• Christian (10/5): - Ein sehr interessantes Haus. Zimmer und Zugangsbereiche sind liebevoll dekoriert. Alles ist funktional und versprüht eine Familiäre Umgebung. Man fühlt sich nicht wie in einem Hotel sondern eher wie in einem Gästezimmer bei Freunden.

• Rutschmann (9/5): - Schöne Unterkunft in einem Haus mit viel Geschichte. Mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und tollen leuten. War der perfekte Ort für unserer Übernachtung bei der Bodensee Velotour.

• Elena (10/5): - Wunderbares, sehr besonderes Hotel in einer top Lage. Die Liebe zum Detail merkt man an jeder Ecke, es gibt leckeres Frühstück, alle sind total nett. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, auch das Gemeinschaftsbad. Ich kann es von ganzem Herzen empfehlen - vor allem für diejenigen, die kleine, überschaubare Hotels bevorzugen und sich für die Geschichte der Fischerhäuser interessieren. Werde bestimmt mal wieder dort übernachten. Top!

• Maria-Sophie (10/5): Wundervolle Unterkunft mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück - Sehr liebevoll geführte Unterkunft mit ganz viel Blick fürs Details. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Das Frühstück ist mit Abstand eins der besten Frühstücke die wir bisher überhaupt unterwegs hatten (und wir sind viel unterwegs). Wer das Besondere sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Es ist alles wunderbar und es gab garnichts auszusetzen.

• Alexander (10/5): liebevoll, gastfreundlich, stilvoll - man fühlt sich willkommen wie zuhause - Traumhaft schönes historisches Haus, schlicht und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit ruhig-gemütlichem Gastgarten direkt am Haus. Frühstück im Garten oder in einer der ebenfalls sehr schön renovierten alten 'Stuben' möglich - sehr fein und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück, liebevoll angerichtet mit 'Gruß aus der Küche' - ein echter Genuss. Im Haus ist der 'Chrarakter' des willkommenen Gastgebens auf eine nette persönliche Art spürbar und sichtbar. Es gibt nichts an was es uns gefehlt hätte. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt, gemütlich fast wie zuhause :) Wir werden wieder auf Besuch kommen!

Abwechslungsreiches und sehr schön angerichtetes Frühstück, welches serviert wird. Lauschiger Garten, obwohl mitten im Zentrum direkt beim Bahnhof gelegen. See in kürzester Fusswegdistanz. Zimmer sind sauber und einfach mit sehr kleinem Bad im Familienzimmerteil (sonst Etagenbäder). Preis - Leistung top!

Check in was from 4 to 6, and we arrived at 5.45, but no one was there. This was solved by a telephone call but having advanced warning about how to check in would help.

• Martin (10/5): Urlaub von der ersten Minute - Urige Unterkunft in altehrwürdigen Gebäuden, teilweise sehr alte Holzdielenböden, die einen gewissen Charme ausmachen. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Zimmer und gut organisierte Badezimmer (für jedes Zimmer gibt es ein separates Regal mit Handtüchern). Liebevoll gestaltetes, leckeres Frühstück mit einem exzellenten Kaffee und (nicht alltäglich) gedörrten Birnen. Ausgesprochen freundliche (das ist fast noch untertrieben, aber wie kann man es weiter steigern?) und jederzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Gar nichts!!!!!!

Ein sehr hochwertiges, persönlich zubereitetes, aus lokalen Produkten bestehendes sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück wird von der sehr freundlichen Betreiberin zubereitet. Insgesamt ein sehr authentisches und angenehmes Nächtigungserlebnis

Der herzliche Empfang von beiden ladies und die zentrale Lage in Romanshorn Eigentlich nix, ausser der Koordinierung das Badezimmer zu benutzen.

The location is great (especially if like us you are travelling by train) and the breakfast is fantastic. As others have stated, due to the nature of the building the rooms can be noisy due to creaky floorboards though I can't say it bothered us.

• Thomas (10/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Wochenendeurlaub. - Der Einrichtungsstil und die entsprechenden Details. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung und ein hervorragender Service. Das Bad und WC war für mehrere Zimmer zusammen, ist sicher nicht anders möglich aber man muss sich dadurch etwas abstimmen.

• Andrea (9/5): Fischerhäuser Romanshorn has so much charm and character! It's a comfortable place to stay. - Fischerhäuser is so charming and quaint. It's easy to find, close to the train station, various restaurants and the lake. The staff are friendly and make sure you have everything you need. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. Breakfast is just lovely! There really wasn't anything I didn't like but there are a couple of things to consider when staying here. The bathroom is shared with other guests (as is clearly stated in the description). If you're coming with a car, finding parking can be challenging. We ended up parking in the parking area behind Restaurant Hafen. You can pay 8chf for 24 hours and Fischerhäuser is just a couple minutes away on foot. If you're a light sleeper, you might be affected by the thin walls Fischerhäuser has. The people staying in the room next to ours weren't exceptionally loud but we could hear their conversations because of the thin walls. My daughter is a very light sleeper so this was an issue for her at times.
