- Jiří (10/5): We definitely won’t be here for the last time — perfect! - The best thing about this accommodation is the combination of the winery, restaurant, and spa. The spa facilities are very new and modern, and you can choose accommodation either in the new or the old building. The restaurant is excellent and the wines are outstanding. I wouldn’t call it a negative, but getting to the city is a bit more complicated — about an hour on foot, or you can take a bus or a taxi for around €30.

- Maren (7/5): Schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen, Preis-Leistung ist aber nicht ganz gerechtfertigt - - Zimmer sind schön, geräumig, gemütlich und sauber - Das Frühstück sowie das Essen im Restaurant war exzellent, auch wenn letzteres eine Spur überteuert ist - Praktische Parkgarage, Lage direkt an der Burgruine Senftenberg - Freundliches Personal - Wein: Der Wein ist gut, aber dafür, dass man hier direkt im Weingut wohnt, ist er exorbitant teuer. Im Online-Shop des Weinguts kostet eine Flasche vom "GV Piri" 14,90€. Im Selbstbedienungskühlschrank nahe der Rezeption kostet die gleiche Flasche Wein 24,90€, und im Restaurant des Hotels werden einem für exakt die gleiche Flasche Wein überhaupt gleich ca. 40€ verrechnet - das empfinde ich ehrlich gesagt als eine ziemliche Frechheit. Man wäre also billiger dran, wenn man vor dem Hotelaufenthalt nochmal zum Billa fährt und den Wein dort kauft - die Sinnhaftigkeit hinter dieser Preisgestaltung erschließt sich mir zu 0%. Außerdem noch ein Negativpunkt: Die Weinflaschen aus dem Selbstbedienungskühlschrank waren an beiden Tagen, wo wir welche genommen haben, relativ warm. Entweder ist der Kühlschrank zu warm eingestellt oder die Flaschen wurden einfach nicht regelmäßig genug nachgefüllt, sodass der Weißwein im Prinzip fast Zimmertemperatur hatte. Trotz unserer Nachfrage beim Personal wurde daran auch nichts geändert - wir mussten den Wein dann halt leider mit Eiswürfeln trinken. - Sauna: Die Saunen an sich sind in Ordnung, aber im Vorraum der Saunen (wo sich die Duschen befinden), hat es leider ziemlich stark nach Urin gestunken. Ob das immer so ist (ich hoffe nicht??), kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir die Sauna nur an diesem einen Nachmittag genutzt haben. - Keine richtige Lobby: Wir wollten an einem Abend gerne irgendwo gemütlich sitzen, Wein trinken und Kartenspielen, dafür gab es aber nicht wirklich einen Platz. Es gibt keine Lobby in dem Sinne, sondern nur den Verkostungsraum, der allerdings zu dieser Uhrzeit (es war ca. 20:00) schon zugesperrt war.

- Juergen (8/5): toller Aufenthalt und ich hoffe einmal wieder zu kommen - frühstück war ausgezeichnet, alles vorhanden, Tee, Kaffee, Säfte, Wein und Sekt. frisches Gebäck, kleine Küchlein, weiche Eier , Müsli und vieles mehr. das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. dafür alleine gibt es 5 Sterne. der beheizte Außenpool ist nett, die Ruheräume sind zahlreich rund um die Saunen vorhanden. das Zimmer ist angemessen groß und man hat sogar Jalousien um ordentlich verdunkeln zu können. das Abendessen war fantastisch wir hatten das 5-Gänge Menü mit Weinbegleitung, sehr zu empfehlen. auch das Abendessen a la carte war sehr gut. das man zu den Mahlzeiten über den Innenhof muss ist bei schlechtem Wetter nicht so angenehm. die Weine die man sich selber nehmen durfte, waren preislich ein wenig zu hoch. am ersten Tag ist man eventuell mit der Orientierung im Haus ein wenig überfordert, aber lösbar. ;-)

- Mandy (8/5): - Das Frühstück war tatsächlich das einzige, was uns wirklich nicht überzeugt hat. Die Auswahl ist sehr gering und meistens waren das Rührei und der Bacon kalt. Nur den einen Tag, als es persönlich frisch zubereitet und nicht vom Buffet kam, war es sehr lecker! Ansonsten super sauber, wunderschöne Anlage und Zimmer! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Auch der Wellnessbereich mit beheiztem Outdoor Pool sind ein Highlight. Das Frühstück und das Ambiente in den Massageräumen und die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereich…Viel zu kurz und auch das Frühstück maximal bis 10 Uhr in einem Wellnesshotel…Für Langschläfer leider keine Entspannung. In der einen Sauna ist der Boden unerträglich heiß, da wären Matten sinnvoll!

Vůbec neodvádí teplo a polštáře jsou nepříjemné. Hotely nižší úrovně mají daleko lepší lůžkoviny. Tato jediná věc a byl to nejlepší hotel v Rakousku!

- Brensing (10/5): Ein Hoteltraum auf dem Weingut. - Atemberaubend schöne Lage in den Weinbergen , wunderschön ausgebaut, mit Liebe zum Detail, einzig die Beleuchtungsbedienung war etwas kompliziert. Ansonsten Alles von Feinsten.Auch der Spa Bereich ist Spitze! Nur das komplizierte Beleuchtungssystem.

- Sophie (8/5): Abgesehen von der genannten Kritik alles gut. - Wunderschöne Lage, schöner SPA-Bereich, tolles Frühstück Wir waren heuer schon zum dritten Mal im Weinhaus und wurden bis dato immer sehr freundlich empfangen, das Personal war immer top. Leider war die ältere Dame, die heute bei der Rezeption gearbeitet hat alles andere als freundlich und bemüht. Einen derartigen Umgang mit den Gästen kannten wir bis dato nicht vom Nigl. Überzogen ist es meiner Ansicht nach, € 30 pro Person zu verlangen, wenn man am Abreisetag den Spa Bereich auch noch nutzen möchte, insbesondere wenn man bereits € 770 für zwei Übernachtungen bezahlt. Dies war bei unseren letzten Nigl Reisen nicht so und wurde offenbar neu eingeführt.

