Guest Reviews
- Jeffrey (10/5): We had fun and felt welcomed - Handy to the destinations we wished to see No issues
- Paola (10/5): Lovely stay - Owners were friendly and place was exceptional for our visit. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast. The location for my stay was perfect
- Trudy (6/5): It was fairly comfortable, quiet, and easy for our need to get to the Leamington ferry - Room was very small with double bed only. I'd asked for a roll away since it was just a double bed (staying there with a friend). The room was obviously too small for a roll away, but on Booking.com, it said there would be one without extra charge. We were okay, but it was rather "tight" quarters. See above. I thought Scott was very nice and helpful with tips on good restaurants. He also prepared a good breakfast for us!
- John (8/5): -
- Mary (9/5): - Wonderful breakfast. Great location
- Robert (9/5): We enjoyed exploring the area even though the migratory birds hadn’t arrived yet. - Delicious The weather
- Tim (10/5): -
- Ehsan (5/5): -
- Meg (10/5): Great place, great breakfast and friendly hosts - It was a heritage home with lots of character and friendly hosts
Breakfast was delicious
There was coffee and tea and even a bottle of local Pelee island wine
Centrally located in Kingsville
I was able to walk to the lake as well as the downtown We mentioned to Carol that a safety bar in the shower would have been helpful
But otherwise the bed was comfortable and
The room was clean
- Logan (10/5): Great overall - The people were very very nice. Room and building were clean. No complaints at all. None. If I had to put in a very minor complaint, the room only had a single available power outlet. I could make do with one, but it could be a problem for others.
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Mark (10/5): - Great breakfast
- STEPHEN (10/5): -
- Jason Michael (8/5): -

- Ron (9/5): It was a great one night stopover for us on our way to Pelee Island. - Breakfast was made to order, generous portions and delicious. Homemade jams and bread topped it off. Coffee and tea available for you anytime. Swimming pool was a nice bonus. Scott and Carol are very accommodating. Didn’t care for the stairs to our second story bedroom because of my arthritic knees, main floor next time. Noise from traffic at night might bother some people, it’s tolerable though.
- Alma (10/5): -
- Dianna (9/5): A little piece of paradise. - Backyard and front porch peaceful venue. Very clean. Comfy pillows and blankets for outside sitting. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Hosts were very accommodating. A complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Lots of pillows on bed...very comfy. Limited shelf in bathroom. No safety bars in shower but floor was not slippery.
- Dave (10/5): - Excellent didn’t see option of stairs, our room had a lot of stairs, but we survived, bathroom needed glasses for rinsing…….
- Jennifer (9/5): We would definitely stay at this location again. - Carol and Scott were very kind and hospitable.
This is a very cute B&B in the heart of Kingsville near all of the great shops and restaurants. Only one small complaint about the light that comes in from the side of the blind directly at the head of the bed. We’re just two people that like to sleep in complete darkness🤓
- Dan (9/5): - Carol and Scott are very welcoming and excellent hosts! Wonderful accommodation and breakfast was a nice bonus!

- Lindsey (10/5): Beautiful B&B with Anne just now right space and charm for your weekend getaway. - Walking distance to town was a plus. It had all the amenities we could have asked for including the pool that we just never got to somehow. I would’ve preferred the front door to have been an auto lock, but rather than to of had to remember to lock it every time that I went out the door.
- Dan (9/5): Quiet historical home with cozy charm. - We greeted by the owner promptly on arrival and found the house to be very well situated in Kingsville, close to the Main Street. The room we booked had a king bed and very nice bathroom to clean off from the hot day. We would definitely come back and stay again and use the pool this time. Nothing comes to mind, it was a seamless stay for 1 night in Kingsville.
- Ewa (10/5): Great B&B in a beautiful Kingsville - Everything was perfect! Nothing
- Mcintyre (8/5): Centrally located to everything. Nice pool and outdoor area. Everything you needed was provided. - Fresh and hot and right portion size Bedroom was very small. Barrow stairs to climb if you have mobility issues. Rooms were not sound proofed very well.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judith (8/5): Great location, clean and quiet. Lovely hosts. - Lovely outdoor pool. Very good breakfast. Clean, and super comfy bed. We also love their dogs 🐶 If you’re upstairs they are a bit steep.
- Peter (9/5): The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. We would definitely stay here again - This place was great to stay at. Bed was comfortable and our hosts were wonderful Nothing
- Kathryn (10/5): Greatbplace - Great location... lovely hosts... very nice breakfast... comfy bed... water pressure is excellent... there is a pool out back guarded by two lovely dogs...who r very friendly ...Point Pelee not far...
I will come back... This is no fault of hosts...but the people upstairs to my room were very inconsiderate and crashed around as if they were doing a tango or trying to get their steps in...so inconsiderate...look...it's an older space...you r going to hear people walking around...but these people had no concept that someone was downstairs. They were also crashing around at 3 am...totally inconsiderate... please do not be that person....
I found the TV incredibly small... but not a deal breaker..the size of a computer screen...
- Tobin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricio (10/5): Extremely nice! -
- Li (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean (10/5): Has everything you need, surpassed expectations. Will definitely stay there again. - The location is great to the centre of the main Downtown area of Kingsville, close to restaurants & bars. Perfect for exploring the area. - Florin (10/5): I would definitely go back - The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, central location, very comfy bed. N/A
- Vivian (10/5): Exceptional - Carol and Scott were very
welcoming. Our breakfast were amazing, starting with fresh fruit and juice every morning. Very accommodating to whatever people would like to eat. Scott made wonderful homemade bread.
It would be a problem if people had mobility getting in and out.
There is a bedroom downstairs but you still have to come upstairs to get into it. But we are in our early '70s and the stairs were made for shorter people so it was not a problem for me being short. There is a sitting area downstairs where people can gather and watch TV if they choose. There's coffee available all the time. Thanks Scott and Carol for sharing your home with us. If we are back in Kingsville again we will definitely come and visit you. Don and Viv
- Perry (7/5): Good -
- Jennifer (10/5): Great place to stay - The hosts are very nice, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent! This was my second year in a row staying here - it's a short drive to Point Pelee for May bird migration. I will make this a regular spot to stay for years to come, if it's not booked up, of course! Also, Kingsville is a cute town with quite a few restaurants.
I stayed in the small room, which has a full bathroom with shower and a large bed. The room was large enough for a single traveller or a couple. There is also a large living room common area and small kitchen. Everything I needed.
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -

- Hanuszak (9/5): Well kept heritage home in the heart of Kingsville with easy car access to many great wineries. - The hosts Carol and Scott are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and a surprise dessert of baklava was waiting for us when we returned from dinner at the restaurant right across the street.
Also included was a full breakfast to start the next day with eggs, bacon, toast, fresh fruits, preserves, coffee, tea, orange juice which had us prepped for the day ahead.
- Margaret (9/5): It was wonderful that we had the two rooms booked and had the sitting area all to ourselves. - The breakfast was very complete - we could have anything we wished, and it was very well prepared and tasty.
We didn't get a chance to see the area, but we would like to return and explore it another time.
Friendly and accommodating hosts. Everything was wonderful.

- Dina (7/5): Nice bed and breakfast with good location to restaurants and the lake. Beautiful park close by. - Overall stay was good.
