Walter Oscar (9/5): Excelente opción - Lo de Costa es una excelente opción de alojamiento en VLópez, a pocas cuadras de Av. Maipú por un lado y Av. Libertador por el otro. Es una casa familiar convertida en alojamiento, con espacios muy cómodos y elegantes. Ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. Las camas son cómodas y el espacio en general es amplio. Dispone de un espacio para servirse café e infusiones, agua y cervezas y, por la mañana, un buen desayuno. Está atendido por sus dueños, quienes esperaron nuestra llegada hasta tarde porque nuestro vuelo se retrasó.

Acredito que há duas oportunidades de melhoria: colocar uma cortina blackout no quarto (há muita luz solar, o que atrapalha o descanso); ofertar uma maior variedade de coisas para o café da manhã (não há frutas ou iogurtes; então o desjejum é bem “seco”, apenas com torradinhas e croissant).

Agustina (3/5): Good location, not good customer service. - Host was accommodating with the check-in. The home is very clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor pool area is well-maintained. Breakfast is available from 8–10 AM, consisting of coffee and toast. Easy access to the upstairs area. Guests are provided with a personal fridge and microwave, with water available in jars. The room itself is nicely decorated and includes a safe, closet, and small desk. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. The location is excellent—within walking distance of a laundromat and restaurants. The WiFi was unreliable, which was a significant issue as I specifically chose this place to work remotely. Even basic tasks, like processing a credit card payment, were difficult due to the weak connection. Unfortunately, the host was slow to respond to messages and did not resolve the issue, providing vague explanations instead. Housekeeping was unexpectedly intrusive. While I understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness, the host insisted on a cleaning service at an inconvenient time, even when we were busy showering and getting ready. Rather than accommodating our schedule, she pressured us by emphasizing her cleaning staff’s availability constraints. The towels were uncomfortably stiff. The shower drained very slowly, to the point where water spilled over. Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. While breakfast is offered, interactions with the host lacked warmth, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming. This is not an ideal place for a relaxing stay, as housekeeping is imposed rather than optional. Customer service from the host was not the most gracious, which impacted the overall experience. We didn't feel comfortable around her after she started making her lack of wifi our problem in regards to payment.
