• Robert (10/5): Design was breathtaking, our hosts were kind and friendly, on-site parking & breakfasts excellent - This property is an impressive and remarkably architect designed. The continental breakfast was all you could hope for and the location was ideal for the Spa circuit. Our room lacked lighting for reading.

• Jon (10/5): Lovely property, friendly people, great location and facilities. - Lovely house, very modern and clean. Ensuite was excellent. Perfect location for the Spa race circuit. A pleasant change form 'hotels'. Nothing! It was pretty warm though and a hot day, think the underfloor heating might have been on in the en suite and the common areas??

• Manfred (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön (sehr neuwertig) und die Unterkunft liegt nah an der Rennstrecke. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich sehr gut erreichbar. Schön ist auch, dass man sich kostenlos Senseo Kaffee und Tee zubereiten kann und die Gastgeber sogar kleine Gebäcke ausgelegt haben. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus, sodass man nicht unbedingt am Straßenrand parken muss. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen :-)

I proprietari sono persone veramente squisite e cordiali, inoltre ci hanno permesso di avere una stanza ancora più grande di quella che avevamo prenotato allo stesso prezzo. Struttura molto bella e moderna. La prossima volta che andremo a Spa soggiorneremo di sicuro qui.

• Jack (10/5): Excellent overnight stay for the Belgium F1! :) - We were welcomed to the property by the hosts who were incredibly friendly and spoke perfect English. They showed us around the property, provided free tea/coffee and pastries for breakfast which were excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a big bathroom. We had a fantastic stay :) Nothing.

You are in the middle of town but looking out of our bedroom window you would think you were in the middle of the countryside with lovely views of the garden and countryside beyond. Had a nice breakfast and a lovely stay. Honestly can not think of any criticism

From the moment we pulled up the property was clean, tidy and inviting. The accommodation was very pleasant, bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were near new and fantastic. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delightful. We cannot speak highly enough of Ver’Olive and would recommend it highly. Nothing not to like.

• Judith (10/5): Beautiful place to stay – clean, comfortable and in a great location. - Beautiful place to stay, in an ideal location for accessing the track. The room was exeptionally clean and finished to a very high standard - great walk-in shower and comfortable bed. Complementary, fresh pastries, tea/coffee available each morning along with chocolate treats and madeleines in the evenings. Having somewhere to park off the road was perfect too.

• David (10/5): Pleasant enjoyable stay. - Fantastic stay here, excellent location for spa race circuit walking distance, good local restaurants nearby, wonderful fuel station on route to the circuit for snacks, drinks etc, the hotel was a credit to the couple who own it, I would definitely stay there again when I next visit the circuit, I would not bother in looking around this place ticks all the boxes for me, fantastic stay👍🏎️🚗.

• Nick (10/5): Excellent and one of the best paces I've stayed in, highly recommended. - The location of Ver'Olive is ideal if your visiting Spa for an event or as we were a track day. It's right on the main street as you head down from the village to the circuit. This is a relatively new build B & B and it is modern, clean and a really great place to stay for a weekend. The hosts are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We stayed in the Relais de Pommard last year and that was like a Youth Hostel compared to the Ver'Olive. This is probably one of the best B & B's I've ever stayed in, more like a boutique hotel than a B & B. There was nothing that really bothered us. Breakfast is continental so don't expect a full English fry up!

The views are stunning, the breakfast is delicious, all the interiors, the beds, the sheets are all of great quality. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back. The only drawback is a noise we could hear every now and then, I suppose it was a heat pump. But totally bearable.

• Graham (10/5): Outstanding hotel, especially for a visit to the race circuit. - Ver Olive is within 20 minutes walk of the circuit at Spa Francorchamps. The hotel was simply superb, very contemporary in style, immaculately clean and really comfortable. On the landing outside the bedrooms, there was a fridge that I was able to use for some items that I had purchased from the supermarket, but it also contained cans and bottles of drink at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was provided in the morning - fresh croissants and pains au chocolat - and there was a kettle and coffee machine to make hot drinks. Veronique was a charming host and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. All was superb.
• Paul (10/5): Great location for the Circuit, fantastic hosts. - This was our second time that we have stayed at Ver Olive. As with the last time, our rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal for the circuit, and also has a couple of really good restaurants within 75 to 100 metres. The hosts are great, and nothing appears to be too much trouble. If you are going to the circuit, it is about a 1000m walk, and there's a Total service station just before the entrance that has a fantastic deli counter, that serves large, delicious, filled baguettes for about €4-5 each. • Simon (3/5): Very poor service and NOT what what was advertised at all - The room itself is very modern and pleasant The pictures we saw show a pool and a kitchen table set up for breakfast . After abruptly checking us in the host made it very clear we were to be out of the room no later than 10am and that breakfast would be on the landing waiting for us in the morning. Breakfast was a stale croissant for each guest on the landing with no plates or napkins or anything and just three chairs to a tiny table. There was a coffee machine but no milk and all the cool drinks in the fridge were to buy not complementary. The lady went into her lovey pool whilst her guests sweltered in the un-airconditioned rooms . The lady didn’t even come to say good bye when we were leaving so we found it hard to appreciate the other comments guests had made saying how accommodating the host was at all. Plenty of better places to stay with better facilities and friendlier hosts. Check out our picture of the RULES and you will get the idea….

• Caroline (5/5): Great Host Great Location, may need to upgrade furnishings, including beddings towels pillows. - Location for F1 was perfect, Host was very welcoming, we forgot our adapter and went out of their way to find us one The room was very small with two single beds and budget furnishing could have done better with, pillows, beds, mattresses just to make it more comfortable and appealing. The previous night we stayed at Pillow hotel in Brussels paid £140 and had the best sleep for a night, then later paid over £2300 Euros for 3 nights :-(. for a very basic room felt like a rip-off, Our window had restrictors which made it impossible to open not enough fresh air, unfortunately F1 weekend was one of the hottest, upon return every night our room was stuffy, to make it worse the room was facing the main road opposite pubs that played loud music till early morning hours and this annoyed us the most as we only had a few hours to sleep before setting off for F1.

• Lesley (9/5): Perfect race weekend adventure! - The location is perfect for going to the Circuit de Spa…only a few minutes to walk to the La Source entrance. Bus stops are also just down the road, making neighbouring towns very accessible (though weekends are less frequent). The rooms are clean and the owners are very accommodating. Coffee, juice and beer (for €1 or €2) can be found just outside of the rooms in a small seating area. Fresh pastries are available there in the morning, even if not paying for breakfast and a couple of restaurants/pizza take out are just across the street. Overall, the property is comfortable and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning! Only comment would be that the coffee bar on the upstairs landing could have some serviettes.

The hosts were superb, very friendly and accommodating of our requests. The room was spotlessly clean, and cleaned daily during our stay. Free coffee and snacks (croissants / pain au chocolate etc) were available on our floor. We will definitely be using Ver Olive again for our next visit. Nothing. Everything was just what we needed.

We felt there were no plates or serviettes for the complimentary croissants, but this is a very minor flaw in an otherwise perfect experience!
