Deksel waterkoker was defect - gevaarlijk!
Gebruiksaanwijzing magnetron ontbrak.
- Francesco (10/5): - In a Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood , 20 minutes distance from Central Station, this one bedroom apartment is so nice!!!

- Joy (4/5): Small things that added up to not a good experience - The location was quiet. The room had almost all amenities that were posted. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room was much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The heating was not controllable from within the room and the owner didn't help or provide any explanation. At times it was freezing inside the room and there was nothing we could do about it. Although mostly things were clean, there was a garment tucked between the mattress probably from previous guests at the property - which was very gross to find.

- Bruno (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay in the flat. It was private and quiet. The accommodation had everything I needed, good towels, an iron, a fridge, coffee, and a comfortable bed. It’s not a problem, just a characteristic... the place is about a 40-minute walk from Amsterdam city center.

Sauberkeit OK. Es gibt Teller, und Besteck und 3 Tassen. Kaffekapseln waren ausreichend da. Unkomplizierte Handhabung check-in.
- sengeleng (8/5): - Nice bed. Shower head needs replacing.
The terrace is not private, it's on the street.
- Alexandru (9/5): Superb -
- Maksim (9/5): All was as expected with additional bonuses. Shops are nearby, naberhood is quiet, weather nice :) - Clean, coffee machine, compact but very functional room. Blind gardins are cool to have with sunny weather. Dush holder was broken
- Hélène (8/5): Very good - it is in a nice neighbourhood.
There is everything you need for your stay. it’s not soundproof, everybody outside can hear you.
- Oberholzer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cagri (10/5): Exceptional - As promised, compact and clean
- Tabitha (10/5): A great property with great facilities - The location was great a really quiet area compared to the bustle of the centre. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was incredible
- Oksana (10/5): Lovely place - Lovely place close to the city center if you take a tram. There’s no kitchen, but everything you need for food preparation is provided. Check-in was super smooth and the host responded very quickly.
- Morris (7/5): Good -
- Bence (8/5): Very good -
- Ayten (8/5): Very good -
- Aleisha (9/5): Superb - Location was slightly out of the centre, but very accessible by public transport. Quiet neighbourhood with friendly people. Good facilities to heat up meals and have breakfast.
- Ingmar (9/5): Great Accommodation in Amsterdam - Great and quite location with a fast connection into the city. I loved staying here and can highly recommend it. Could have some comfortable seating option.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (8/5): Very good - Super nice stay with everything we expected. Public transportation and store nearby. The host was very helpful and welcoming. Could be a little bit noisy from other residents in the apartment building and from the street outside if you decided to sleep in in the morning! 😊
- Vicky (9/5): A great little bolt hole in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transport and the city centre. - Excellent location close to the tram & easy to get around. Nothing
- Rodney (7/5): Good location, seemed overpriced for the cleanliness. - The location for us was perfect! 15 minutes and you’re almost in the center of town.
Thankful to the landlord being so close when we accidentally locked ourselves out due to some strong winds. Good communication. The property was a little dirty, accumulated dust and grime on things like coffee machine, bedside tables and tea box. The sheets had several large stains on them and the towels had an odd smell to them.
Small things - was still a great stay!
- Miguel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and cozy, perfect location Everything was perfect
- Lynda (9/5): Great option for seeing the real Amsterdam and how people live - Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to public transport, quiet neighbourhood but close to the centre of the city.
- Denys (9/5): Excellent value for the money, great for short term stay - Nice and comfortable room with everything needed for a short term stay. Situated in a cozy area by the waterfront. Excellent price Walls are very thin so the temperature inside of the room dropped at night, floors were cold and no hotel slippers were provided. Pretty far away from the center and main attractions. Privacy is not the greatest
- Anu (10/5): We were happy with our stay - It was a pleasant stay in a lovely quiet neighborhood, a good location, a short walk to the tram stop, etc. It was very easy to explore city with the public transport. Small but cozy apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Free capsule coffee, welcoming wine, and fruits. In case of good weather, you can sit outside. Supermarkets nearby (ca 500m). Can´t find anything.
- Martí (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dmitry (9/5): Superb -
- Izzy (7/5): The staff is not very responsive. - I liked almost everything. It was very cold inside
- Tighe (9/5): Superb -
- Nadine (8/5): Very pleasant. Plenty of room and it would be beautiful in summer to use the outddor area - Very quiet location, with access to the trains and bus very close to the room. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and the shower seeps onto the bathroom floor as there is no lip or barrier.
- Igor (6/5): Pleasant -
- Paolo (7/5): quite nice, needs a reshape of heating - The room was fine and properly arranged, connections via public tranportation was OK. It was not that great to be at the street level (low privacy) and heating of the house was really poor
- Soukaina (9/5): Great location in a quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam, shops and public transport few minutes walk from the property -
- Nupur (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable - Very cute and homely. Well stocked. Had everything I needed. They even gave a small bowl of cookies, grapes and bottle of wine. Lots of guide books and helpful information available. The room was warm. Coffee pods provided. All dishes and cutlery provided. Very long walk from the bus station or tram station. Nothing nearby for like 10-15 minutes. Also very far from the centre.
- Kelsey (10/5): Exceptional - The room was perfect for what we needed for the time we stayed. Close to the supermarket and to the trams.
- Pauline (10/5): Loved the place! Very comfortable and modern! - Loved the place, very modern, brand new I believe with tall ceilings, very quiet, hosts put a lot of cute little treats in the room and advice for travelers on visiting Amsterdam. I was worried about being given the code last minute but they answered right away. They forgot the soap, which was a mild inconvenience. I’m sure if you stay here you’ll be fine! They won’t forget for you 😊
