- Rakovec (10/5): This was such a charming, idyllic, cozy stay in a very lovely little lakeside town. - Tony and Bonnie were absolutely amazing hosts! We felt so welcomed into their home, and it very much exceeded our expectations. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in.

- William (10/5): Outstanding B&B in a lovely well-located house with nice people - We chose the Upper Canadian Coach House to spend a night in NOTL and were delighted to stay there. The hosts are very friendly and the location a reasonably short walk from the Main Street. The room and facilities are perfect and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and chatting with the other guests. Nothing we didn't like.
- Guzene (10/5): Precarious, beyond all praise. - My huge room on the first floor is exceptionally beautiful, as are the living room and dining room, all decorated in meticulously opulent Victorian style. A king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, plenty of storage, and a luxurious bathroom.
The house is located in a beautiful, leafy area of the city, near a lake, perfect for pleasant strolls. The town is small, and everything is within walking distance. The hosts are welcoming, and we had delicious pancakes and coffee for breakfast.

Consigliatissimo!

- Trevor (10/5): - Bespoke B&B guest house in an excellent location - just us and another couple staying so everything had a very personal touch. The lovely hosts, Tony and Bonnie, were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Beautiful home from home feel to the property. Perfectly located to walk along the lakefront to the centre of Niagara on the Lake - Lake Ontario is just a block away - and a short drive to Niagara Falls with further great locations to stop off on the way. Tony made some excellent suggestions for places to eat and drink in the town (The Angel pub was great) and to stop on the way to and from the Falls - the power plant and Niagara Glen for a hike by the river. Perfect start to our holiday. Nothing to dislike.

It was short walk to town or the beach on the other side of the golf course. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the backyard sitting around the pool with wine and cheese. The black labs, Duke and Apollo were very friendly and a great addition to the stay. Nothing comes to mind.

The wifi only worked well on the side of the room closest the main house. The tv signal was intermittent, but it was a stormy evening.
- Jangmi (10/5): - Very clean and cozy. The hosts were really nice and welcoming. The bed was big and comfortable. We were well rested after a night. Great breakfast.
- Upadhyay (10/5): - Breakfast was good Everything was perfect

- ARTEM (10/5): Beautiful, cozy, quiet, delicious - We only spent one night at this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by everything. This is a great small and quiet town on the shores of Lake Ontario. There is a promenade, a golf course and historical attractions. Niagara Falls is only 30 minutes away by car on a good road with vineyards and wine farms around. The hotel is small, very clean and very cozy. The hotel has a backyard and a swimming pool. In the morning, the owners of the hotel prepare breakfast for you. In our case, it was a delicious omelet with vegetables, yogurt with berries, coffee, and orange juice. I've always lived in Canada for three years, but I've been to a lot of hotels in Europe and Africa, and I want to say that this family-run hotel and its owners, who serve the guests themselves, have left me with some of the best impressions. It's like I visited my good old friends. Thank them for the reception. I recommend it to everyone. No disadvantages
- Linda (10/5): -

- Don (10/5): Enjoyed the combination of our hosts our room and the town. - Our hosts were lovely. We were served a good breakfast each morning. Short walk to town from an our quiet neighbourhood. Everything was great
- Steven (10/5): -
- Renata (10/5): Tony and Bonnie are excellent hosts. Their home is beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious. A lovely stay. - Lovely home.
- Ariane (10/5): - Great place, very nice and welcoming people, good advice. We enjoyed it a lot ! I really cannot think about anything negative.
- Jonathan (10/5): Comfortable and lovely stay in NOTL - Bonnie and Tony were excellent hosts - the Peach pancakes for breakfast were delicious. Friendly and welcoming - especially Duke and Apollo (their beautiful black labradors!). 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the main street. Near the water for nice morning/ evening stroll. Would recommend!
- Suzanne (8/5): Great place to stay with friendly and helpful hosts. - Hosts were wonderful and so was the breakfast. The suite was well appointed and clean. Location was great, quiet neighborhood, nice walk to the town. The bed was a bit hard but that might suit some people. Sofa bed uncomfortable.
- Sorcha (10/5): Friendly and relaxing - We had such a wonderful stay! The breakfast was amazing — fluffy pancakes with fresh peaches (in season), yoghurt, delicious coffee, juice, and water. We enjoyed eating outside by the pool, chatting with other families in such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
The pool was spotless, and the dogs were so well-behaved and friendly. Bonnie and Tony were fantastic hosts — fun, light-hearted, and incredibly kind.
Our room was huge and spotless, with its own living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. It really felt like a home away from home. One evening we even enjoyed Netflix movies on the TV. There’s a fridge available downstairs, which was very handy.
Overall, a really special and welcoming place to stay — we’d love to come back!
- Marie Andree (10/5): Impeccable stay with outstanding hosts! - Tony and Bonnie are fantastic hosts! So kind, helpful and respectful. The dogs are really friendly as well! Breakfast was very good and without shortage of food 🤣 All the guests eat at the same table so it is a great way to meat nice people. A/C centrally controlled by the owner. Fans in the room. Nothing
- Wilma (10/5): Peaceful neighbourhood, beautiful surroundings, exceptional hosts, and walkable to the best of NoTL! - Bonnie and Tony were amazing hosts, who made sure our stay was great - from pool towels to water and coffee to recommendations on dining and attractions. Their house is a short walk or bike ride to everything we wanted to do in NoTL: the Niagara Parkway, the shopping district, and peach and wine country. Will definitely recommend their place to others! The house and back yard are amazing, and you have to see the maple and willow trees to fully appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. Bring your bikes to explore the area - you won't regret it. By the time yogurt and granola was offered, we were already full from peach pancakes! First-world problem, for sure!
- Jaclyn (10/5): - Tony and Bonnie are kind and interesting hosts. Breakfast was delicious!

