• Fabio (10/5): Exceptional - I just had an amazing stay. The location is near the best attractions of Los Angeles and has a metro nearby too. It’s not the same location that the description, but as good as it was meant to be. The room is exactly the same as the picture, even better I assume. Lee is such a great host. I didn’t meet him personally, but he was really kind and respectful. Thank you so much for having me.

But the best thing about the stay was the best host I’ve ever had by far: Lee himself. He was just amazing! Not only was he a great host—beyond what I thought a great host could be—he was a friend and had no problem sitting with me for hours, talking about my life goals and ambitions, while sharing his wisdom and changing my outlook on life. I will stay in touch with him for sure, and I am thankful to have booked this apartment in LA.

• Li (10/5): Stay cut short due to wildfire, but met the nicest and most heroic landlord Lee - I unfortunately had to cut my stay short in LA due to the 2025 wildfire, but got to know the nicest landlord, Lee, who became a hero for me, a guest he only barely knew for only a few hours, during evacuation from an unprecedented and unexpected emergency. In the afternoon that I arrived in LA, after staying not even a few hours in the apartment, another fire broke out in the Runyon Canyon Park that is just about a mile northwest of the apartment. It ended up being just a small fire that was contained the next day, the apartment was not affected in the end, but initially the fire and smoke had been visible even from the apartment. Both Lee and I received the alert of an evacuation order soon afterward. But Lee so kindly accepted my request to drive me away from the areas of the evacuation order. He only grabbed a few bags of his personal items in a hurry, but made sure that I got my stuff in his car first. Lee is just a super friendly, chatty, sociable, approachable guy, and someone you can definitely rely on. We already had chatted a lot after I first had arrived, but talked even more during the evacuation while I was in his car. Even though we only met for a few hours, it felt like reuniting with an old friend after years. A few days later, Lee helped with the refunding process that was really a hassle, as it wouldn't have usually been possible. But he was constantly contacting booking.com and made it work. Definitely a 10/10 guy, I am so delighted to have met Lee. He's more than just a landlord, but a friend and a hero during the time of panic. The room looked really nice for the short two or three hours I spent in. His kitchen just has everything you can ever possibly think of and need. The price is definitely worth it for the location. Whenever I'm in LA again, I'm certainly going to book this place again. All the best to LA during this tragic time, and hats off to all the First Responders and the firefighters.

• Joshua (9/5): Would definitly stay here again on my next LA visit. - Centrally located, comfortable and spacious private room and bathroom, excellent host. Minor quibbles: the smart TV was a little slow in loading and occasional playback, the floor in the bedroom could use a cleaning.

• Fabio (7/5): Great Host, Top Location - The Host Lee is great! He is very kind and talkative. The room is big and filled with everything you need. There is a laundry room in the building. Lee gave very good instructions for check in. Notice that the area is directly above Hollywood Boulevard. So it‘s even easier to get everywhere. So there are plenty of food possibilities in the area. It‘s not the same adress which is showed on the booking side. It could have been cleaner while arriving (dust on the shelf) but the bathroom was very clean!

• Reuben (10/5): Best Hollywood accomodation! Perfect location and wouldnt stay anywhere else - Awesome apartment very close to hollywood blvd. Easily walk to food places, shopping and hollywood walk of fame. However, at the same time on a very quiet street to get a good nights rest. Room and apartment is extremely clean, safe and has absolutely everything you need. Bed is super comfortable. Host is very friendly and made the stay 100% better. I wouldnt stay anywhere else and look forward to booking again hopefully soon! Thanks so much.

• George (10/5): Safe, Convenient, Comfortable Stay with an Amazing Host - Lee was an excellent host. He was flexible, sincere, trustworthy, and prepared a very clean room furnished with the necessities that a traveller needs. The location is a mere 5min walk from hollywood/highland red line so it was extremely convenient.

The apartment has central air conditioning, but a small A/C unit is also included in the bedroom if preferred. In addition, the kitchen is a shared space, but there is a private mini fridge in the bedroom. Regarding location, anyone wanting to experience Hollywood will be in a prime spot. Access to DTLA and West LA (Santa Monica, Venice etc.) is also reasonable. Plus, the level of hospitality is top-notch, and your comfort is a priority. Booking is the first step to making the most of your trip to LA! Overall, a steal of a deal!
