• Lenka (10/5): - Klidná lokalita nad centrem města, udržována zahrada, možnost sušení prádla na terase, milí a pozorní hostitelé. Pokoj byl pěkný, dostatek úložných prostor. Koupelna i kuchyň předčily velmi naše očekávání. Večer se vždy ochladilo a hostitel pustil plynové topení. Radiátory všude krásně hřály. Bylo to opravdu příjemné. Obchod 10 M od domu. Využily jsme nabídku hostitele na odpolední výlet po okolí. Příští rok se plánuji vrátit s malým vnukem. Prostředí je vhodné pro děti.
• Noemi (10/5): - My stay at Spandaryan house was one of the best along my trip in Armenia. We booked 2 rooms. The appartement is fully equipped and even if the bathroom was shared with the other room we didn't have any issue. The kitchen has a lot of things and top for me, very silent at night. The owners are really kind, we had a issue with the car and he helped us a lot. Suggest this place 100% Nothing

• Salomé (10/5): - I spend 4 nights in the lovely Spandaryan House. I wanted to chill and to rest and I found the perfect place, I was feeling like at home, amazing sensation. The couple are really sweet and they take care of their guest. Yura is a taxi driver I can help you to see the amazing things of this region. I hope I will come back again Thanks you for everything

• Sarah (9/5): Guest House parfaite pour un séjour à Erghegnazor - Un excellent séjour dans cette guest house qui propose des chambres au meilleur rapport qualité de la ville ! Très bon accueil des hôtes, chambres confortables, serviettes de bain fournies, grande terrasse, cuisine, machine à laver à disposition...Bref tout le confort d'un hôtel au prix d'une auberge de jeunesse. Le repas du soir cuisiné maison est excellent, vraiment très complet pour un prix plus qu' abordable, je recommande (3000 AMD) !

The room is quiet and confortable as well so we had really good nights overthere. I could not recommend better for your stay ! The food is amazing on top of that !

• Drábik (10/5): Amazing stay at light-hearted people - To book an accomodation at Spandaryan House was best thing that could happed to us. The old kind couple treat us as their own. They were willing to help with everything, served us a scrumptious meals and welcomed us with hospitality. Additionally, they even take the car and showed us the Noravank, cave and bridge for very cheap prices. The room was cosy and very clean. If you're staying in Yeghegnadzor this accommodation should be number one on your bucket list. Nothing

La signora si è proposta di cucinarci la cena anche ad orari proibitivi (circa le 11 di sera) Camera leggermente piccola, dotata di un ventilatore che non bastava per le temperature molto alte.
• Simon (10/5): Fantastic stay and lovely hosts !:) - The hosts are fantastic. Always with a smile, fantastic food, and no effort is too much. I never felt so at home as here!! We decided to stay 3 instead of 2 nights because we liked it so much. We were driven around to see everything in the area, and stayed there as long as we liked, and did stops at family and friends of the host where we were welcomed like only Armenians can. This was our absolute favorite stay in Armenia, it is not luxurious but so hospitable! 10/10 would come again Nothing

Yura also took us around to see some great sites around the area and also dropped us and picked us up after completing a hike about 30 minutes away. We also had meals prepared for us by his wife and they were absolutely delicious! We loved our stay!

• Anna (10/5): Peaceful and quiet place as being such has been something that our souls were desperately needed! - We came there after a quite exhausting road and were really surprised to spend the night in such a comfortable and cozy place! the whole place is clean, the room is just perfect, bed mattresses are soft :) very well-arranged kitchen with all the needs, there is a good shower with hot water. They also shared some extra butter with us for our bread :) and we had a good talk with the hosts.

No water in the morning that I woke up. Was not able to shower or flush toilets. Made me and my friend dinner, but waited until the morning to state that it was not included in the initial price for the room

I understand the central heating costs a lot. A cheap fire thing in the garden or balcony outdoor would be sufficient. But the winter sun on the terrace balcony was fantastic all day.

• John (8/5): Convenient, friendly and good price, and parking! - Yura was very nice and offered the parking space in the compound. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was very good, and I was full all day! It was very convenient to have breakfast there, and also it was convenient for where I visited in Yeghegnadzor. There was cigarette smoke, so that is something to keep in mind for people with allergies.
• Magda (8/5): Real calm experience at Armenian house. - Felt like home. The owners are very nice and sincere. The house is big with spacious rooms. Kitchen has everything to prepare your meal from the breakfast to late dinner. The neighborhood is quiet with typical village houses. Fresh winegrapes to taste in the garden during the season. There is a grocery with a wide assortiment, next to the place, A bit far from the centre if you don't like walking.
• Iila (10/5): A perfect perfect fantastic place if not in hot season - The hosts are very nice to me, like grandmama and papa. I feel like at home at my grandparents' place! The house is big, spacious, comfortable, clean, very quiet. The terrace and lounge are spacious and equipped in granny's lovely way! All very clean, neat, and tidy. Ample provisions. Well equipped granny's kitchen. Laundry is free. It's like a good hotel room in a nice homestay. There's a small supermarket next door. 1km from bus station to Jermuk(2pm once daily only), Vayk(hourly). 2km from bus to Goris (11am once daily, passing only) and Yerevan. The host can drive you to very nice places at a fee. If you want to walk, hitchhike alone, it's okay - they offer very nicely:) It's an great great relaxing, carefree place overall! It's indeed very hot at night for sleep. A fan is provided. No air-conditioning.
