- kumok (10/5): Excellent value for money and everything what we need and more stuff were included - Very good value for money. Owner paid attention to details and provide so much essential stuffs for free. There were so much foods in the kitchen and freshly baked bread was delivered. Can’t express our gratitude enough None

- Shane (10/5): Would 100% recommend this to anyone staying in Port Arthur, everything about it was perfect for us - Everything about it, location, facilities and the hosts were so lovely. We received freshly baked bread during our stay! N/A
- Robert Hobart (8/5): Relaxing hideaway with a fridge filled with breakfast supplies. - Well supplied kitchen & fridge, especially for cooking our own breakfasts, making coffees & snacking. Our host, Vivien, supplied plenty of information beforehand on our accommodation, plus a list of worthwhile activities, facilities & nearby sightseeing. The spa needed a lot of water & that made us feel a bit uneasy in an area that relied on tank water!
- Keith (10/5): -
- Griffiths (10/5): - Great location for visiting Port Arthur
Safe car parking
Breakfast goods that were supplied were above and beyond what I expected. Treats like choccies and biscuits. Bacon, eggs, fresh juice, cereal etc.
Nice unit with lovely gardens Bed was small
- Gardner (8/5): Perfect - The location was just excellent, so close to Port Arthur historic site. The breakfast was super. Nothing, it was just so lovely.

- Valentina (10/5): Clean, great location, quiet, and really welcoming hosts. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. - The house was really clean and nice and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great having breakfast already in the fridge so we didn’t have to worry about it. The owners are a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
- Kahnesha (10/5): Undeniably stunning area, definitely worth the money - Honestly everything. The spa bathe as amazing, the area and the view was fantastic, even the lady on the property is a delight. That I couldn’t stay longer
- Susan (10/5): Warm Hospitality and Stunning Sunsets - We really loved our two-night stay here. The hostess thought of everything we could possibly need, even surprising us with home-baked cookies and bread, bacon and eggs, cereals, and little chocolates. The apartment-style accommodation was perfect—spacious and comfortable, giving us a real “home away from home” experience. From the lounge we enjoyed a beautiful view, complete with a stunning sunset. Being so close to Port Arthur made it the perfect base for our trip. Nothing at all.

- Annemarie (6/5): Lovely but unfortunately quite small - Location convenient and close to pretty beaches. Plentiful breakfast supplies and condiments provided. Driveway approach lovely, as was deck. Nicely decorated, lots of brochures and guide books, many thoughtful extras provided such as iron & ironing board, sunscreen. Very small bedroom, only a double bed, not comfortable for six foot male. Small kitchen and dining area, and bathroom - can only fit one person at a time. Needed better cleaning - drawers, cupboards, and bathroom fan.

Very convenient for exploring the area and Vivien sent a very informative list of things to do in the area. Headlights shining into living room and sounded like a car kept starting all night (maybe a hybrid that wasn’t turned off)?
- Jennifer (10/5): A wonderful short stay. Thank you Viv for making our visit much more than we expected. - Breakfast was fantastic and we had everything we needed - and more. Viv is an amazing hostess and we very much enjoyed our stay. Cannot think of anything that could have been better.
- Cristina (10/5): So many amenities and a great location - A beautiful little spot with so many amenities and in a great location for exploring the area. Vivien left us a lovely spread for breakfast - fresh eggs, bacon, bread and fruit as well as chocolates and biscuits, tea (LOTS of tea - yay), and coffee along with basics for cooking. The bathroom had all kinds of extras in case something was forgotten as well. The bedroom had electric blankets and silk robes! We loved our time there and have booked it again for visitors in February.
- Moore (9/5): Perfect holiday location - Great location to the historic Port Arthur site. Clean comfy accommodation with lots of extra treats. Nil
- Maureen (10/5): Relaxing and super comfortable - The tranquil feel when you drive through to the property with rabbits hopping happily about. The property itself was clean, tidy, spacious and there was freshly baked bread! Stocked with all the things you need and more, we highly recommend this BnB. Also, you’re a stones throw from the Historic Site Liked everything!
- Helen (8/5): A lovely little place in a natural setting close to the water. - It was a lovely little unit. Breakfast was provided, including freshly baked bread each morning. The bedroom was a bit small. There was insufficient room in the bedroom for our suitcases.
- Linflet (10/5): Absolute serenity and comfort, a home away from home and great base when exploring the area. - The extras, such as home cooked bread, fruit, freshly squeezed juice, bacon and eggs for breakfast, all these personal touches made you feel like you were at home. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming! It is the best pace to land at the end of the day, as it is very peaceful and all you can hear are the birds.

Everything was perfect.
- Serah (10/5): Exceptional accommodation - Wonderful location, fantastic breakfast and amenities. Little extra touches that made our stay beautiful. Nothing. It was perfect
- Gauci (7/5): Lovely location, glimpse of the ocean, felt like we were down a country lane. - Lovely breakfast provided. Great location to Port Arthur Historic site. Our host Viv left suggestions and we discovered a great location not mentioned anywhere else. The bed was a double, appropriate for the room. Would have preferred larger but the room was small.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable in beautiful grounds and we loved the yummy cookies Viv made for us. The breakfast was very generous with cereal, juice, bacon, eggs and toast. It's in a great location if you're going to Port Arthur. The only thing we can think of was the lack of space for our luggage but it was no biggy.

- Tanya (9/5): A cosy stay close to Port Arthur - Very comfortable with lots of information provided about the area.
Breakfast provisions to cook were great. Just a note- you are in close proximity to the owner- and will need to ask for wifi connection.
You need to pick up food provisions from a larger town which is quite far away as general store is very limited and expensive.
- Vandy (7/5): Great location and host! - Host Viv & location is great
Serene & Viv was extremely hospitable yet left us alone. Bed & pillows weren’t comfy nor was the lighting
- Sue-ellen (8/5): Very good -

- Lauren (7/5): Good - The host is lovely and was generous with breakfast items and extra goodies included. That could see into the other property. Limited room to put luggage.
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Liam (6/5): Nice touches, but not very private. - Lovely spa bath and living room. Lots of nice touches like different teas to try. Little privacy, it's right next to the owner's house. The bathroom has no blind (only frosted glass) and aims straight at a window from the owner's house with a bright outside light shining in. The main thoroughfare to their house is also right by the unit's door, which means it never feels very private. The bed was also small (double). The brekkie could do with some toast.
- Peter (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Gr eat location, very peaceful, extremely clean, and very well stocked with provisions.
Convenient to all attractions, wonderful host Viv has unit well appointed.
- Nicole (9/5): Superb -

The Choices of restaurants in the area are limited as are the supermarkets so best stock up on food and drink before your arrival
- Nat (9/5): Superb - Everything you need was there!
