Bruno (4/5): Auch bei lediglich einer Übernachtung kann man verlangen, dass die Mindeststandards eingehalten werd - Lage war O.K. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil meine Freunde überraschend früher abreisen wollten. Da ich auf die Mitfahrt in deren Auto angewiesen war, musste ich auf die Einnahme des Frühstücks verzichten. Bei der Ankunft musste ich 15 Minuten auf Einlass warten, weil niemand da war. Erst dann kam die Betreiberin der Unterkunft mit ihrem Auto vorbei. Eine Info darüber, dass diese von einem Einkauf erst später erscheinen werde, war an der Eingangstür nicht angebracht. Beim Besichtigen des Zimmers stellte ich fest, dass das Bett nicht gemacht war.