- daschau (8/5): Schönes Weingut mit leckerem Essen. - Die Lage ist top. Tolle Kulisse mit der Ruine im Hintergrund. Der Gastgarten ist äußerst einladend und das Personal sehr kompetent und überaus freundliche. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und lecker. Auf Wunsch wurden Eier in allen Variationen serviert. Sehr schöne und einladende Ruheräume. Wir fanden die gut gefüllten Kühlschränke hervorragend. Man konnte sich 24-Stunden ein gutes Tröpfchen genehmigen. Nigl-Weine kennen wir seit Jahren und die sind immer sehr schmackhaft Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die zwei Damenpoltergruppen, welche den Pool den ganzen Nachmittag belagert haben. Hier war der Lärmpegel sehr hoch.

- Antonio Elia (10/5): Stupendo soggiorno in una struttura speciale - L'albergo si divide in due strutture, la prima contiene il ristorante e le camere ricavate da una ristrutturazione di un antico edificio, l'altra di nuova realizzazione davvero molto bella. Noi abbiamo trovato posto nella parte ristrutturata. Vi consiglio di trovare posto nella parte di nuova costruzione (migliore vista, vicinanza della piscina, e maggiore privacy. Per tornare in camera era necessario attraversare il patio utilizzato dal risorante. In ogni caso struttura di livello ecezionale, colazione ottima e di ampia scelta (uova strapazzate come devono essere fatte). Gentilissimo lo staff che facendo osservare un accredito di alcune spese non sostenute, anche dopo il pagmaento hanno provveduto a restituirmi in contanti la differenza. Comunque i ocmplimenti per la bellezza dell'intervento realizzato immediatamente a valle del castello diroccato. Si integra perfettamente nel paesaggio. Davvero bello La pulizia della camera è avvenuta in modo abbastanza superficiale, tanto che abbiao ritrovato al nostro ritorno in camera pezzetti di carta non aspirati e anche il bagno fatto un pò in fretta. Poi una sera siamo stati al ristorante della struttura. Dopo aver chiesto se c'era possibilità di cenare, il meitre gentilissimo ci ha fatto accomodare. Carta dei vini fornitissima e menù con proposte molto varie e di qualità. Essendo il secondo giorno volevamo provare la classica cotoletta viennese e il cordon bleu immaginando di trovarli perfetti in un ristorante di tale livello. Niente, La qualità della materia prima era ottima, ma cucinati malissimo. Magari quella sera lo chef non aveva tanta voglia di fare due piatti semplici. Ma questo non è stato sufficiente a guastare l'ambientazione, la grande qualità del servizio e professionalità dello staff. E poi fare colazione nel patio della struttura circondati dal verde è davverro stupendo.

- elisabeth (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Restaurant am Abend inklusive Service ist top. Preise sind jedoch auch gehoben. Der Pool ist nicht besonders groß, aber angemessen zur Hotelgröße. Zimmer im Weinhotel Trakt sind zwei Jahre alt und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Plus: Weinflaschen zum ab Hof Preis am Zimmer Zwei einzelne Matratzen im Doppelbett, mit Spalt.

- Dana (9/5): מלון מקסים ורומנטי, מומלץ לזוגות - מלון מקסים, במיקום מצוין, הכל מאוד מטופח ויפה מסעדת המלון מעולה, חצר מקסימה ופסטורלית והאוכל נהדר! החדר היה מרווח מאוד ונקי. היה לנו עיכוב בטיסה ולמרות שהגענו לפני סגירת הקבלה (ב- 20:00) לא היה מי שיקבל אותנו ולקח זמן עד שהגיעה פקידת הקבלה. כך קרה לנו גם בזמן העזיבה, המתנו עם עוד אורחים לפקידת הקבלה שתגיע לשחרר אותנו.

- monique (6/5): Prima - Ligt op een hele mooie plek en het terras van het wijnhuis is gezellig. Mooie spa in het nieuwe aangebouwde gedeelte van het hotel. Zeer vriendelijke bediening in het restaurant. Het huis heeft een eigen wijnhuis waar ze ook proeverijen geven, maar dit wordt niet aangeboden/verteld bij aankomst. Erg goed gegeten in eigen restaurant, maar erg duur in verhouding en hun eigen wijnen staan voor absurde bedragen op de kaart. Wij hadden een kamer in het oude gedeelte (eigen schuld niet goed opgelet) waar je continu moet bukken om je hoofd niet te stoten, gedateerde kamer en badkamer en geen lekker matras. (Maar een nieuwere kamer kost overigens wel gelijk € 100 per nacht meer en het was al geen goedkoop hotel) conclusie mooi hotel maar slechte prijs/kwaliteit.

Our hostess was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a great deal about wines! Breakfast was wonderful and the setting for the restaurant is lovely. That it’s difficult to book as it’s very popular!

Das Essen war höchstens Mittelmaß, aber extrem teuer (!) - d.h. insgesamt ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis.

- Don.MB (9/5): Ein schöner Platz unter der malerischen Ruine von Senftenberg. - In dem sehr guten Restaurant mit dem wunderschönen Gastgarten, dem sehr freundlichen Personal und den hervorragenden Weinen des Weinguts haben wir eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Der SPA Bereich mit Infinity Pool, Saunen und Dampfbad ist sehr gelungen. Er ist nicht nur eine gute Alternative bei Schlechtwetter, sonder auch zum Entspannen für jeden Tag.
