• Lucas Matthias (8/5): - Das äußerst gemütliche geräumige Zimmer. Das tolle Frühstück sowie das äußerst freundliche Personal. Das Zimmer bzw Zimmer Temperatur beim ersten Mal betreten war ziemlich kühl. Aber wir haben von selbst die Heizkörper dann so geregelt das es für uns schön warm war.

• Philipp (10/5): Nur Begeisterung für das Karl August - Sehr großzügige Zimmer, super sauber. Sehr sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was man braucht. Auf glutenfreie Ernährung beim Frühstück wurde perfekt Rücksicht genommen. Check-in über einen Schlüsselsafe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir waren eine Reisegruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern und es hat einfach alles funktioniert so wie es funktionieren sollte und das Platzangebot in den Zimmer war für uns mit den Kids wirklich super. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig zum Gang.

• Pöschl (7/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Alles da was benötigt wird. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Im Badezimmer war es viel zu kalt, dass war bereits beim 1. Aufenthalt schon so. Der Föhn und der Handtuchhalter waren kaputt. Am WC hingegen viele Spinnweben, dass gefiel uns weniger und generell fehlte im Zimmer: die Liebe zum Detail… wenig Bilder an den großen Wänden, wenig Deko (Teppiche, Blumen,…) da ginge mehr.

• Wilfried (9/5): . - Großzügig gestaltete Unterkunft mit viel Platz, modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Schöne Gartenterrasse und ein reichlichen Frühstück runden den ausgezeichneten Eindruck ab. Jederzeit empfehlenswert. Etwas nachteilig die Lage außerhalb des Stadtkerns von Judenburg, da wir mit dem Rad unterwegs waren.

• Wol (9/5): A pleasant and relaxing stay. - Staff very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable beds. Great size rooms. Brilliant breakfast. Very clean. VFM! Next to the road and any traffic could be clearly heard. No Air Con! I used public transport so a 10 minute walk from the bus stop.

• Róbert MEŠKO (10/5): Super prístup ubytovateľky a prekrásna lokalita. - Veľmi pekné prostredie blízko aquaparku s nádherným wellnesom. Na recepcii mi ponúkli zľavu do blízkeho wellnessu aqualux. V pešej dostupnosti sa nachádza aj prekrásny hrad. Všetko ok.

Parkplatz vor dem Haus super! in unserem Zimmer, Nr. 7 hat der Fussboden bei jedem Schritt geknarrt. Unterhalb störte es wohl nicht, war der Eingangsbereich.

• Johan (9/5): Nice hotel close to the racetrack - Very nice rooms, large size and good beds. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. It is very close to Red Bull Ring, so great for racing weekends.

• Viktor (10/5): Exceptional - Very big room, with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfy, the staff was great, also the breakfast, the view was ok, too. There is a pizzeria nearby (90m), it was okay, too. The interrior corridor should have some carpet or furniture or something, beacuse it echoes so loud, for example you open the lock of the door and the sound of the click noise echoes back from everywhere. But thats all.

• Há (10/5): Exceptional - Overall it was excellwnt. The place, the town. The staff is more!!!! They Where seaking all out wishes, and helping to fullfill them. I honour them. Kitchen could be more equipped.
• Mushailov (1/5): Bad - The hotel was closed for its own holidays. Meanwhile, Booking accepted orders and issued a confirmation. I arrived at the hotel in the evening with my three children after a long drive and active skiing. We were tired and hungry, we wanted to get into the shower as soon as possible and were already studying the menu in a pizzeria not far from the hotel. You can imagine my state when we found ourselves in front of closed doors. Only after a phone call did the voice of the answering machine inform us that the hotel was closed. Is it really so difficult to notify Booking before closing the hotel (even if it is temporary) so that orders are not accepted? I don't care whose mistake it is. Two days have passed and Booking ask me how I liked my stay at the hotel. It's kind of a mockery.
