- Nichola (10/5): fabulous- highly reccomend if you want to experience a wonderful glamping stay. - we loved our glamping stay. The property was so well thought out with attention to details. Loved the glass of marshmellows for toasting on the fire. The beds were sooo comfortable. Beautiful setting- such a treat.
- patrick (9/5): - Tout est bien Pas d accueil a l a rrivee

- Milan (10/5): Peaceful bush retreat - Loved the peaceful location and shared ammenities. The electric blankets were a life saver. Loved how the showers had natural morning sun!
- זהבה (10/5): - עיצוב מושלם אין חדר אמבטיה פרטי
- Georgia (8/5): Fun and cosy stay! - Unique accomodation with the tents! Very cosy inside with heated blankets. Host was wonderful and the kitchen was well equipped.
- Ben (4/5): - Not much Better off getting a hotel room. This might be fun for some, but I didn't get it at all.
- DAWN (9/5): - The kitchen facilities were exceptionally well equipped. Regretfully we only had one night booked at the resort. Will definitely recommend to any one to experience tasteful glamping!
- Chevaunne (9/5): Unique experience with lovely staff! - Different experience staying in the King Belle tent. Was lovely and warm despite being cold outside. Having access to kitchen facilities was great and these were well kept and stocked. Loved the idea of being able to grab a drink from the fridge while staying. Thought it would have been great to have a washer provided along with the towels. Great to have these while camping..
- Paul (10/5): Just stay! You won’t be disappointed - A stunning retreat in the bush, beautifully design and curated. I wish I could have stayed longer. Nothing
- James (10/5): Our second time staying here, amazing place and good location. - Amazing communal areas and great bush experience
- SHANKAR (10/5): Highly recommended. Unique experience. - Cleanliness Nil
- Gemma (9/5): The place to stay in Binalong Bay - A very nice ambience and good facilities. I enjoyed sampling the ready made gourmet meals and enjoyed the coffee. I wanted to try more things (hot chocolate looked great and the grazing foods). My Bay of Fires stay was elevated because I stayed here. Overall experience was great. The only comment I could make would be no shampoo and conditioner (I assume to discourage water overuse? Wasn't a major issue) and the tent entry was not very high so lots of stooping needed. I also had good weather, not sure if I'd feel the same about the place if it was cold and raining as it is now in Port Arthur.
- Ryoko (8/5): また来たいです。 -
- Suzanne (10/5): - Incredible place. We only wish we stayed longer! We arrived quite late (and in the dark) so our stay was short but amazing. Breakfast was lovely and the tents are so comfortable and warm. I came across a Possum when I used the toilets at 3am, scared the living daylights out of me (first time in Australia and I had no idea what it was haha), but it was a highlight and story I like to tell. We also saw a Wallaby(?). So much widlife in the space of 12 hours. Would recommend a stay here and would love to return! Nothing 🙂
- Elese (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable...we didn't want to leave! - We loved absolutely everything about the Bush Retreat! It's been perfectly designed to be a luxe stay, in the middle of nature. Relaxing by the fire-pit in the evening after a day of exploring the Bay of Fires is just idylic.
We stayed in a Bell Tent, which was a perfect size, warm and super comfy. Shower and bathroom facilities were modern, roomy and immaculately clean.
The camp kitchen has been purpose-designed by a chef and has everything you need to cook up a feast! It's not only practical, but beautiful as well. Great fridge space, food storage facilities and every pot and pan known to man. Lots of staples like oil, salt and pepper provided. We also loved foraging in the veggie garden which available to all guests.
If you don't want to think too hard about meals, there are ready-made meals available to purchase and heat up. There's a great little selection of local beers, wines, spirits and produce available to purchase, so if you don't want to pop into town, you don't have to. Marshmallows were also a nice touch for the firepits.
We arranged for the Retreat Breakfast on our checkout day - and it was sensational. Great balance of sweet and savoury - and no cooking or dishes to worry about.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We saw lots of wildlife and were woken each morning by the kookaburras. It was one of the most relaxing stays we've ever had, and we truly didn't want to leave.
They've really thought of everything. An exceptional stay. We will absolutely be back. This is so picky...but it would be great to have bathmats available in the showers.

- graeme (9/5): Wonderful retreat for a few days - Quiet, well structured for relaxing
- Hutchinson (10/5): A great short stay - Beautiful set up
- Greg (6/5): Pricey+++ - Beautiful 'room' (tent), extremely clean and comfortable. Gorgeous fully equipped kitchen. Quiet+++. Incredibly overpriced for a tent with a shared bathroom. Yup, I know I should have read the listing more closely, but for $300 I assume I'm not walking in the dark to a bath house. Likewise, it is several minutes drive from the beach and any amenities.
- Helen (10/5): Not cheap for camping but it's about the overall experience which was fabulous! - The setting is beautiful. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of pans, utensils, knives, crockery and cutlery. Pasta, rice etc provided was a nice detail. The pre made meals were very convenient and tasty and the wines and cheeses were amazing. The outdoor fires were a great touch, along with the marshmallows for toasting. Tents so comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good. The overall attention to detail was excellent with lovely green arrangements throughout the amenities. We enjoyed watching the wildlife! The walk to the toilet in the night - you need a torch or your phone torch and an umbrella (provided) if it's raining.

