• Sally (9/5): Thjs is a lovely place to stay .. I would recommend. - Location was lovely .. on a delightful street of traditional houses. There is a 15 - 20 minute walk to metro station .. and then a direct journey to Central Station. There are bikes at the property which can be used. This is not suitable for people with mobility problems unless you use taxis.

• Jade (10/5): 4 friends trip - Beautiful home wonderful story behind it and location was lovely. Far enough from hustle and bustle but a short 15 min walk to nord station. 2 bikes were supplied and they were great for a little run around. I would say a second two seat sofa and perhaps microwave would be fantastic just because we were unable to reheat a takeaway we had bought and didnt manage. and the seating wasnt really enough for 4 adults one had to always sit on a dining chair rather tham a comfy chair.
• Amel (10/5): Très bon séjour ! Merci - Logement typiquement hollandais, dans un très joli quartier calme . Très bien décoré, propre et confortable. Les propriétaires aimables et discrets répondent aux messages rapidement. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la campagne hollandaise et de l’ambiance d’Amsterdam, 15 minutes à pieds jusqu’a la gare et 5 minutes M52 pour aller à la gare centrale. Il n’y a pas de micro-ondes . Juste pour information.

• Adam (9/5): - We really liked Munnik's Hof as a place to stay. It was quiet and peaceful, settled beautifully near the canal. We were welcomed on arrival and the place was spotless. It had a secluded outside garden and we felt very at peace whilst there. Despite it being a 10-15 walk from the metro, we were given the use of two bikes which proved invaluable. My wife and son particularly enjoyed the short ride to Jumbo superstore. The beds were all super comfortable. Nothing other than the shower which wasn't the highest water pressure and did tend to leak water over a portion of the bathroom.

• Ilona (10/5): Ein gelungener Trip nach Amsterdam in der passenden Unterkunft - Der Herzliche Empfang und das sehr gepflegte Grundstück fällt einem gleich ins Auge .Die Holländische Gastfreundlichkeit rundet das ganze noch ab. Das Haus ist wunder schön und die Eirichtung ist das nicht die neueste aber nicht abgelebt und sehr gepflegt. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Fußballgelände. Des größten Fußballclubs von Amsterdam Nord. Es gibt genug platz im Haus und der kleine Garten läd mit gemütlicher Sitzecke zum verweilen ein. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Euch. Wenn die Möglichkeit besteht und ihr nicht ausgebucht seid NICHTS
• Agi030Berlin (10/5): - eintauchen in das Leben Amsterdams .Auf zwei Etage mit viel Platz. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die modernste aber dafür nicht abgelebt und strahlt trotz dem Gemütlichkeit aus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann so auch leckere Dinge zubereiten.Zwei seperaten Toiletten ,eine im unteren und eine im oberen Bereich des Hauses.Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit bei waren Temperaturen draußen zu sitzen oder einfach einen Blick auf den Fußballplatz des größten Fußballvereins Amsterdams Nord zu werfen. Das geht auch vom Sofa oder von der kleine Terrasse die sich in der zweiten Etage befindet.Der kleine Gärten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken kann man vor der Tür was um die zehn Euro kostet ,das klärt dann aber gerne die Dame des Hauses. Es stehen Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung was natürlich für Amsterdam super ist.Die Metro ist etwas 15 Minuten Fußweg was aber bei keine Hürde ist .Gibt ja auch viel schönes zu sehen auf dem Weg .Busse sind näher dran. Alles Bestens ...
• Susanne (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Wir haben uns sofort in den Munnik`s Hof verliebt und in die Straße "Buitsloterdjik", in der sich ein hübsches historisches Wohnhaus an das nächste reiht, sodass man sich wie in eine andere Zeit versetzt fühlt. Wir sind sehr freundlich von unserer Gastgeberin empfangen worden und haben uns vom ersten Moment an zuhause gefühlt. Es ist absolut ruhig im Haus, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben unser Auto während des Aufenthaltes vor dem Haus geparkt und sind mit der Metro ins Zentrum gefahren, was sehr einfach ist; der Fußweg zur Metrostation ist allerdings ca. 15 Minuten lang. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Melissa (10/5): We loved it and would stay again! - The Hof was very comfortable and cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The historic neighborhood was very interesting to explore on foot or bike also, and we absolutely appreciated the loan of 2 bikes! We arrived early and were allowed access which was so helpful! If you don’t have a bike, there’s a lot of walking to get to the Metro or all the way into Amsterdam central. We used the neighborhood grocery store 2x, but had to walk a lot further for coffee / meals otherwise. If there are more than 2 people in the group, suggest renting bikes at Amsterdam Central and those members can bike up to the Hof.