- Marcy (10/5): A little piece of heaven in Niagara on the Lake - The rooms were lovely and beautifully appointed. Tony and Bonnie are wonderful, very personable and hospitable. They are fantastic hosts who go to great lengths to make sure visitors are comfortable and well fed. My boyfriend, myself and two close friends had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Their home is clean, beautiful and comfortable, and the pool and their two very friendly black labs add to the ambiance. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance to theaters and downtown, yet far enough away to feel very peaceful and removed from the clamor and noise. And, a very short walk to the lake and beautiful sunsets!! We liked everything. There really were no negatives. It's a very special place! There was nothing we didn't like. If I had to say something, the soundproofing could be a bit better. But the beautiful rooms and comfortable beds make up for that.
- Carolyn (10/5): Tony and Bonnie are the best hosts. Can't wait to visit again! - The house and grounds were beautiful, the hosts very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are actually suites with bathroom, living space, and bedroom. - Capt (10/5): Fabulous! - If I could give 10 stars, I would! Tony and Bonnie were great hosts and we had some great conversations on arrival, around breakfast, etc. The breakfast was very good and they were very accommodating with choices.
The place was clean and well furnished. The room, sitting room, and bathroom were spacious and recently updated.
The location was a nice balance of being close to town and close to the lake.
They had two, friendly, beautiful dogs that they would be happy to put up if it bothered us. I adore dogs so made it clear that I was happy to have them around.
I would heartily recommend this, especially if you want a quiet place that's not too far off the beaten path. I hated that we had to leave!
- Karen (10/5): Very hospitable and perfect location for historical sites and wine tours - Lovely location, very comfortable. Lovely traditional bedroom in keeping with the age of the house. You need to like dogs, they have two very well behaved old black labs, very friendly. Easy walk into the centre where shops and restaurants are. Happy to recommend places to visit. Breakfasts were great. Nothing

- Mitchell (10/5): Great hosts who create a welcoming atmosphere. - Close to everything in downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. Property located in a beautiful neighborhood and well cared for. Nothing
- Neil (10/5): Like staying with family friends. - Tony and Bonnie were our hosts, they were super friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to chat with them and other guests upon arrival and during breakfast each morning.❤️
A full and varied freshly cooked breakfast was prepared for us each morning - sometimes a well seasoned omelette, french toast with bacon the next with fresh tea/coffee/juices and a variety of fruits on hand to complete the meal.
Breakfast was served in the dining room at the large table and it was great to meet other guests, chat and share holiday information with them.❤️
Our spacious and airy room in the holiday house was upstairs and we had our own sitting room and bathroom. ❤️
Tony and Bonnnie are the perfect hosts for this type of holiday accommodation - their love of the beautiful town of Niagara on the Lake and sharing its secrets and those of its surrounds with visitors from across the globe made our stay here an unforgettable part of our North American holiday.
Their two labradors were super friendly and we loved having them sit at our feet during breakfast each morning. Deepest apologies to them for forgetting their names.
Absolutely loved this B&B and will be recommending it to all our family in friends in Australia❤️
Thank you Tony and Bonnie. It was an absolute joy staying with you both. Couldn't have been any better. Absolutely perfect.

- Rosa (10/5): Spacious rooms with very comfortable bed and pillows. Hosts were congenial. - Pleased with the size of the room, the very comfortable bed and pillow. Antiques aren’t really my taste of decoration but ok for a short while. The rooms were beautifully furnished. They had some lovely large pieces in our room.
- Karen (5/5): Passable - The bed was comfortable and the room clean and good size. The owners were lovely. They had dogs that barked until after 11. Breakfast was minimal.
- Fiona (9/5): Perfect location with excellent hosts! - Tony & Bonnie were really welcoming hosts! The Coach House is a lovely property, and our room was very spacious with a separate sitting room. A lovely home cooked breakfast too.
- Stephen (10/5): Quiet and comfortable; our every need was met by the delightful owners. - Location and owners. In a lovely spot that is central to downtown and close to the lake. Nothing