- Janette (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (10/5): Thank you perfect -
- Siew (10/5): Exceptional - The location is in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood, few minutes from the tram. A little bit away from the tourists.
- Phil (9/5): Superb - Nice room, very close to supermarket. Easy to get to town. Owner is lovely. Would recommend.
- Ireneusz (9/5): Great value for money. - The bench in front of the apartment to relax, have a snack on warm , summer evening. Too loud neighbours on Friday night two apartments further.
- Kristy (10/5): Comfortable room in quiet neighborhood - Loved this place! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. There isn't a true kitchen, but there is a microwave and mini refrigerator which was perfect for us. We were lucky to have good weather while we were there, so we were able to sit out front at the table and enjoy the sunshine. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. There are reasonable links via bus and tram all within 5-10 minute walk. Check-in and check-out was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again. It is a little bit expensive BUT seems to be a pretty standard price in Amsterdam.
- Daniel (3/5): Do yourself a favor and find a real hotel instead - Not much. The room itself is located in a very quiet area of Amsterdam, far from the center, but connected by tram and bus. Keep in mind that those stops are between 8 and 15 minutes away from the room, so going to a place like the Van Gogh museum can take 40 minutes or more, which makes it pretty inconvenient.
They also left us a couple of apples and a kiwi, and there was some wine in the fridge, but we didn't take it. Communications with the host: Entrance to the room is self-service (there's a key locker next to the door), but inexplicably you don't get the code to open it in the initial message from the property, but get asked instead to call a phone once you arrive to the property (good luck if you don't have a way to call). Then earlier in the arrival day we were asked by SMS to give them the hour of arrival, which we did, but once we got there and asked for the code by SMS, Booking messages, and phone (went to voicemail), we had no response at all for at least 20 minutes. We decided to check the lock itself, and it turns out that it was open all along (talk about security!). Then a message on Booking told us the code, and that was the last we heard of the host until after the check-out.
Since the key was not locked, we were worried that someone could have entered the room and taken stuff, so we checked the description of the room, and it talks about a Blu-ray player and a DVD Player, but we couldn't find them. Also, it said that there were toiletries, but the soap container was empty. We asked about this to the host on Booking, but we NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.
The room has no sound isolation (even though the description says it does), and you can hear a lot of noise coming from the adjacent rooms and some noise of neighbors right outside the window. During the night this noise goes down a bit, but we did hear a guy arriving in a loud motorcycle after midnight, and parking right outside.
The cleaning: dirty bathroom (disgusting stuff between the toilet seat and the lid), sticky microwave buttons, a rusty kettle, etc.
We were told beforehand that we could receive mail, but there is no mailbox to be seen, so we asked about it and we were again ignored by the host.
In summary, the host completely ignored our messages during the stay. What would have happened if we had even bigger problems during our 4 nights?
- Des (9/5): Very enjoyable in a pleasant, convenient area. - The location was excellent. It was a very quiet, picturesque area but was fairly near the city centre. Trams and buses were nearby. More explanation about how the kitchen equipment worked.
- Tingting (10/5): Perfect and relaxing - Quiet location in residential area, a perfect escape from the busy city while still convenient to get anywhere by public transportation. Bed is exceptionally comfy and everything sparkling clean! Bathroom is totally functional and spacious, and I didn't have any issues. Last but not least, the host was super kind and helpful when I was in need. Nothing for my stay. But if remote work is in consideration there is only a small table inside the room.
- Alexapopescu (10/5): Amazing stay - The room was very pretty and clean. We loved the little fruit bowl and wine, also they provided coffee, which made mornings very enjoyable. The area is lovely, i enjoyed sitting outside and just people watch while having a coffee. The pier which is 5 minutes away is very cute, we enjoyed walking back in the evening from the tram station (which is 10 mins away and offers direct access to city center)
The host was lovely and also has a cute puppy! :)
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -
- Andrijana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and big room for Amsterdam.
Super clean studio for two, has everything you need. it is a bit further from the center but we rented a motorbike so we are satisfied with the location.
- Thaísa (8/5): It is a good place to stay. It’s organized, clean and very cozy. It’s a quite place as well. There are supermarkets, res - It was very organized and clean and the kitchen utensils made out stay easier and practical. We had a problem with the bathroom. It was not possible to take a long shower, because the water used to overflow and run out onto the floor.
- Galina (9/5): Unusual place to stay in Eastern Docklands. - Really nice place to stay in Amsterdam. Have never been to Eastern Docklands before and enjoyed the area a lot. Thanks to the host for the books about surrounding's architecture in the room. Beds are comfy, sheets super clean. Everything you might need is in the room — microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, etc. Reachable by foot from the central station, really nice walk along the water.
- Siro (10/5): Great little spot - Very clean, neat room... and a warm, friendly welcome.
- Susan (10/5): Very enjoyable - The location was ideal and transport was excellent, as not to close to the city it was quiet for the majority of the time, so was able to relax and sleep. The area felt very safe and even walking home late at night was enjoyable. Nothing
- Sian (10/5): Lovely location for exploring a lovely city - Lovely location and friendly host! Room had everything needed for a short stay and a great location for exploring the city. Also, well equipped as I had forgotten my charger so thank you for supplying one!
- Monika (9/5): Superb -