• Ikhlas (10/5): Beautiful home located in peaceful Amsterdam-Noord - Gorgeously decorated family style home with a spacious living room and kitchen. Very pleased with the bedrooms, one of them lead outside to a lovely little balcony. Home had two separate toilets and one bathroom. No complaints, I had the most wonderful stay!

The owners were very friendly, and left us to enjoy our peaceful break. The property was clean, warm, airy and bright and was surrounded by green space and parks. Nothing. The place was perfect.

• Sander (10/5): Exceptional - An exceptionally cool place to stay. First, the street itself – beautiful houses with a long history, surrounded by lovely greenery. The accommodation is in a quiet and peaceful courtyard house, cozy, with two bedrooms upstairs and a living room and kitchen downstairs. Everything was clean and tidy. We were completely satisfied.

Plus the garden was gorgeous! Lacking in cooking equipment such as knives limiting what food we could prepare.

• Vishal (9/5): Beautiful Property, Loving Host, Good Connectivity, and Proximity to the Nature - The hosts are kind and helpful. The property is close to Nature and has a well-maintained personal garden, a big living and dining area, an attached fully functional kitchen, and a toilet on the ground floor. two comfortable bedrooms ( one with an attached balcony) a big bathroom and a toilet on the first floor. The property has a good connection with Amsterdam Central, it took us 20 minutes to reach Amsterdam Central Metro Station including 15 15-minute walk on the beautiful green area in the neighbourhood. The property has a grocery shop nearby, 5 mins walk. Nothing negative as such. Wifi stopped working, however the host fixed it. The stairs connecting the ground floor to the upper floor are narrow, so we left our big luggage on the ground floor. Not much of a hassle. I would still recommend this beautiful property due to its proximity to nature, accessibility and loving hosts.

• Matthew (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a chilled out holiday in Amsterdam. - Location is in a nice quiet area away from the center but easily accessible. Owners are very nice and helpful. The house is great and decorated with furniture and appliances that seem to be from all different eras. If I come back to Amsterdam I will aim to stay here again, it's pretty much perfect.

Didn't realise it was quite so far from the centre of the city. Having said that, via tram (M52) and bus (34 from Noorderpark) and an 8 minutes walk - it was no more than 30 minutes to the Central Station.

Would recommend and would certainly stay again if in Amsterdam. - Spacious, well equipped, clean, fantastic little touches, like biscuits and jams, we’ll equipped kitchen, games, lovely setting. Felt very much at home. Lovely hosts. It’s a little far from stores and public transportation. A car (or good walking shoes) is a necessity.

• Tessa (9/5): A lovely place to stay for a chilled week in Amsterdam - Jan and Gerda were lovely - as were their daughter and son (who were super helpful). The house is very spacious - the 3 of us were very comfortable and able to find our own space (which with 2 adult daughters is quite important for everyone's enjoyment). It was not as close to the centre as we would have liked but we knew that before we went! It was a compromise - space and price vs proximity to the city. It wasn't even that far out either - Noordepark metro station is only 1 stop from Amsterdam Centraal and a 15 minute walk from the house (along the canal which is very pleasant) and because we didn't have a massively busy itinerary, it was ok.
