• Marc J. (10/5): Sejour exceptionnel - L’accueil d’Elaine est vraiment exceptionnel. C’est une super hote qui a a coeur notre confort et notre bien-etre. La chambre etait tres propre et le lit King confortable. Le petit dejeuner offert etait complet et delicieux. La petite chatte Orange fort sympathique aussi. Le balcon etait aussi un plus. • Guest (8/5): Bang for your buck! - Filling, homemade breakfast was delicious. The location is ideal wether you plan on staying in Charlottetown or exploring around PEI, as we did. Host is incredibly kind and accommodating, overall we had a lovely time and the price can't be beat! Pillows were quite flat but that's about it.

• Polly (10/5): A wonderful way to start our vacation! - Elaine has a real gift for hospitality and is the main draw for staying here I think. For one she’s incredibly sweet and genuinely cares about her guests. For two she makes the breakfast herself. When we got to the dining room there was already fresh juice waiting at our place settings. She only started making our breakfast when we sat down so everything was fresh and hot. By the end of the stay you feel more like you’re staying with an aunt an less like a stranger. Absolutely nothing everything was wonderful.
• Karen (8/5): What a smashing little BnB with a fabulous host. - Having owned a similar style hospitality property we can see the labour of love from Brian and Elaine at Ocean's Peek. It is a big project. However the rooms are comfortable and spacious, Elaine is the perfect host and she made us feel very at home. The smoothie at breakfast was particularly welcome. Our room had a little kitchen area although no saucepans to prepare light meals or soups, which would have been appreciated.
• Schneider (9/5): - Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gastgeber sehr bemüht, haben auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt (Omelett laktosefrei😊). Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
• Katrin (9/5): - Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Es gibt hier ein warmes Frühstück, was jeweils anders war. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Das Sofa war schon etwas durchgesessen und die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Uns hat es aber vollkommen gereicht.

Il y a leur chat qui se promène partout, malgré le fait que j'aime les chats s'était inapproprié. Les hôtes font de gros effort pour vous accueillir et vous servir.

• htw1 (8/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen und guten Wohngegend. Per PKW ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Charlottetown und erreicht auch ansonsten in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ein PKW.-Stellplatz am Gebäude ist vorhanden. Das Gebäude benötigt außen und innen Ausbesserungs- und Verschönerungsarbeiten, bspw. ein Anstrich außen, Fugen im Bad neu verfügen), ist aber ansonsten in gutem Zustand. Die von uns gebuchte Einheit ist bei booking mit "Suite mit Kingsize-Bett" bezeichnet und für vier Erwachsene angeboten. Diese Suite besteht aus vier Räumen: einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Waschbecken sowie Toilette, einem Raum, der einen Kühlschrank, Regalbretter und Aufhänger für Kleidung beinhaltet, einem kleinen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, das über Eck, ohne weitere Abtrennung wie einer Tür, mit einem Nebenraum mit Küchenzeile verbunden ist. Zwischen den Schlafzimmern gibt es zwar einen Türrahmen - die Tür ist jedoch nicht vorhanden. Das WLAN ist relativ schwach. Im Gebäude gibt es mehrere getrennte Einheiten und der Eigentümer wohnt ebenfalls darin. Frühstück gibt es im ersten Stock in den Räumen des Eigentümers.

L'extérieur n'est pas accueillant, vieux, pas beaucoup d'intimité, salle de lavage proche et passage commun pour autre chambre pour accéder à l'étage pour le déjeuner. Salle de bain pas dans la chambre, pas pratique la nuit, pas d'air climatisé juste une fan. Télé peu de choix, et vu la proximité des chambres, pas à l'aise d'utiliser sans déranger Cuisine pourrait être plus au goût du jour Lumière extérieure visible la nuit malgré les petits stores métalliques. Bref, séjour d'une nuit passable mais pas plus qu'une nuit pour nous

• Liliya (10/5): Highly Recommended - We had a wonderful stay in PEI! Elaine is an absolutely amazing host—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was great, and the location is very convenient for exploring the area. One thing to note: if you're booking one room for 4 adults, be aware that there is no door separating the sleeping areas. However, we reached out to Elaine last minute to request separate rooms, and she was incredibly accommodating and made it happen for us. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back again! Highly recommend.

