• Sharony (3/5): Geen aanrader - Locatie was prima. Op loopafstand was er een bus, waarmee je naar het centrum kon Het gehele huis rook niet fris, wat ook in de kamer door trok. Het was verder erg gehorig. Kamer was stoffig, in de badkamer zal schimmel en ook de raambekleding was beschimmeld. Het voelde allemaal vies aan. Van het ontbijt hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. Leek allemaal niet fris.

• javier (10/5): lugar perfecto para pasar la noche a un buen precio en Amsterdam, el barrio es excelente - el desayuno y la ubicacion excelentes. la habitacion acorde con el precio que se pagó, considerando el precio de la ciudad que es muy cara. excelente la amabilidad del anfitrion. el transporte 10/10 se siente mucho el ruido externo del pasillo en la habitacion.

A pesar de haber avisado de que llegábamos una hora antes y de haberme confirmado el cambio de hora del check-in, la habitación no estaba preparada cuando llegamos. Pudimos dejar las mochilas mientras la limpiaban pero estaba desordenada y sucia de los anteriores huéspedes
• Vasylyna (1/5): Niestety, nasz pobyt w tym hotelu był wielkim rozczarowaniem, zwłaszcza w tak wyjątkowym czasie jak miesiąc miodowy. - Niestety, trudno było wskazać coś pozytywnego. Pokój był bardzo mały (około 2×3 m), nie odpowiadał zdjęciom w ofercie. W dodatku wejście na trzeci piętro pod dach było bardzo uciążliwe, nawet dla mnie, młodej dziewczyny. W pokoju nie dało się wygodnie spać. Zamiast jednego łóżka podwójnego były dwa łóżka pojedyncze złączone razem, co było bardzo niewygodne. Na ścianie była obraz, wykonany ręcznie, z patyczków, ale połowa obrazu już odpadła. Dodatkowo był tak zakurzony, że na nim można było wręcz malować kredą. W łazience była pleśń, wilgoć, a toaleta była tak mała, że nie dało się normalnie jej używać. Komunikacja z obsługą była nieprzyjemna. Co gorsza, nasz pobyt przypadł na nasz miesiąc miodowy, który został w całości zmarnowany przez ten obiekt. Śniadania nie odpowiadały zdjęciom, a ogólna czystość była bardzo niska.

It was close to the bus station that takes you to noorderpark metro station and in 15 min you are in Amsterdam Central. Loved the location, loved the vibe of the northern part of the city and the house was comfortable and warm The stairs of the house are so narrow so it might be uncomfortable to go upstairs with your luggage

• Moussadyk (1/5): - Le logement n'était pas nettoyé, plein de poussière au sol, la poubelle était pleine et sentait mauvais et les toilettes sales!!La salle de bain est pleine de poussière et de moisissures, la porte de la douche est complètement rouillée. Le drap de lit est plein de bouloches. Il n'y a aucune isolation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres, y compris les toilettes!!Les photos ne sont pas représentatives. Le petit déjeuner est à faire soi-même mais vu la propreté nous ne l'avons pas pris et nous sommes partis dès notre réveil. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus!

• Patrick (1/5): Arriver pour 2 nuit, reparti après la première. Déçu - Rien Tout, ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. Chambre chez l’habitant et non hôtel, sale, de poils de partout, de la pisse sur la cuvette des wc, la douche bouchée et j’en passe.
• Amélie (6/5): décevant, cela aurait pu être mieux - la douche était agréable, bonne pression et eau chaude. l'hôte était très accueillant. le quartier est très agréable, beaucoup de charme, des épiceries se trouvent à proximité ainsi que des arrêts de bus et de métro. la vue de la fenêtre est jolie mais il y a du vis à vis. le petit déjeuner n'était pas du tout comme promis, nous ne l'avons pas pris. pas de service en chambre comme visible sur les photos, pas de viennoiseries. nous devions le partager avec la chambre d'en face : il n'y avait que des confitures (périmées), des pains industriels que nous devions griller nous même, des oeufs que nous devions bouillir nous mêmes, et une assiette de charcuterie avec un beurre rance. une bouteille de lait et une de jus d'orange. le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans la chambre, le sol était poussiéreux et le lavabo pas nettoyé. les lits étaient très étroits mais le matelas était moelleux. le lit de droite grince. c'était globalement très étroit. il faut monter deux escaliers en pente négative pour accéder à la chambre. les rideaux (sans volets) ne sont pas occultants, et nous avons été réveillées par le bruit le premier matin vers 7h. les murs ne sont pas du tout isolants.

