• Pererik (10/5): Fint och lugnt pensionat med trevliga ägare. - Fint rum välstädat varje dag. Skön säng. Fin service att bli kör till skidliften varje morgon. Fanns drycker att köpa billigt i hallen. Trevliga ägare. Finns inget att klaga på.

• ANDREW (10/5): Absolutely perfect stay, with the best host, both of whom love their work. - Breakfast was the best. We were not sure about staying in a Bed and Breakfast but it worked out perfectly, such a great choice of fresh items every morning. Elfie was amazing, always on hand if we had a query, took us to the ski lifts every day and took us to the train on our last day even though it was right in the middle of breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. It also snowed all week which was the icing on the cake! Absolutely nothing at all, it was the best guest house we have stayed in for a long time. We were overlooking the train track but you did not notice at all.

• Brent (9/5): Gezellig en rustgevende locatie in Kitzbühel - We hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad! We werden liefdevol ontvangen en de kamer voldeed ruimschoots aan onze verwachtingen. Alles is zeer proper. Het ontbijt is zeer ruim en lekker, met huisgemaakt brood en confituur. De locatie is zeer goed. Dicht bij alle voorzieningen, en maar een kleine wandeling naar het stadscentrum. /

• Marlous (10/5): Heerlijk zorgeloos verblijf! - Meneer en mevrouw Senoner zijn onwijs lieve en zorgzame mensen. We waren te vroeg voor het inchecken, we kwamen 's ochtends al aan. Ze hebben gelijk toen koffie en ontbijt voor ons gemaakt. Ons zoontje in NL is heel ziek geworden toen wij in Oostenrijk zaten. Meneer en mevrouw leefden erg met ons mee. Verder hangt er een fijne gemoedelijke sfeer in het huis. Het ontbijt is erg lekker, de kamers schoon en compleet en we werden elke ochtend naar het dalstation gebracht Niks.

A much more enjoyable experience staying at House Senoner than staying at any big hotel. We would highly recommend house Senoner. We liked everything.
• Maciej (10/5): Bardzo przytulny i rodzinny obiekt. - Mieliśmy bardzo duży apartament z 2 sypialniami, 2 łazienkami i salonem z w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią. Właścicele przygotowywali codziennie smaczne śniadania. Na życzenie były przygotowywane jajka w każdej postaci. Właściciele byli bardzo życzliwi i pomocni w każdej sprawie. Codziennie zawozili nas pod stację gondoli. Polecam gorąco.

We received a great breakfast and directions to our planned destination. The sound of the nearby train traffic does not enter the house. There is an outdoor pool, covered parking, great restaurants in the city located between the beautiful mountains, which is an excellent travel destination even in summer.

La tranquillité, la propreté, l’aménagement de la chambre avec petit frigo très pratique, l’entreposage des skis et des bottes. La proximité du centre-ville et des épiceries. Le manque de vue sur les montagnes. Les oreillers beaucoup trop minces manquaient de support.

• Verena (9/5): Alles prima :) - Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern! Leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück. Zum Skibus sind es ca. 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß (mit Skischuhen). Um 9 Uhr bietet der Gastgeber eine Shuttlefahrt zum Lift an. Wir hatten ein bisschen Pech mit einer Tür zum Badezimmer, die nur eine Schiebetür mit Spalt war, so dass eher wenig Privatsphäre gegeben war. Aber das kann in anderen Zimmern durchaus anders sein. Außerdem hat die Nettigkeit der Gastgeber diesen Umstand wieder völlig ausgeglichen.

• Colpitts (10/5): - What an amazing experience. The owners were lovely, made some great breakfasts, everything was clean and quiet. They even drove us to the bottom of the mountain at the beginning of the day. Cannot beat the service. Nothing, it was perfect

The hair dryer stopped working but the hostess replaced it. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, with a variety of food, plus the hostess cooked eggs and bacon. The description included tea and coffee facilities, but this consisted of a kettle only in the room. When I asked, the hostess showed me I could obtain items from downstairs, although I couldn't work out the coffee machine. I did not see cookies or water in the room, which were in the booking.com description.

Direkt am Haus Parkmöglichkeit. Ausgezeichnetes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Leider liegt das Haus zwischen einer stark befahrenen Straße und der Bahnlinie, was man auch in der Nacht gut hören kann.

• CBE21 (9/5): une halte confortable et familiale qui permet en plus de visiter le centre ville à pied - très bon accueil chaleureux des propriétaires dans un hébergement d’une très grande propreté tant extérieur que dala chambre - Petit déjeuner très copieux avec même du pain maison que nous avons pu prendre en extérieur comme il faisait beau - literie très confortable - facilité pour se garer la proximité avec la voie ferrée qui peut être dérangeante si on doit ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit - mais la canicule n’est pas toute l’année

It’s location is amazing, only a couple minutes walk into town which is handy. On top of that, the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, all in all a perfect stay in Kitzbuhel! Nothing not to like, it’s wonderful!