- Maximiliane (10/5): Do not miss out on this gem! - Everything was exceptional.
Location, easy to find, beautiful details in every little thing from the rooms, over bathrooms, to the kitchen.
Amazing management & staff team!
Could not have been happier.
Highly recommend to everyone.

- Lynette (8/5): Modern comforts in a bush setting - The Bunkhouse was a perfect fit for our family of four and we enjoyed the uniqueness of the Bush Retreat. The communal kitchen was well equipped for self catering and the share bathroom facilities are modern and clean. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in and the electric blanket was a delightful bonus! Some hanging hooks in the bunkhouse would be a good idea as there is no clothes storage
- hayley (9/5): Nice and peaceful stay! - The welcome was great, super friendly staff. Everything was extremely clean. The communal area was great in that, if you had no food - you could buy chef made prepared meals and drinks etc. loved the heated blanket to make our bed cosy and warm. Beautiful area. The only small and minor detail is self check in, meant at 12am we had a group of 4 girls arrive, and they were so loud, so woke up everyone in the tents. We could here the cars, here them talking and walking around. Slightly ruined the vibe, but with this said, not the properties fault.
- Holly (10/5): It was a pleasant experience with the outdoors. - Loved cooking outside, able to use the pre cooked food on location and the sounds of the birds.
- Aimie (10/5): AMAZING STAY - The peacefulness of the property, it was comfortable and relaxing Nothing I disliked, however would love to see a sauna or something to add to retreat/wellness vibe
- Shaneen (9/5): - Amazing design and location. Beautiful holistic experience. Very comfortable and great kitchen facilities and garden. People arriving at midnight, being noisy and inconsiderate of others.
- Simone (9/5): Luxury campsite in the Bay of Firew - Luxurious camping, on a very comfortable bed with the kookaburra’s flying around. There was a lot of attention to detail, which made the experience that much nicer It was a bit expensive
- Phil (10/5): - Kitchen setup and breakfast was superb.
- Natalia (8/5): Lovely property with amazing food, drink and kitchen! So communal anda great place to stay if you’re keen to meet other - Such a beautiful property and setup! Absolutely loved the kitchen and fire pit!! Pre made meals looked awesome too!! For the king room, it was pretty expensive considering you don’t have a bathroom. They are amazing facilities, but just in comparison to other accom options on the Tassie east cost. King room just needed a mirror to make it a little better!
- David (9/5): Very relaxing setting with fires set up for a perfect night each time. - Great location and bed very comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and camp kitchen was outstanding An extra pillow for each person would make it perfect
- Christine (9/5): Loved it. - The whole idea, the camp kitchen, the mingling with other people The experience, the beds were so comfortable, the camp kitchen. The tents.
- menno (9/5): - Uniek concept, mooi gebruik gemaakt van omgeving en prachtige duurzame materialen maken het top en compleet met functionele keuken en zelfstandige bar Geen

- Mary-Anne (9/5): - Beautiful spot, comfy beds and great to meet other travellers Nothing
- Elizabeth (10/5): If possible stay more than one night. - This place was SO RELAXING. Being here was simply divine. Shared kitchen was wonderful, huge, and delightful for meeting people, leisurely and calmly. Everything worked seamlessly. Reception started everything off on a high note. Everything was perfect.
- Benjamin (8/5): - Beautiful location and scenery
- David (6/5): - Nice community feel with other guests Over priced for a tent, choice of food very limited and a long way from town.
- Lucy (10/5): Super relaxing retreat - Super tranquil retreat. Delicious frozen meals provided - on the more pricey side but they were tasty.
- Sabawi (10/5): -
- Donald (9/5): An enjoyable stay with a difference - The breakfast was special, the common areas were clean and well thought out and the local wildlife around the tent site added that little extra.
- Harrison (8/5): -
- tate (8/5): -
- Alison (10/5): Quality property in pristine bushland. The only place to stay in Bay of Fires. - Thoughtful, well-planned and aesthetic design. Quality products & drinks selection in bar. The meals were some of the best we had our entire trip. Kitchen set up was very impressive. Visit IG @wild_growth for full review.
- Karin (8/5): -
- Andrew (10/5): Great location. Modern clean and comfortable. Outdoor areas are brilliant. - Very comfy glamping tent. Fire pit area and undercover areas top notch. Really enjoyed our stay Paid a premium price on the long weekend but was worth it
- SIN YU (10/5): Excellent urban escape - Fantastic shared kitchen with all utensils you may need. Chill and relax music with camp fire facilities available. Shared shower room equipped with hair dryer. Local shower gel and hand wash provided. Glamping tent equipped by electric warming pad and electric heater. Wi-fi for internet connection is great. Wonderful place for an urban escape journey. Nothing (luckily we were the only guests on that night). Pleat noted that silent hour start from 10pm at night. You may hear sound clearly when people nearby your tent keep talking/ walking since tents are close to each other.
- Sharon (9/5): We had a fabulous 2 nights. We loved it! - Everything has very well thought out and incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing

