Sul retro un delizioso giardino privato. Stannze grandissime ed arredate con un gusto squisito. Nessun dettaglio è lascato al caso: lenzuola di lino, prese USB per la ricarica dei telefonini, bagno spazioso con docce ampie e moderne. Una cucina sempre a disposizione degli ospiti, con veranda sul giardino interno, per farsi un caffè, o un tè a qualsiasi ora, o mangiare un biscottino, gentilmente offerto. La padrona di casa di una gentilezza squisita prepara personalmente una freschissima colazione all'ora desiderata. Letto molto comodo e camera supersilenziosa. Dormito benissimo. Un'oasi di pace. Il parcheggio a pagamento è a 1 minuto a piedi dall'hotel e gratuito dalle 20:00 alle 8:00 Il Wifi non funzionava, ma era un problema tecnico temporaneo, che stavano risolvendo con l'operatore di telefonia.

- Maria (9/5): Geweldig - Wat een heerlijke ervaring bij deze B&B! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen werden we ontzettend warm ontvangen, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. De sfeer is huiselijk en ontspannen. De ligging is prachtig – een ideale plek om even helemaal tot rust te komen. De kamer was smaakvol ingericht, netjes en comfortabel. ’s Ochtends genoten we van een heerlijk en verzorgd ontbijt. Alles klopte gewoon. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een fijne, gastvrije plek om te verblijven. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

- Hermann (10/5): Sehr sympathisches B&B - Das blaue Zimmer im B&B Broel 4 ist superschön renoviert. Ist groß und hat alles was man braucht. Sehr schöne Sicht auf die Leie. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die fantastische Gastgeberin die morgens auch für ein tolles Frühstück sorgt. Je nach Wetter mal vor dem B&B, mal drinnen oder im Garten. Ich vergebe das erste Mal 10/10 ! Parken ist in der Nähe bei Parking Broeltoren recht günstig möglich. Besser geht es nicht

- Kristof (9/5): Rustig verblijf aan de Leie in een kalm hoekje van Kortrijk en toch alles snel bereikbaar. - Locatie aan de Leie met historische gebouwen. Lekker ontbijt met de gastvrouw die je in de ochtend begroet en die een eitje voor je klaar maakt. Geen negatieve zaken te vermelden.

- Kirandeep (9/5): Superb - It was my first experience at a B&B and I must say I quite liked it, the hostess is very friendly and helpful, she made every effort to make our stay at this place comfortable, Broel4 is located on the river Lys and very close to the Broel towers but location is still quite peaceful and quiet during night. Breakfast is freshly prepared (every morning bread and croissants are freshly made by the lady of the house), enough variety for every taste, evening tea time is quite nice as well. Each room has a unique design with personal touch and washrooms are very well kept and clean. Rooms either face the river or interior garden. Good price/quality ratio. A minor gripe, as this building might be quite old, even though rooms are renovated but you still feel a certain smell when you enter inside, most people might not notice but I am quite sensitive to smell/fragrances and there were too many air fresheners (sticks and paper based) used in the room where I stayed, removing those fresheners and opening windows did not help either so I ended up having a headache from those strong fragrances. But it might be just me and other people may not even feel it.