• Sandra (10/5): Would return has I really felt welcomed. - They make you feel at home. She even made some muffins for us to bring on the road. They need better indication at the road/house. Sign too small and doesn't reflect the exact same name as the website and house number is hard to see.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Quiet neighborhood with nice hosts and free breakfast - Large and clean private bathroom, nice to have mini fridge in room, air conditioned, fantastic homemade breakfast, really nice hosts Big grocery store and fast food up the road, need a car to stay here, it’s quite suburban. 15 min drive into Charlottetown We stayed in the bedroom/bathroom only suite (no kitchen attached) and it was quite small. There was use of another kitchen around the other side of the house. Kettle in room but no mugs. Pillows were very thin and flat, could use some newer or extra.

The suite was spacious and even had a little kitchen, so it was easy to cook simple meals. There's also a barbecue that guests can use, which was a nice bonus. The location was perfect — just a 15-minute drive to Charlottetown, and there’s a beach nearby that’s super shallow, great for kids to swim safely. What I loved the most was the comfy king bed in the main room — it was super cozy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

• Joyce (2/5): Shabby - We did not stay for breakfast. Also there was no coffee available in our room. And the house door was still locked at 7:40 so we couldn't get any coffee. Breakfast was not ready until 9am, long after we left. The room was shabby and the property was not very well kept. Repairs are needed throughout.Trash was piled up outside. Fixtures and furnishings are cheap and worn. The main bedframe was broken and the 2nd bed flipped up when you sat on it. No tv unless you had a your own streaming account.
• Fouzia (1/5): I will never in my right mind go back to this property and never trust another airbnb kind of property so well rated in - Nothing Our worst experience staying in a airbnb setup.. Firstly, the moment we reached which is 9pm at night (after sending a message via the app about the ETA) we were told there are no rooms available, i had to insist that we had a confirmed reservation for which we have paid in full we were let in after being made to wait, Secondly, the rooms along with the bathroom were infested with pests. The wall paint, the bathtub and the appliances were old, rusted and filthy Thirdly, we booked for two nights inspite of which we were asked about our checkout at the end of first night which is embarrassing frankly and shows the lack of basic manners from the owners similar to the first point Finally, oh the breakfast!! I went up the first morning as my kids were still sleeping, i wasnt acknowledged or spoken to by the host as she was very busy entertaining the other two guests, i finally gave up and got back to my room when i was approached by her but by the time i didnt feel comfortable and welcomed enough to checkin on whats available i didn’t expect anything great similar to the overall miserable experience. We literally pushed ourselves to stay as we had paid in full and it was too last minute to find another place to stay in the middle of the night., My kids are not fussy and they adjust so well but this was their worst ever experience as they were traumatized, i am attaching some pics

• Sophie (9/5): Au-delà de nos espérances. - Le déjeuner était au-delà de nos espérances. C’était un déjeuner très complet. Nous avons eu droit à des dumplings fait maison. L’hôte était très à l’écoute de nos besoins. On dirait qu’elle ne voulait pas que l’on partent lol. On serait bien resté lol. Nous avions le petit appartement avec salon, cuisine, chambre et salle de bain privé. Ils ont une magnifique chatte. Elle se promène entre leur balcon et le petit toit adjacent.
• Marty (9/5): lovely b&b - close to many of the PEI sights - lovely location. Elaine is welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast both days was tasty and freshly made. She was willing to add a sofa bed to our reservation when we arrived. very helpful for local dining and things to see. There were a couple of minor things in the bathroom - toilet ran after flushing & no extra toilet paper. Both minor issues and as soon as Elaine heard about them, they were resolved. so was great. all was well
• Suzanne (10/5): Enjoyed our stay here. Owners were very friendly and eager to assist. Nice neighborhood - I loved how clean the room was and the set up.
• Eva Maria (10/5): Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen - Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und sehr darum bemüht, dass es einem gut geht und an nichts fehlt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett war unheimlich bequem. Das Frühstück wird frisch serviert, wir hatten selbstgemachte Dumplings! Sehr lecker.
• Jodi (10/5): Lee was so friendly and quick to answer any questions. Breakfasts were good. My bedroom including the kitchen galley whi - Central location to where I was going. Quiet. Clean.