- Sandra (10/5): - Loved this place like backpacking for adults with benefits
- Kelly (8/5): Relaxing and different type of accommodation but you need to bring your own food/go back to town for meals or you bu - The retreat outdoor kitchen and dining area were lovely and relaxing. We loved the wrens everywhere. The music and general vibe of the place was enjoyable. Breakfast (added cost) was excellent although not available until 8.30am. As we visited in summer, it was quite warm and we were in a built feature that had little airflow and no fans so it was a bit hot. No screens meant flies and the odd mozzie flew in.
- Kemppinen (9/5): - Such a peaceful escape in the nature
- terre (10/5): It’s an absolute must when visiting the Bay of Fires; it’s unique and exceptional - Beautiful, clean, and large well-appointed tents, well-stocked Honest Bar, respectful guest, super cozy bed. Zero
- Stephania (8/5): -
- Mark (10/5): Beautiful location to relax - A wonderfully relaxing environment. Our tent was immaculately clean and thoroughly comfortable. Just what we hoped for. Breakfast was delicious and the honesty bar provided lovely local produce meaning there was no need to leave the tranquil setting Nothing - the place and staff were fantastic
- ISABELLE (10/5): -
- Claudia (8/5): - Etwas wenig Lavabos
- Susan (10/5): A true retreat - exactly what we needed. - Loved retreat feel w/incredible kitchen and availability of meals This place was absolutely perfect - wouldn't change a thing.
- Sonia (10/5): - Nos alojamos en un bunkhouse, muy bien cuidado y cómodo. La zona de cocina , comedor y baños están en perfecto estado y hechos con mucho gusto.
- Sasha (10/5): Fantastic glamping experience! - Everything! The bell tents were incredible - large and with lots of little extras like a heater, soft towels and water in the room. The bed itself was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time here.
The kitchen and social space was huge with a wide range of meals, snacks and drinks for purchase on arrival too.
The bathrooms were large and so clean.
The team were really helpful too with check in. Nothing - everything was great
- Nick (9/5): Quiet and relaxing setting, easy self catering with the option to purchase an excellent breakfast - Quiet bush setting. Well provisioned luxury tent.
Cooked breakfast was excellent. Maybe more bathroom sinks
- Karel (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een prachtige omgeving - Prachtig omgeving, faciliteiten zijn perfect
- Ami (10/5): Great place to base yourself for bay of fires! - Everything! The tents were so fun! The common areas like kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stylish, and the garden was awesome! We loved being able to pick our own food and prepare it onsite! We also loved toasting marshmallows on the fire, and being greeted by a wallaby & Joey on arrival :) No complaints, only that we couldn’t stay longer!
- Smith (10/5): Beautiful setting and lovely atmosphere. - Beautiful location, Spotless accommodation. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful communal atmosphere around fire in the evening (for more sociable guests). Facilities were rather distant from our tent. Tip: if you have to get up in the night, ask for a tent near the loos.
- anette (10/5): -
- Bill (10/5): - Tranquility simplicity & friendliness Nothing
- Andrew (10/5): The best camp experience I’ve ever had A1 - Everything, such a beautiful spot, the camp fire at night chatting to all the other guests over a glass of wine was so chilled, wonderful stay would recommend to anyone All perfect
- Ruth (10/5): Amazing luxury camping stay - Everything - the bush setting, the cosy glamping tents with a super comfy bed, the classy communal bathrooms, the well equipped communal kitchen and dining area, the honesty bar and best of all, the communal fire pits where guests could sit around and chat. Location was great for exploring the Bay of Fires and close enough to St Helens if you wanted to shop or dine out. Nothing really, but maybe providing a torch for each tent for middle of the night toilet visits.
- Shelley (10/5): The ultimate glamping experience ! - Beautifully presented bell tents, true glamping experience. The attention to detail in every area is 10/10, from the communal kitchen, the shared bathroom, the fire pits, the comfort of the bell tents. All surrounded in a calm and relaxing bush setting, minutes drive from pristine beaches. There was nothing we did not like.