• Mohammad (10/5): Awesome! Keep it up - The B&B property itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The room was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable, with everything arranged perfectly. The cleanliness standards were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Breakfast was provided and was a great start to the day. The place feels cozy, peaceful, and well cared for. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Nothing! Everything was nice

Dreckig, Schimmel,steile Treppe, Frühstück lächerlich. Hätte ich gekonnt hätte ich storniert und mein Geld zurück verlangt. Frechheit und ekelhaft. Unsere Freude über die Zeit in Amsterdam, haben wir mit der Suche nach einem Hotel und etwas essbaren verbracht.

El sitio era una casa particular con habitaciones arriba que alquilan. Olía mal las sábanas no estaban limpias. Y el desayuno no era lo que ponía si no que era un trozo en una escalera con una cafetera sin café un poco de pan y una tostadora. No se porque en Booking ofrecen sitios así.

• Laura (1/5): Hotel NO recomendado - No está mal ubicado. El barrio donde se encuentra es seguro y tranquilo. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in. Desde que abres la puerta del hotel el olor es insoportable. Está exageradamente sucio. La ropa de cama, el baño, los cojines, el suelo… todo. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Todo está muy muy viejo y en muy mal estado. Tanto el edificio como la habitación. Teníamos desayuno incluido y no disfrutamos el servicio ningún día ya que era inviable hacer uso de cualquier utensilio común dada la falta de higiene que podías percibir en todo el hotel. Creemos que no es un hotel ni tan siquiera para ir a dormir (que era nuestro único objetivo) y que en el estado en el que se encuentra actualmente no debería ofrecer servicio.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, alt und es fühlte sich nicht sauber an. Das Frühstück war auf dem kleinen Flur und man hätte es selber machen können. Es wirkte aber sehr schmutzig wir haben nichts gegessen.

• Anissa (5/5): Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. - Le hôte est gentil. Le petit déjeuné est varié: oeufs, pain, café, thé, jus, viande, beurre. La douche est bien chaude et propre. Il fait très froid dans la chambre. Il y a bien un petit radiateur, mais il ne chauffe presque pas, ce qui rend la pièce inconfortable. De plus, il n’y a pas de micro-ondes pour chauffer le lait. L’établissement est assez éloigné des transports en commun. Même si l’application indique 15 minutes de marche depuis le métro, ce trajet n’est pas recommandé : il faut traverser un parc fréquenté par des personnes sans abris, ce qui peut être inquiétant, surtout la nuit. La rue menant à l’établissement est également très peu éclairée. On a payé cher pour une chambre comme ça.

La cama se hundia en el medio, el barrio era tranquilo pero bastante lejos de todo. Es necesario alquilar bici obligatorio. Un dia sin aviso entraron a limpiar tocando tanto ropa como ropa interior y objetos personales. Por lo menos avisar antes de ir a limpiar. La luz del baño no funcionaba y como no habia shampoo compramos y como no lo podemos llevar al aeropuerto se lo dejamos de regalo para que le deje a otros inquilinos

El metro esta cerca. Lindo barrio y muy tranquilo. Habia un poco de olor a cigarrillo y no estaba muy limpio. Pero son cosas que se pueden mejorar, sobre todo la última.

• Gabriele (8/5): Zu empfehlen man kommt nur zum schlafen - Der Hausherr sehr freundlich,und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist nicht so wie auf dem Bild abgebildet, man muss es sich selbst machen . Die Treppen sind sehr steil , allerdings ist es in Holland so üblich.
• Beate (1/5): Vermieter zwar freundlich, aber von Service hat er leider keine Ahnung. - Frühstück war okay, musste selbst hergerichtet werden in einer kleinen Ecke im Flur. Orangensaft und Milch, Konfitüre und ein Teller mit Wurst und Käse stand im Kühlschrank. Kaffeemaschine, Eier und Wasserkocher, kleiner Backofen für Aufbackbrötchen vorhanden. Becher und kleine Löffel fehlen. Statt Haushaltsrolle gibt es Toilettenpapier. Küchenecke muss mit anderen Zimmern geteilt werden, was bei nur einer Kaffeekanne schwierig ist. Zimmer nicht nur ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig, sondern ausgesprochen dreckig. Weder gefegt noch gewischt. Bettwäsche mit Löchern, Handtücher hart und mit Flecken. EIN Badehandtuch pro Person- keine normalen Handtücher. Eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier für drei Tage für zwei Personen. Auch das Bad nicht geputzt, rostige Metallleitungen und Armaturen, verdreckte Steckdose, Dusche unzumutbar.

