• Nadine (10/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub - Die Lage war sehr schön. Man ist für sich und wohnt nicht in Mitten der Orte. Alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen . Das Frühstück war gut und übersichtlich, es war für jeden was dabei. Wir hatten ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Dachstein, einfach herrlich am Abend oder in der früh dieser Ausblick.

• Tiina (7/5): Good - Very clean room, spacious bathroom. Good location if traveling by car. Good breakfast. Location is great when traveling by car, but difficult to reach by public transportation, the nearest bus stop and restaurants are about 20-30 minute walk away. The communication with the host was a bit up and down, great chit-chat about the daily plans etc, but with any request such as using the sauna, she seemed immediately stressed. Even though the sauna was advertised on the hotel’s website without any restrictions, nor was there any information at the hotel about the rules for use, we were told we could use it only on one evening, because the following evening the host would not be present. And that after the remarks about how strange the request, because people don’t use sauna in the summer and how much of a burden it is for her to turn it on. Eventually it took 15 minutes for the sauna to be heated. It would have been helpful to have more clarity from the get go on facilities that are supposedly included in the price.
• Juliette (7/5): Great location and room, breakfast is a bit basic - Decent, clean room. Perfect location for hikes in the mountains. The breakfast was okay, but a bit limited to our liking. We missed some basics in the room like a kettle, cups, tea. The shower temperature fluctuates. No insect screens in the windows in the room.

• John (7/5): Generally pleaant stay in a comfortable room with a good breakfast despite somewhat stressed hostess - Fine wide-ranging breakfast buffet, good location for ski lifts and cross country tracks, comfortable spacious room, quietly situated too despite proximity to main road The hostess generally gave the impression that she was stressed and had little time for us. For example, on arriving for breakfast (open until 9:30) at 9:10, we were greeted with her remark that she had almost assumed we were not coming any more as it was such "a late time " for her - she made it clear that she had three other rental properties that she needed to deal with, so was either unable or unwilling to make any extra effort or show any interest for a couple mainly looking to relax away from the ski pistes, which was a shame.
• Martin (9/5): Great accommodation for skiing in the ratio of price and service - Good breakfast, enough choice. Pleasant and helpful owner of the guesthouse. Parking at the guesthouse. Dinner was not an option, you have to go to the city, where there is a sufficient selection.

• Andrea (8/5): Good value for money with everything what you need for a short vacation in mountains. - Very clean appartments with beautifull view over the mountains of Schladming located in a middle of moutains between Schladming and Dachstein. There is nothing to not to like in this appartment.
• Peter (9/5): Pleasant stay near Dachstein - A very nice B&B with a great host, located between Schladming and Ramsau. Verry clean, nice comfy rooms, daily cleaning, good breakfast included. Good to have a car, makes travelling in the area easier. But there is a bus connection too, connecting the house with Schladming and Ramsau. Nice area for walking, restaurants in Ramsau are app 30 mins by walk, few minutes by bus/car. Easy parking. We will be back for sure. We didn´t like the weather (was raining most of the time) - but that is not a fault of the house :) But even during rainy days, the arewa is stunning and there is plenty you can do.
• Jacob (8/5): Very good - Large L shaped modern room' with two large windows facing beautiful panorama. Spacious well equipped bath room and very comfortable bed. Small sauna too small for the hotel.
• Carmen (8/5): Beautiful Pension in the Austrian mountains - Excellent accomodation that felt newly renovated, thus modern and tastefully decorated. This accomodation also had a tasty and diverse breakfast, accompanied by a welcoming host. Lack of public transport that is within manageable walking distance. Since this property is on a mountain, a car or a certain budget set aside for taxis is necessary (a taxi trip to the property from the nearest train station will cost you 20€ one way). Be prepared to walk 30-40 minutes to find dinner in Ramsau.

• Andrea (9/5): Superb - This place is in the middle of everything. Close to Dachstein and also to Schladming. Very clean and with beautiful views on the mountains, with great and kind host. The rooms are very cosy and we would definitely come again when we will visit this mountains or recommend to our friends or family.
