- Jennifer (8/5): - Tea and coffee not provided

- STEPHEN (10/5): It was very comfortable and we'd come back. - The location very much suited our schedule for this trip. The appointment of the granny flat was simple and workable. Owners have thought out the kitchen requirements extremely well. This would have to be the up with the best provided kitchen equipment we have encountered. There is not a lot to dislike about this property.
- Nina (9/5): lovely little granny flat, close to town, comfortable stay - location near town, clean and comfortable room, bed very comfortable some of the crockery needs to be replaced, chipped and ratty spatula
- David (8/5): -
- maria (9/5): Stanthorpe - Clean and very good facilities The granny flat was connected to main house and I could hear when music was played
- Lynette and Jon (7/5): Our stay was impersonal, & early morning loud closing of car doors just outside the bedroom window g - There was No breakfast. In fact we booked for 3 nights for 2 people. We were provided with 2 ONLY tea bags (for 3 nights & 3 mormings!!), and some very stale cheap instant coffee in a bottle. Quite an insult for the smount we paid. We didn't sight a soul. We received a message at 8:30 yesterday morning by a 'nameless' person reminding us of the time we needed to leave by this morning. No Welcome knock on the door either snd no visitors book for comments. In fact the accommodation may have been provided by a robot. The presentation of the unit itself was very nice. Lower the price of the souvenirs, provide crockery that is not chipped, the parking area was all rocks which make it difficult for a person with reduced mobility to walk on. There was no controller for the living room air-conditioner, no visitors book in which to make comments, therefore having to make them here. Overall it was a little disappointing and we won't book again.
- Peter (10/5): Our hosts were very welcoming - a light at entrance of property to help park during dark nights would have been helpful. our hosts put one on after we had difficulty in accessing driveway in pitch darkness.
- Mark (8/5): Nice place to stay, very clean and well equiped. Road noise at night could be heard. -
- Kev (8/5): - Flat was excellent. Being elderly the driveway to the flat was difficult to manage.Large stones I couldn't walk on.
- Edge (9/5): Very nice place. I would stay there again. - It was a very clean new apartment The joining door need and inside lock from the apartment
- Nick (10/5): Excellent, would stay again. - Lovely comfortable flat with private entrance. Nice bathroom and toiletries, plenty of kitchen utensils and basics to cook. Large fridge. Off street parking. Nothing
- Rob (8/5): Very enjoyable. - Very clean, all the facilities we needed. Would have preferred cotton sheets.
- Gopal (9/5): I have never given five star even to the best of properties. This one is still up there and takes all the boxes. Given t - Every small detail was taken care of Nil
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Phillipa (10/5): Comfortable and immaculate unit in excellent location for tourists to the region. - Immaculate modern space with quality fittings and furnishings. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking all our meals during our 3 night stay.
Decor tastefully set up and bonus inclusions for travellers....condiments and some tioletries.
Highly recommend for visiting the region as the location was perfect.
Comfortable bed and excellent heating.
Absolute privacy with only the expected level of evening family noise from the home owners. An outdoor seating space might be awkward to include but worth considering. A set-up with pavers and chairs and small table, perhaps.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (9/5): Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. - Location was great and very accessible to everything within a short drive.
- Kathy (7/5): Good -

- Anne (9/5): Very pleasant stay. - Very good standard of facilities, convenient to town and national parks. Only one clothes hanger - a few more wire ones would be good. No drinking glasses - just wine glasses.

- Mark (8/5): Was a good place to stay - Was a bit hard on your feet walking up from the car
Could do with some stepping stones rather than the big rough stones
- Yasmin (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean Granny Flat. Loved it! Thanks
- Kimble (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable - Location very good, the flat was exceptional There was nothing to dislike.
- Rochelle (7/5): It was very pleasant - Location was great and it had everything I needed I felt a little uncomfortable with the adjoining door to the house and I could hear a lot of what was going in in the house including the garage door waking me up etc. Perhaps they can make the granny flat more sound proof
- Christopher (7/5): Quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. - Very clean and modern, quite but still convenient location. Remote for main TV in Living room did not work at all, Only toiletries provided were liquid soap and shampoo in shower. No hand soap for bathroom sink and no toothpaste or shaving cream.
- Peter (8/5): Very good - the big gravel on walkway & microwave is archaic
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Jeanette (9/5): Perfect for us and would definitely stay here again. - Reasonably central to everything and easy to find.
Place was extremely clean and comfortable and everything we needed for a 3 day stay.
We didn’t do any cooking there, however it had everything you could want in the drawers. No water glasses.
Found the large pebbles very hard to walk on. Maybe just a personal issue as we are on the elderly side.
- John (9/5): Superb - Stanthorpe was a lovely town to stay in .
- Sheree (10/5): Quiet, comfortable granny flat. would stay again - The bed was really comfortable, the facilities were near new and more than adequate for our needs
- Nikki (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean and comfortable Nothing
- Shane (9/5): Superb -
- David (3/5): Poor - The unit The caretaker and the landlord.
They were very unprofessional with their approach with my visitors. Complete disrespect. Should have messaged me or call me instead of approaching me while my visitors are around.
- Stan (8/5): Very good -
- Salome (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mfflongwayhome (9/5): A Great Escape from routine. - I've stayed here several times now. It's a "home away from home" for me. There is everything I need to be comfortable for a short stay, where I can relax without having to worry about anything. The only issue for me is the couch, which is somewhat smaller/less comfy than I'd like. But really picking nits here. Overall, I'll happily stay here every time I'm in Stanthorpe.
- Heather (9/5): Superb -
- Mfflongwayhome (9/5): Wonderful. - Great little flat that has everything you need for a short stay. The TV/Foxtel situation is confusing to me, as a non-Foxtel subscriber myself. So this could benefit from some instructions on how to use it. However, I just made sure the Foxtel gadget was turned off, and used the TV in stand alone mode, no problems.
- Hunt (9/5): Very comfortable, relaxing stay. Would highly recommend it. - We were very surprised at how new, spacious, modern and ultra clean the unit was. Bed very comfortable. Our host was very friendly, helpful and polite on our arrival, but thereafter gave us complete privacy and space.
Excellent value for money. For some reason didn't notice that the Booking.com ad for the granny flat was in US dollars not Australian dollars😕.
So it was a bit of a shock when I checked our account to see an extra $150 was taken out. Will book through an Australian company next time if possible.
- Vanessa (8/5): good - location I think the door inside to the house should be blocked off
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ricky (10/5): Cosy clean functional & well worth the price - the cosy atmosphere & has everything you need there is nothing to not like
- Klaas (8/5): Will come back - GoodWill come back
- Daz (9/5): Superb -
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very good -
- William (9/5): Highly recommendable for a stay in Stanthorpe. - This is a modern self contained flat. The cabinet fittings seemed to have soft close doors. There were a lot of thoughtful touches and attention to detail. An extremely comfortable and luxurious stay. The key safe was a bit fiddly and the driveway material was road metal and a bit coarse. Fancy heels need not apply!
- Kate (10/5): Brand new flat , Excellent value , great location and beautifully clean - The flat was roomy & nicely decorated.
Kitchen well equipped with hot plate frypan microwave & even rice cooker .
Beds very comfy with electric blankets & extra doonas & blankets . Great pillows .
second tv in master bedroom , really nice
Extra large shower &
Fantastic shower pressure .
Heaps of cupboards & storage .
Beautifully clean . Only comment from my husband was he felt the air conditioner was set a little cool for mid winter but we had plenty of warm clothes , so it wasn’t really a problem .