И когда проживание стоит 80 евро в сутки на двоих, и к тому же включен хороший завтрак (яйца, сыр, ветчина, колбаса, хлеб, масло, сок, молоко, мюсли, чай, кофе) - это более чем замечательная цена! Не забываете это, не ждите сервиса пятизвездочного отеля за 150 или 200 евро. Но за 80 евро вы получите более чем достаточно - тихий аутентичный район местных жителей с двухэтажными домами, велосипедами и цветами (здесь надо делать отдельные экскурсии), старинный дом ( где вы так еще поживете?), небольшую кухню для приготовления еды ( и разогреть готовую, и тосты сделать, и чай выпить), отличное сообщение с центром ( 1 остановка на метро и центральный вокзал), завтрак получше, чем в некоторых отелях ( да, его надо самим приготовить, но зато, когда захотите). Мы не ожидали таких условий, читая отзывы. Но приехали и не пожалели, и всем советуем! Надо выбросить не нужные подушки, они только место занимают.
• Patrycja (8/5): W tej cenie i z lokalizacją super! - Domek był bardzo uroczy i klimatyczny, fajnie, że można wypożyczyć rowery na cały dzień, łóżko bardzo miękkie, wiatrak jak było za ciepło, blisko do parku i do supermarketu oraz niesamowity klimat całego osiedla. Bardzo zależało nam na prywatnej łazience I generalnie pokoju patrząc na problemy w Amsterdamie z wynajmem i tak też było więc super! Było trochę słabo posprzątane, pościel miała plamy ale sprane więc mam nadzieję, że były stare 🫣 czasem psuła się żarówka w łazience i kiedy juz mieliśmy to zgłosić to ponownie działała i tak w kółko, było opakowanie po mydle do rąk ale bez mydła?¿ A co do śniadań to były okej ale pieczywo strasznie słabe, jakieś bułki do odpieczenia a nigdzie nie było do nich nawet tostera?

• Hans-Peter (3/5): - Der Vermieter Harold ist sehr freundlich. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Da wir mit Fahrrädern da waren, war die Lage passend für uns. Auch die Bereitschaft, unsere Fahrräder weg zuschließen, war super. Eigentlich sollte man so was nicht vermieten. Das Zimmer ist sehr abgewohnt und schmuddelig. Auf Hygiene wird zu wenig Wert gelegt. Im Küchenbereich fanden wir irgendwo einen Spüllappen, der für, wahrscheinlich irgendwas benutzt wurde. Unser Frühstücksteller war ordentlich bestückt, mit Wurst, Käse, Butter. Schön abgedeckt. Den Rest, wollten wir im Kühlschrank gar nicht benutzen, weil es unapettlich war. Bettlaken in Satin und schlecht geflickt. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, da ist jemand sehr faul und sehr minimalistisch.

L’deur de chien mouillé dès que nous entrons dans la maison, ne donne pas envie d’aller plus loin Petit déjeuner plus que juste, salle de bain qui aurait besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement entre le plafond qui cloque et la moisissure sur les prises. Logement spartiate avec un gros problème d’isolation phonique. On peut oublier le côté privé au sein du la chambre.

• Gaby (6/5): We didn‘t expect luxury but this was certainly below any standard - The location was reasonably good - about 15 min to the metro and from there it‘s only one stop to Centraal. The bus stop is even closer but we found that our GVB 24 hour ticket did not allow us to use the buses there - apparently there are different bus companies. Our room looked out the back and it was very quiet. It was good to have a little fridge available and that there was no set breakfast time. As some other people have written, the place is pretty run down. The doona covers have holes, the wardrobe looks like it’s falling apart, the shower door has one panel missing, the shower head is mouldy and the toilet seat cover keeps coming down. There is mould on the window frames and there is something sticky on the ground between the two beds. Also, the breakfast is nothing like on the listing. There was a sliced white supermarket bread and some white breadrolls and croissants for heating up in the air fryer. There were two tea bags on offer, both of them rooibos tea which is not to everyone’s liking. We arrived very late at night due to train issues so we understandably didn‘t get any explanations but it would have been good if the items in the fridge had been labelled. We found two plates with cold meat, cheese and butter and assumed we‘d get one each. There were also two bottles of OJ and a large bottle of milk and we used most of that up over two breakfasts. On the second morning it turned out another couple had moved into the other room and we had inadvertently used up most of their share. Also, the rooms are on the second floor and one has to walk up very steep, curvy stairs which can be a challenge with suitcases. We were there during two very hot days (34 degrees) and because the room is just under the roof it was very stuffy. The small fan that was provided didn‘t help much.
• Anita (2/5): Not good. - The owner was nice enough, the room was very small, looked like it needed a serious makeover. Wallpaper coming off walls, and it didn't look fresh. The bathroom was extremely small, sat on the toilet with knees against the door. Found broken glass on the floor.. the mattress was fine as long as you staying in the middle, go slightly to the edge and you just rolled out. The breakfast didn't look anything like what they advertised. We ended up leaving the next morning, and booking another hotel. Also walking back at night, wasn't pleasant didn't feel safe in the area at all.
