked the terrace and the fact it had a kitchenette to make dinner. The host was very friendly and answered any questions we had.
• Rony (10/5): אל תפספסו את הדירה ואירוח של ריהאנה. לא תתחרטו! - הכל היה מושלם. ריהאנה מארחת מהאגדות. לא היה דבר אחד שחסר לנו, הדירה הייתה מאובזרת למשעי ומעוצבת. בכל פינה מצאנו עוד פריט מעוצב ועוד כד עם פרחים טריים. שפע מטורף של פינוקים חיכו לנו בדירה- פירות, חטיפים, ממתקים, שוקולדים, מגוון מאד רחב של משקאות ועוד ועוד והכל כיד המלך. ריהאנה מקסימה, זמינה מאד. הייתה איתנו בקשר צמוד מלפני הגעתנו, במשך שהותנו וגם לאחר עזיבתנו. לא נתקלנו מעולם בכזו אירוח מקסים, נעים ורחב לב. התאהבנו!

• Piyawan (10/5): Aufenthalt mit Liebe zum Detail. - Die Zimmer waren sehr cozy und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage war top und der Host war sehr lieb, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Immer erreichbar für alle Tipps und Fragen. Es gab auch frisches Obst, Kaffee, Snacks und Softdrinks zur freien Verfügung. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!! Typische Amsterdam Treppen. Sehr schmal!

Dużym atutem oferty jest bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką mieszkania . Szybki Sprawny i bezproblemowy . Docenić należy możliwość wczesnego zameldowania bez korporacyjnych dopłat , zmian rezerwacji etc . Możliwość pobytu z psem . Jeżeli chcesz zamieszkać w fajnym miejscu , blisko atrakcji Amsterdamu ale bez turystycznego tłumu i w fajnym klimacie miasta to polecamy to miejsce . My wrócimy na pewno . Warto

Rhyhanna was amazing - super helpful with recommendations and check-in was smooth. Perfect spot in Jordaan, walking distance to everything but on a quiet street. Felt like a local neighborhood, not touristy. Can’t really say I didn’t like anything! Just if you aren’t okay with steep stairs or are disabled you may need elsewhere. Don’t worry about getting bags up or down as it was a breeze.

In jedem Zimmer hat uns die Gastgeberin Ryhanna 💖frische Blumen 🌺 hingestellt. Die Gastgeberin war super super nett und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sie ist super freundlich und ist immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt danke 🙏🏻 für alles !!!! Alles super 🥳👍🏻

• Marta (10/5): Just wonderful! - It was the best experience we could have in Amsterdam! Firstly host is super kind and friendly, if only every host could be so kind))! She left flowers in every room, gave toys to our kid, left basket of fruits as well and other delicious things in fridge! The apartment is very cosy, you have everything you could need, and also a huge and beautiful terrace! Location is very good you can easily reach everything by foot, lot of shops/ cafes and also a good super market just nearby. We highly recommend this apartment to everyone. -

Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss sich darauf einstellen viel Geld fürs Parken auszugeben oder das Auto ganz woanders zu parken.

Teníamos un montón de toallas, champú, jabón, cepillo de dientes...Ella está muy pendiente a cualquier cosa y eso se agradece mucho!!!! Si volvemos a Amsterdam vendremos aquí otra vez.

• Sine (10/5): Wonderful host and cute appartment. - The wonderful coffee equipment, the host, the equipment, the shadowed terrace for the too hot days. Chocolate and drinks in the fridge, the location - everything was just nice. We were a family of four and the teenagers got the double bed while we got the queen size bed. Toilet and kitchen between the rooms such that we could get our morning coffee even though the teenagers slept.

The flat is very nice, the beds are comfortable, the host is absolutely kind and helpfull. We've got fresh flowers when we arrived 💐 We are so gratefull for Ryhanna's warm welcome and her usuful advices.
• Mike (9/5): Great property with a lovely host. - Firstly the host Ryhanna is a diamond. She's really helpful and gave us some great tips for our stay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with lots of tea coffee, soft drinks and snacks provided. The location is good with it being central but on the west side of the city in a nice neighbourhood. Its in a good location to access a lot of attractions. One thing Ryhanna did advise us on was the bus to the airport (397). It's cheap, frequent and quick. The bus terminus is only 3 minutes from the apartment so we found it a lot better than using the train from Schiphol. There are also regular trams from the bottom of the street taking you to Leidseplein and the museum district which is only a few stops away. The stairs as someone has already mentioned are steep but it's Amsterdam and most of the older buildings will be exactly the same as we found out in the bars and restaurants. It's not the cheapest place to stay but it's very good quality. I have stayed in cheaper places in Amsterdam but would definitely stay here again as comparatively its well worth it. Great stay and a great host!

• Désirée (10/5): Lovely stay in the city centre - The appartement has a great location. We were 4 women for a long weekend, there were enough space with two nice bedrooms with very confortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Owner very nice and friendly and present if there was something we needed. There was also a lovely terrace. The stairs to the apartment were very steep, for us it was just ok but for some I can imagine it’s more difficult to get down, specially with luggage. But surely the owner can help you in case you need.
• Niamh (10/5): Outstanding Accommodation! - I visited with my mother (77) and daughter (10). My mum hasn't been abroad in many years, so finding the right space to stay in was super important. Ryhanna's apartment was perfect in every way! It has character, is homely and spotlessly clean. With fresh flowers, fresh fruit, treats and drinks. A personal touch throughout. The location was so central, in a lovely vibrant neighbourhood. Some people have mentioned the steep stairs but I loved them! A unique feature which added even more character. We were so sad to leave and hopefully can come back soon one day. I have never come across such a wonderful and kind host like Ryhanna. What a find her apartment was!! Not applicable!!

There were so many thoughtful touches from fresh flowers to drinks and snacks in the fridge. The apartment is in a great location to explore Amsterdam from. We loved our stay and would recommend. Not a big deal but it is a noisy street from the restaurant etc and the stairs leading up to the apartment are standard Amsterdam steep! So if this is not ideal for you then be mindful of it.

Not a lot of place if you want to sit down to eat for 4 people (ok for 2). But we always ate outside, so much possibilities in Amsterdam. Steep stairs. Ok with small luggage like us. Probably harder with big suitcases.

If you are not sure…..trust me and book! You won’t regret it My only tiny suggestion is another brighter lamp in the room facing the street as we used this as an area to relax and we would have liked it somewhere between dim and bright (bedside lamp and main light), but everything else was literally perfect. Thank you so much for making my first holiday with my long lost brother so special.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Wonderful, would highly recommend! - The location was fabulous, the apartment was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. We met the owners son who was very helpful, all communication had been brilliant. There were lovely flowers, fruit, drinks, chocolate and biscuits for our use as well as lots of teas and coffee. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely linen. Nothing! The only downside may be noise in one bedroom overlooking the street if one wanted to keep the window open, however, due to the location noise is fairly inevitable.

Everything we did was within walking distance from our apartment. She arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport and even checked on our flights, terminal and gates. Her son was very helpful with carrying our luggage down the steps. We would definitely stay there again.

Plus many tips on what to visit and beautiful routes through the city. We were welcomed with fruits, sweets, coffee, tea. Perfectly equipped kitchen. The property is extremely close to the center, everything could be visited on foot. I will definitely come back.

The steet is busy during the day and quiet at night which was perfect. Ryhanna was also lovely and provided us with lots of info on what we can do in the neighbourhood. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this wonderful apartment. Nothing, it was brilliant

Location is stunning and right in the midst of arts and youthful district. Accommodation was above and beyond, Ryhanna even went as far to help with our train changes and storing bags after checkout. Could be a little loud with music from down the street at night but that's being nitpicky and what you trade for the quality of location and accommodations.

They had the fridge stocked with drinks and snacks and assisted us with luggage storage and airport taxi arrangement.

• Nicolle (9/5): Residence Moose worked really well for us - location was excellent. Lovely extra touches like coffee, tea, items in the fridge, lovely fresh flowers, toiletries. lovely to have the outdoor space at the back. Kitchen area worked really well. Nice to have a dishwasher as well! Bed in bedroom overlooking the street was two single beds put together - not so comfortable. You could hear the restaurant downstairs in the evening, but it was quiet by around 11:30. If you're very sensitive to noise, probably not the best place to stay. Also the stairs up to the apartment (one floor up) are typical of Amsterdam properties but very steep and narrow. Also, whilst the toilet is between the two bedrooms, the bathroom is through the back bedroom. Fine for us but just something to be aware of.
